The wiring seems replaces but old. The brass fitting that the bulb goes into also appears to be newer that the lamp. Normal 0 Antique Art Deco GE Floor Lamp GE Catalog No. 59G418 Very-Cool Decorating Piece! Because of its size and weight I’m not going to ship this. Item is for local pick up in Mtn. Home. Arkansas. I will deliver for.99 cents a mile one way. Up to 100 miles. I have a vintage GE Deluxe Refrigerator for sale too. Why don’t I bring both pieces to you for one charge? Lamp is in good used condition. Upper globe has been broken and reglued. But there are countless options for how to top this lamp. Has the patina of time. No real damage to the body(one screw for retaining the top globe is missing, but that’s a.10 cent item) Has 2 light sources. First is a fluorescent 12” GE bulb(ballast box is in the base) weight helps stabilize the lamp. Light is held in place by 3 spring loaded“eagle talons” This light is on its own switch. Second light is much ... morelarger than a 100 watt bulb. In fact the base is big, about 1 1/2" I bought a 175 watt bulb and screwed it in and when I turned it on it just flashed and then went out and wouldn't come back on. So I know there is power there, but I think I had the wrong bulb. To summarize. The fluorescent light works fine. The up-light has power, but I don't have a bulb for it. Additionally, it might be better to install a 100-watt standard light socket in the top for future convenience(easy 15 minute job) Base has marble accent and above that a row of faces cast into the metal. Lamp is 62” tall to the top of the globe. This would be a great piece to have a custom circular neon light made for. And then a custom globe blown for the top light. Old Antique Vintage American Brilliant Cut Glass Art Nouveau Art Deco Lamp
ANTIQUE LAMP AMERICAN BRILLIANT CUT GLASS Found in a local estate auction is this beautiful cut glass lamp with a pointed mushroom shade. It dates to the early 20th century. It measures about 17.5" high. Perfect for a boudoir. It is in good condition, no damage aside from minor fleabite chips around the base edge. The prisms are not all original and one is missing. Some have small chipping. This lamp was so dirty that I thought the metal was brass. I thoroughly cleaned it and found under the grime the metal is silverplate. It has a pull chain socket and takes a c-7 chandelier type bulb. The wiring is not original but is still very old and does work. It has an on/off switch on the cord. All old wiring should be checked for safety before use. The socket is marked Bryant. I could not find any other markings. Use my photos for condition ... moredescription. Pair of Small Antique / Vintage Brass Art Deco Lamps w/ Orig. Prisms 1 Shade
We recently went to an auction that had 1880s-1960s lighting fixtures. Lamps, etc. There are some gas lighting parts, too– we're not quite sure of what to call some of the gas light fittings, but we'll post plenty of pictures. We'll be listing these over the next couple of weeks. Buy it now gets free shipping. These small brass lamps are from the late 1920s-early 1930s. They are 7” high to the bottom of the socket. When the shade is put on. They are 12” high. There's only one(1) shade. The bottom is 4” in diameter. They each take eight(8) prisms. But we only have 10 total; six(6) are missing. The prisms are original, and have chips and flakes. They dangle about 5" down. The metal is solid on both of them. The finish on one lamp is better than the finish on the other lamp. The old cloth-covered wiring works. But we always ... moresuggest rewiring for safety. We found no makers' marks. Please see the pictures. The CK details: We go to auctions in spurts. The Tiffany style lamp has a shade made of slag glass and the lamp itself is cast metal(I am not sure of the type) There are no markings. This is not a reproduction. This lamp was purchased in an antique store in approximately 1974. So it is AT LEAST 40 years old. This lamp is very heavy and solid. The shade sets solidly on the unique shade-holder. The beautiful design on the shade has an art-deco quality about it. One panel in the shade has a long crack in it(see photos) This crack was there when the lamp was purchased. Antique Epergne Lamp 30's 40's Amber Vase & Crystal Teardrops Vintage Art Deco
This listing is for a very unique Epergne Lamp. All original. Except for partial rewiring. Works! It's an antique and has been in my family a long time, but I don't know much about it. I believe it's from the 30's or 40's- Art Deco Period. It has the cloth original wiring inside, which is in good condition as you can see in the pictures, with some that has been rewired. It's made out of a combination of leaded glass, brass coated metal, and tin. I'm not sure if it's solid brass or brass coated(over possibly pot metal) but, it is extremely heavy. The vase is amber colored glass. The tulip leaves are tin with hanging amber crystal teardrops. Four of the teardrops are missing. And one of them is broken. The enclosure where the main light bulb is located, swings back on a hinge to open and has amber leaded glass ... moreinserts on the bottom part, and a light blue leaded glass top. This bulb contributes to illuminating the vase. The lamp also is adorned with 2 brass ladies, one on each side, holding cascading rosettes. The Lamp is approximately 14" high at the top of the vase. It is ornately decorated, yet, stunningly charming. I believe these bulbs are old. And, one of the bulbs has come out of it's threaded base. It is a really beautiful piece. Nice Vintage Antique Art Deco Cast Iron Expert Dragon Bird Floor Lamp Rewired
This is a heavy duty. Quality antique floor lamp that seems to be almost entirely made of cast iron with a bronze finish that is nearly 100% intact with little wear. It is marked Expert Lamp Mfg. Co. underneath and numbered 502. The only visible rust is on the bottom of the base. It was re-wired, working, cleaned, and oil rubbed to protect the finish and prevent rust formation. Both sockets are new and have pull-chains. There is a large original art deco finial on the top that sits slightly lopsided(I haven't tried to straighten it) but it screws on tightly. It has a very unusual design with a large, heavy cast iron piece in the middle of the post that has a bird-like dragon head on both sides, and another large, heavy cast iron piece toward the base with birds on both sides. The base has art deco designs cast all the way around, and ... morethe post itself is cast with a spiral pattern from top to bottom. The lamp measures 65" tall with the finial. And the base measures 10" across. It will be partially disassembled, packed well, and insured during shipping.

This auction is for a Beautiful set of art deco wall sconces that are made of brass. They are slip shade wall sconces. There is only one glass shade with this set. It is a frosted glass. They have push buttons on them, not tested, have the cloth covered wires on them. Back of psuh button switches are marked EAGLE. Lamps have no marks on them. They are 9½ inches tall and between 4½& 5 inches wide. They are very old so this auction is as is. I have many pictures for you to recview. I will answer any questions that I can. Antique figural lady spelter/pot metal pioneer farm girl lamp vintage art deco
Working art deco antique lamp. She's a colonial pioneer figural lady. But I don't know a lot about the origin, metal type, or date of the lamp. Judging from the plug, I'd guess 1940`s or 50`s. The paint is the original color, and there is minimal chipping. She's holding a tool that resembles a rake in size and shape. However the teeth are too short to be a rake, at least as far as I know. Vintage original white/cream color paint. 25“ high, not including the shade support. This item is available for free local pickup in the Boca Raton. Deerfield Beach, or Miami area.
