NO RESERVE! Very fine and very well made hanging light fixture circa 1930s and possibly French in origin. Unmarked that we could find. We have also been told that the lamp could be Italian or even Spanish. What is certain is that the lamp is one beautiful piece of functional art! It is comprised of bronze, painted white cast metal, brass and a woven basket of wire forming the inner portion. Attached to the wire frame are numerous mold-blown multi-colored glass flowers and all are accounted for. They each glow nicely once illuminated and you can add a dimmer switch for a softer mood lighting effect. The overall condition is very good and the lamp is ready for use. Antique Art Deco Bronze Woman Lamp with Marble Base and Art Glass Shade
This lamp has been sitting in my grandmother's home ever since purchased in the 1930's and has sat in a niche in her stairwell for as long as I can remember. Now I inherited it. Had it rewired. The original cloth wiring was in bad shape. It has its original, very delicate glass shade which is held on by two screws(as seen in pictures) Lamp is fragile and glass is only held on by the two screws. It is in wonderful condition for its age. It was purchased in France and it is French in origin. I have yet to see another one like it. Lamp is 15" tall by 7" wide by 7" deep. Verreries des Hanots A wonderful 1925-1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated solid brass or bronze. Holding beautiful very rare shades in thick moulded-pressed glass. The three side shades are signed Verreries des Hanots France. The large bowl is a model made by Hanots but like many of their models this one is always unsigned. Verreries des Hanots is like Verlys one of the names the large company Holophane used for their production of art glasses. The lovely and very well made fixture of this chandelier is marked RM on several of its parts. I wasn't able to track down the full name of mister R.M. designing this lamp. But have and had several other beautiful mountings bearing the same marks(see last two pics) The chandelier is in excellent condition. I have renickeled and patinated the mounting. SEVB A beautiful pair of 1925-1930 French art deco wall sconces in bronze or solid brass holding glass panels in moulded pressed glass both signed SEVB for"Société d'Exploitation des Verreries de Bagneaux" A small glass factory from the 20ies in the village of Bagneaux little south from Paris. Mid 30ies. After the death of Leopold Appert in 1931, SEVB merged with Appert frères and became the Société d'exploitation des verreries de Bagneaux et Appert frères réunies. That's why also some models shades can be found having the signature SEVBA. The sconces are 26 cm long(10-1/4" and 23 cm high(9-1/16" Depth 9.5cm(3-3/4" I have cleaned the fixtures and protected it with an invisible layer against oxidation. The two panels are in good condition. Like almost all french artd eco ... moreglass panels they have some chips to the rim. Hidden by the mountings. For bid is a vintage art deco.3 nudes,Olive Kooken table lamp. It's done in bronze with a white painted base and 3 nudes sitting around the top of the base. It measures 21 in. to the top of the finial and about 9 1/2 in. wide at the white section of the base. It has a double socket that is a standard size so you can have both lit or one at a time. The pole that goes up the center is also adjustable and can be raised. It's pretty stuck right now and I'm not all that strong but it should be able to be raised when you loosen the screw. The ladies are made of bronze and the base is plaster with a bronze coating and painted white. The finial is also art deco in clear glass ball. This was made in the 1920s' by Olive Kooken. It is made in a art nouveau/deco style(kind of) Please be sure to see the other antique items we have listed. FEATURES: This lamp is unlike anything that I have ever seen in the past. Or could find online, including eBay, Google images and a bunch of other sites. I believe the base is cast from solid bronze. It is made in a very ornate style with scrolling and leafing, and very fine details. The white satin glass globe is adorned with the most detailed hand formed( vines and leaves applied to it. They look like they have been extruded or maybe hand formed(possibly similar to how you would use a pastry gun) when the bronze was in a malleable state. I'm not sure of the actual process ... moreused to make this beautiful lamp because some of the vines feel like they are actually embedded right into the surface of the glass- and the final product is stunning. Each leaf has a very detailed design that includes a"ruffling" on each edge of the leaves. The vines and leaves have been attached to the globe by what I can only guess is a"melding" of the two materials while they were in a hot or workable stage. If anyone knows what this process is, or knows how it was made, an email would be greatly appreciated. The top section above the globe may have been cast from a different composition of materials than the base was. It is designed with a Roman or Greek style with a column look and leaves that fan out at the top. At the top of the four leaves there is a small hole where presumably a crystal hung down from there at one time. It comes with standard socket switch 2 clicks on and two clicks turns it off. I believe this lamp was re-wired with a new cord and socket sometime in the 1950's-60's. The length of the cord is a bit less than 6 feet. The underneath of the cast bronze base has developed a kind of rainbow-ish finish. I'm not sure if it'

Hettier& Vincent A stunning french 1925-1930 art deco chandelier by Hettier et Vincent in nickel plated bronze. The fixture holds six rare shades in moulded-pressed glass. They are all signed Hettier Vincent France. It's a hard to find model produced for Hettier& Vincent by Holophane(verreries des Hanots and Verlys) Hettier& Vincent was a well-known french lighting company. With a high quality finish of their lamp fixtures their chandeliers are now much sought after items. As wholesale and retailer they made lamps for the top end of the market and had its shop at the prestigeous and beautiful Place de Vosges in Paris- the groundfloor of number 7. The chandelier has a drop of 80cm(31-1/2" and it's 54 cm wide(21-1/4" It is in excellent condition. I have renickeled and patinated the fixture and it comes rewired. ... moreIt has six european candelabra size E14 sockets. For the US I will place new US candelabra base ones. I could also rewire with B22 bayonet cap sockets. The six shades are in very good condition. Glasses made by verreries des Hanots often show irregularities like very small hairlines due to the production proces. The nickel plated fixture repeating the decoration of the shades is of excellent quality. Very fine detailed work. All shades are in superb condition. As you can see on the picture taken from the interior of the chandelier the six panels have chips around the edges. It are no damages. The maker of the chandelier deliberately rounded the lower edges of the panels to make them fit into the chandelier mounting. The chandelier has a drop of 92 cm(36-1/4" and it's 55 cm wide(17-3/4" I have renickeled and patinated the fixture and it comes rewired. It holds seven B22 bayonet sockets. The lamp has a really great Art Deco figure on the side that has a bronze spelter body and then a celluloid face. That celluloid face actually comes off easily and it needs to be reglued. But otherwise the lamp is in excellent condition. It has a pedestal on the side that would have held some kind of shade and I believe it would have been a Millefiori style, but that has since gone missing. SquareTrde© AP6 SquareTrAP Here is a very beautiful Antique Art Deco Spelter Table Lamp! There is a very fine circular detailing leaf pattern on the base! I am guessing this Lamp to be from the 1930's. This gorgeous Lamp has a pink shade and stands approximately 17 1/2" tall. It is approximately 11" deep from the outer edge of the arm to the far edge of the shade. This Lamp features a lovely Dancing Lady Figurine with a long. Flowing dress and a wide-brimmed Victorian hat! She has what I'm pretty certain is a delicate hand painted celluloid face and flowing blonde hair in ringlets. Her face needs a little cleaning, but I do not know what to use and do not wish to damage it. No cracks or breaks anywhere on the Lamp, but it does have a few white specks and is dusty and needs cleaning. The figurine is a little bit loose ... moreand need to be tightened on the bottom. The pink shade is also nice, but does have some scratches, light marks and needs cleaning. The bottom inner rim of the shade has roughness around the edge. The cord is marked"GILBERT/ NEW YORK CITY/ MADE IN U.S.A" on the little brown piece that encases the off/on turning wheel. This Lamp lights up and is working all the way!
