SARSAPARILLA(FRANKART) LAMP What a s tunning p edestal Nymph Lamp! The base is stamped Sarsaparilla NJ 198 8. The bottom of the pedestal is stamped Frankart. Sarsaparilla bought the original Frankart molds and licensing rights to recreate these wonderful lamps. They must have left or not fully removed the original Frankart markings from the original mold and that's what you see on the base of the pedestal. It is made of aluminum. Has a crackled pink globe and is in great condition. The base is 5 1/2" square and it stands 8 1/2" tall. TRULY ONE NICE PIECE!

From a Kentucky Estate comes this fantastic Art Deco Lamp. It has 3 topless and semi-nude ladies leaning backward at the waist and with outstretched arms. As if hlding the light they are looking up at. The lamp is spelter with a bronze finish. It is 14" high and 7 1/2" wide. The lamp is in good condition with a small hole in the base that has been repaired with bondo. The globe known as the brain globe is amber. It has a 3 1/4" fitter. It has some roughness inside the fitter rim and te top is a little darker but there are no cracks or other damage. It has it's original cloth cord that sitll works good. Art Deco Nude Dancing Lady 2 Lamps w/Consolidated Plate Back Drop
Beautiful pair of bronze lamps with Consolidated Dancers plates to defuse the light. The plates have been added by me and I love the look. They are just set inplace. No glue has been added so they are on the loose side and can shift from side to side. The lamps can be used with or without the glass plates. I also have tried a fan glass candy tray. The one pictured in uranium glass. I have 2 plates of each style available. These lamps are wonderful and delight to have had around. From a Buffalo NY Estate comes this fantastic Art Deco Lamp. It has 3 topless and semi-nude ladies leaning backward at the waist and with outstretched arms. As if holding the light they are looking up at. The lamp is spelter with a bronze finish. It is 14" high and 7" wide. The lamp is in good condition with a small repair at base(see pics)But hardly noticeable. I have included a picture of a hole in one of the heads.But this is original from day one,when it was poured in the mold. The shade holder has two holes.One for a chain pull and one for a turn switch. This one uses a turn switch. The globe known as the brain globe is amber. It has a 3 1/4" fitter. Nude with Sash circa 1925 A set of bookends is listed in Kuritzky and De Costa’s book Collector’s Encyclopedia of Bookends and are titled Nude with Sash(multi-tier) They are marked DES PAT APPL FOR with the company identified as x-2. The Encyclopedia rates the bookends a rarity of 5. 5 is the highest rarity rating. There are single tiered sets of these bookends. Which are not marked, yet also highly valued. But I am not offering bookends. I am offering the multi-tier Nude with Sash in lamp form. Said to be manufactured by the company x-2. Although never identified, this company has been attributed to various art deco nudes including"girl in wreath" and"girl in circle" I have once seen. Here on eBay, the multi-tier nude with sash in lamp form, and from the homework I have done, I understand ... moreshe is extremely rare. The lamp depicts a beautiful lady bearing all with no inhibitions. Only a scarf in hand. Elegantly she tilts her head back to rest gently on her shoulder, arms raised with the scarf draped to the floor. The multi-tiered stepped base her staircase to the stage. She is made of cast iron with a well worn copper gilded finish. The darkened areas of the patina only add and accentuate the sleek and supple curves of her body. The patina of this lamp has never been disturbed by paint. Enamel, polishing, or anything; it is very raw. There is a small amount of rust on the tiers(see pictures) And a small green spot(indicating copper) under where the cord exits the light socket from the lady’s bottom(again, see pictures) Marked on the back: DES PAT APPL FOR meaning During Examination Status. Patent Applied For. The lamp is fully functional but I know it has been rewired as the original came with a pull chain and was wired with period appropriate wiring(scary! It has a light bronze replacement disc/shade and the body/base have the natural aluminum finish. The light is equipped with a specialty bulb that changes colors every few seconds. I goes through green. Red, pink, blue, purple, etc. It makes for a very cool efect. The photos tend to whiten the color of the bulb, but it's easier to see the colors in the reflections on the wall. NO RESERVE… This auction is for a terrific. Neat old 1920s Deco Era Lamp. She is made of chalkware with glass jewels inset on the front and attached to the elephants heads on each side. I actually owned a Lamp just like this one about 20 years ago and remember these were made in 1925 and again in 1926 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The lady is in a flowing draped gown. Breast bare, leaning over, gazing into a cauldron or well. This one is in extra nice condition. They are rarely found in this condition as the old light bulbs got too hot. Heating up the base, making the exterior paint peel and flake off. There have been no breaks, no cracks, no damage or any repairs to the chalkware on this lamp. Paint is pretty much all original, with just a few nicks and touch ups. The electrical has been replaced and is in fine safe working condition with an inline ... moreswitch. It is a silky covered cord similar to the original cord. The red light bulb is NOT original. The original red light bulb was a regular size red 15 watt bulb. Which it pretty much impossible to find now of days. There was no light bulb in this when I purchased it, so I just got a 15 watt red small size bulb at the hardware store. It has the same identical effect as the original bulb. At the front bottom area of the base. There is an opening to place and burn cone incense. In my 1st photo I have a yellow pencil pointing at this front bottom opening. I am trying to point out that there is burn marks from where incense cones were burner These Lamps originally had a metal clamp that attached over the light bulb inside. And at the top of the clamp was a metal spinner. The design idea was that when the inside of the lamp heated up from the bulb. The incense smoke would flow upward inside making the spinner turn and the smoke would flow out around her face. Art Nouveau Deco DODGE INC. *NUDE MERMAIDS* Antique LAMP Vintage CLOCK
This was at one time a motion lamp with clock. But the motion part is no more and it has been replaced with a metal diffuser. I added some velcro to the sides of the diffuser in the back so I could place some different colors of art glass behind it(shown in photos) and they would stay put. You can easily remove the diffuser and velcro, if you can find or have the original parts of the motion lamp. If you like it the way it is, I will include the 4 pieces of art glass. The Sessions clock does work and it keeps time(pics 8& 9) Wood platform and the metal are a little worn, but this lamp is so beautiful and rare, it's pretty easy to overlook those things. Art Deco 1930's Modernistic Two Semi Nude Ladies Clock Lamp - Frankart Era
Here is a stunning and vintage Art Deco 1930's modernistic metal clock lamp with two semi nude ladies from San Francisco Estate. Made by Gibraltar Electric Clock Co. Inc. Jersey City, N.J. and and Windsor Electric, U.S.A. Circa 1930's. It is exquisite! The insides of the clock has been replaced with a battery clock, and it works great. The lamp has been rewired, and it works great too. The metal housing and base is original. These wonderful deco ladies have 1930's hairdos, they are semi nude, wearing only skirts, they are leaning back and holding a garland of flowers under the clock. There is a sun with a fan of rays at the ladies' feet, and there is a lamp on top of the clock with a leather fringed clip on shade. The base is stair-stepped with deco designs. The lamp is made of some kind of metal with a golden bronze finish- ... morea magnet will not stick to it. The overall measurement is 16" tall(with Shade) 12" long, and 5-1/2" wide. It is signed"Gibraltar Electric Clock Co. Inc. Jersey City, NJ, Patent Pending" and numbered"95" on the back(see picture) The face of the clock is also signed"Gibraltar Electric Clock Co. Inc. and"Windsor Electric, Made in U.S.A. see picture) The condition is amazingly very good- shows wear and the clock insides have been replaced with a new battery clock. Antique ca 1920 Art Deco Glass Nude Beaded Lamp Nymph Fairy Statue French Czech
A rare and beautiful circa 1920 French or Czechoslovakian glass nude fairy lamp with exceptional crystal glass beaded wing decoration. The lamp retains the original early 20th century fixtures and silk cord. The base is black glass. There is a small tight crack in the bottom of the base(see pics. The base of the frosted glass figure has a 1cm edge chip on the back behind the left foot(see pics. This chip is only seen from the back and is not distracting or unsightly. There appear to be five tiny red beads missing from her belt buckle. I have plugged in the lamp and it does function properly. It comes from my personal collection, having purchased it originally in 1993 from Michael Wolf's Auction Gallery here in the Cleveland area. The nude is just gorgeous. Her sleek and streamlined body just epitomizes the beauty of the female form in the Art Deco movement. Unlike the American Art Deco nudes of Frankart or NuArt, this figure is almost certainly to have been designed and produced in Europe. The nude on this lamp resembles the works of Karl& Franz Hagenauer and the Austrian Werkstatte movement. The nude by herself measures 11 3/4" tall. She is mounted on a polished green onyx platform that measures 2 1/2" tall. As shown, the entire lamp measures 25" tall. The polished brass base measures 5 1/8" wide. Up for sale is this beautiful pair of antique boudoir lamps. They feature a pair of wonderful dancing semi-nude women. These are cast metal figural lamps that date back to the Art Deco and Art Nouveau movements. They have been rewired. Touched up and mounted on these marble bases which are not original. About 6 months ago I had a pair of these on their original base and cloth cords which is how I know these are antique, I think the original base would have been a wood circle. The marble bases are a bit chippy on the edges, no huge chunks missing but several small chippy spots. The lamps do work and they stand about 13 1/4" tall.
