Lamp stands 26" high to finial- 14" to top of carved marble- 4.5" diameter at base and 5.5 across the middle of the carving. Very good vintage condition with one minor chip on base at front corner and some rubbing on the finial which looks to be marble also. Brass metal with double lamp and pull strings for lighting. Pair of Antique Carved Wood Lamps w/ Original Red Bole, Black Paint & Gilding
This pair of carved wood lamps dates to app. 1920 and are in excellent condition. The wiring is new. And we carefully lacquered the finish to preserve it. There is some minor paint loss, but not bad. The carving sits atop a brass base. To the top of the shade is 21" to the top of the carved arms is 11" the lamps are 9 1/2" wide at the arms. They could have been Italian made bases for cathedral candelabra which were then wired mid century. Wired with new three way lamp sockets. The lampshade shown is one of a pair, shades are not included but can be had for $75.00 per shade. The shades are custom painted oval parchment and are in excellent condition. Victorian Antique Floor Lamp, Twist and Carved Mahogany
This is a beautiful. Rare, antique, solid mahogany floor lamp with custom made shade. It has a twist mahogany pole(larger at the top, smaller on the bottom) and carved acanthus leaf detail on the base with claw and ball feet. The lamp takes two bulbs(not included) and has pull chains for each so you can lite one or both. I purchased this lamp from an antique dealer about 10 years ago for $800, and then had the shade made for it at an additional cost. It is beautiful and in great condition except for a small crack at the base as pictured. Recently I saw a 1920's barley twist lamp that was not nearly as nice as this, no detail, not mahogany wood) selling for $500. I had the shade made for the lamp and it is signed by the maker. Palm tree, boat, and pineapple. From the front it stands 12 inches tall. From the back it is 10 inches tall. The lamp is 14 inches around. In overall good displayable/useable condition. Creates a nice glow and shadowing with the cameo work. There are three cracks as shown in the photos. Also a small one at the top. This was a lamp I was using and just changed up décor and wanting to replace it with something else. It works; it has the original shade and finial. The shade as you can see has a stain and a hole in it. I used to set that side toward the wall. The lamp base itself is in EUC; flee bite chips at base because of use and age; very nice marble coloring throughout as you can see. This is a beautiful working lamp.just want a change. I am guessing the age to be 1930's to 1940's. Not sure of maker but it has been in our family for at least 60 years I do know that. Beautiful Hollywood Regency Italian Deeply Carved Alabaster Marble Urn Shape Table Lamps with beautiful Open Work Metal Trim. The bottom metal work between the foot and pedestal looks like twigs and the urn base has a leaf design. The top of the urn shape is deeply carved and the wide band has a row of what looks like flowers. Below that are vertical lines running down to the metal that holds the urn shape. The next area of marble is square and the bottom base is square. I do not know how else to describe these. They have the original finials. They are quite heavy weighing almost 11 lbs. each so they will be heavy to ship. I might need two boxes. I will list 45.00 shipping and if it is more I will cover. If less I will refund. These work well and I note one plug has been replaced. The wiring looks very good.

Beautiful Antique Chinese Late Qing Dynasty Export large hand carved"jade" bird mounted as lamp on carved rosewood base. This is in turn mounted on two pierced repousse brass platforms. The carving itself dates to the late 1800s and I believe it was made into a lamp in the late 1920s an this was quite the fashion during that Gilded Art Deco Era. The height to top of finial is 24" Sculpture and wooden base measure 11 1/4" The stone is often referred to as jade. But is more correctly fluorite or green quartz. Beautiful gradations of color. Varies from deep sea green to aqua depending on light. Normal cracks are inherent to this beautiful stone. Very fine detailing to the head and wings produced from one solid piece. Upper part is solid and niche is created below for access to internal light. One can barely fit ones fingers ... morein niche to replace bulb. The whole piece weighs over 5 pounds. great antique condition-there are some sharp edges in the midsection. Being sold as is. Very bottom of bottom brass base has a bit of a dent. This beautiful carving has been secured to copper tubing and has two separate switches. Rewired in the 1970s, fully functional. Gives off an amazing glow. Smashing decorative accessory! It is pitted with a realist variance of colors as is common with limestone. The lamp features a large"carved" bust of a Greek or Roman(Mars? god of war/warrior. The human face likeness is fantastic. The warrior has a VERY ORNATE AND DETAILED helmet which is embossed with mythological creatures. There are centaurs(half man half lion) and griffins. Metal base is attached to a 6 sided glass base. The glass base has a very tiny chip at two of the points. No cracks. The metal base has a dent. Lamp unscrews from the base. Old bulb is still inside. Here is a spectacular pair of Carved Rock Crystal Quartz Lamps. The base is a 3 tiered square platform. Approx. 6 by 6 inches. Then a round carved/etched piece which holds a solid large pillar stem- topped off by a somewhat tulip shape. The quality of the quartz is excellent- with rainbows and shimmering. Just enough etching on the lamps which only improves the total look. Extremely classy- and in person- very statement pieces which cannot be ignored. These antique early 20th century lamps are in good condition! There is one small nick on one corner of one lamp. The size of it is 3-4mm- which is nothing considering the presence these lamps have- it is not noticeable. The height of these lamps are: 18 inches. The circumference of the pillar is 6 inches. Antique 1920's White ALABASTER & MARBLE Carved SWAN EGRET HERON Bird Table Lamp
Up for your consideration is this absolutely exquisite antique carved white Alabaster and Marble table lamp from the 1920's. This lamp depicts a long necked bird with it's wings spread- I believe the bird is either a swan. Egret or heron. Absolutely stunning detail and the white color really stands out. The lamp has two lights with individual pull switches so that you can adjust the amount of light. Measures 27.5 inches tall from the base to the finial and 9.5 inches wide without a shade(no shade included) This lamp is quite heavy because the alabaster and marble portion alone measures approx. 12.5 inches. In excellent condition. One small chip on the wing of one bird(enlarge pic#9, wing of bird on right near legs) There is a painted portion of the lamp above the alabaster that has chipped cream paint as well. Best of all the lamp ... moreworks! This lamp would go beautifully into many decorating styles- Victorian, Art Nouveau, Traditional, etc. So stunning! I fell in love with this lamp when I found it at a Buffalo. NY antique shop over 12 years ago, the owner of the shop claimed it was a 1920's lamp when I purchased it. I believe this lamp is one-of-a-kind and/or repurposed, see extra hole on base of lamp. It is difficult to date this lamp to the exact year, however, the"Arrow" company name is on the light sockets. Arrow was in business from 1904-1927. Arrow applied for patents on pull-style light sockets in 1909-1911 and 1915(see antiquesockets.com) Therefore, I believe this lamp dates circa 1920's(could be earlier) Square base is white marble. Carved portion is white alabaster. Finial has a hole that goes all the way through the top. Depending on what kind of lamp shade you are pairing this lamp with, you have the option of unscrewing the 4" extender at the top that the finial is attached to and the finial screws in perfectly to the bottom metal portion as well(if you are using a drum shade, you probably want to leave the extender on, if you have a glass shade, you probably want to brin
