It has heavy patina on the ... moreback of both brass trays. There is patina around all of the sides of the brass and in spots on the carved scenes. The wooden stand is in very good condition. It has some patina on the metal hinges. One of the legs has a missing supporting piece(about a 1 inch long little piece of wood) This piece can use some heavy cleaning. This table would have supported a lamp. This lamp is not included. Pleasingly solid brass trays are supported by a folding base to produce a two tier table. The piece is suitable both for permanent location or as on occasional table. When in folded position the table assumes very little space and can be slid under a sofa or such; in addition the gorgeous solid trays may be used on their own for serving and display purposes. The base is a six leg folding design with dragons head carvings to the upper. The trays display wonderful scense with floral and foliate detailing to the perimeter and a central engraving featuring oriental characters in traditional dress. Overall this peice of furniture is in good condition and will make a great addition to any setting. 20" tall approximately 17" width 10" wide lower tray 14" wide upper tray We are a non-profit store and this was a donation. We are fairly certain this is not a reproduction piece and is truly from the 1930's. We do not know much about this piece except for a previous Ebay listing of a very similar item that sold in the UK in Sept. 2012. Antique Brass Glass Art Deco Lamps Sunset Lighting Gilbert Rohde? Tyndale Shades Great pair of lamps. Probably from the 30s or 40s for your consideration. Recently picked them up at an auction. The lamps were made by Mutual Sunset Light Company of Brooklyn, NY. The base has MSLC 4024 on both of them. Some question out on eBay as to whether these lamps were designed by Gilbert Rohde, anyone out there know where that open item can be confirmed or disproved? Your identity will be kept anonymous. The lamps appear to be made of brass and pressed glass. The bottoms above the brass base are also a cube of glass. A couple of chips in the cubed glass on both pieces. Nice pair of Tyndale fabric shades come with the lamps as well. Some of the gold gilt around the lamp needs to be reattached. But all there. Did not plug the lamps in to see if they work. ... moreYou can see one of the lamps has the bottom of the socket missing. There are no shade holders with this pair, piece that runs up from the socket to hold the shade in place. Some corrosion to the brass finish pieces on the lamps. There is no lamp shade included. There appears to be a manuafacturers name at base, but I can't make it out. Turns on excellently by button switch. 1920's Antique Art Deco Brass and Genuine Milk Glass Dome Lamp Shade Hand Painted Ceiling Lamp Light Shade This listing is for a very nice antique art deco shade. It dates from the 1920's. Along with the shade I am also including the brass ring. This is a very large light shade. The diameter of the large dome shade is 17" and it hangs an amazing 7 1/2" high. This is a very heavy shade as well. Suitable to be the center piece in a nice large room. Ring could make it possible to hang from the ceiling or attach to a hanging fixture. This is an absolutely stunning hand painted colonial style genuine milk glass shade. The outside of the shade has a satin finish. The large glass lamp shade does have 2 chips. One is along the edge which would not be visible behind the brass ring. The other is on a white part of the shade itself, ... moreso it would be almost impossible to see it from the floor looking at it. There are no cracks aside from the normal wear found on the fitter edge. The shade looks amazing when lit and it was hard to show in the pictures. The lamp is painted a light pink/purple hazey color, which is most likely original. I cannot say for sure if the flowers were added later. Overall condition of the shade is good for its age. Pair of Small Antique / Vintage Brass Art Deco Lamps w/ Orig. Prisms 1 Shade
We recently went to an auction that had 1880s-1960s lighting fixtures. Lamps, etc. There are some gas lighting parts, too– we're not quite sure of what to call some of the gas light fittings, but we'll post plenty of pictures. We'll be listing these over the next couple of weeks. Buy it now gets free shipping. These small brass lamps are from the late 1920s-early 1930s. They are 7” high to the bottom of the socket. When the shade is put on. They are 12” high. There's only one(1) shade. The bottom is 4” in diameter. They each take eight(8) prisms. But we only have 10 total; six(6) are missing. The prisms are original, and have chips and flakes. They dangle about 5" down. The metal is solid on both of them. The finish on one lamp is better than the finish on the other lamp. Antique Czech Table Lamp Description: Electric table lamp is constructed with a art glass vase as the body section. Vase is white cased glass with blue pulled streaks and gold. Yellow and green adventurine or mica spots. This is attributed to Ruckl in their Shimmy Decor. Glass is in mint condition with no chips or cracks. Cast iron lamp base part has a bright brass plated finish. Brass shows a slightly aged patina but is bright and shiny overall. Some sections would benefit from a quick polish. Cast iron embossed base design pattern shows horse chestnut leaves and nuts. Measures 25.5 inches tall overall as measured to the top of the round ball shaped finial. Glass body section measures 4.25 inches wide and 9.5 inches tall. Bottom of base is 8.25 inches in diameter. Recently rewired using gold colored cord and a white wall plug. Super cool antique brass art deco table lamp 1920s* This is a really nice antique brass art deco table lamp which stands 17 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a pretty aqua blue glass bead pull on the end of the chain. The pretty embossed shade has blueberry color bakelite beaded fringe trim done in a chevron style. The column is thick twisted brass with embossed ivy decoration. The lamp has a gold finish on some areas. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the beads end. Antique Solid Brass Gas Fueled Candelabra 3 Footed Arts & Crafts Art Deco
Antique solid brass. Gas fueled table top candelabra. Three arms, each made to look like a simple sprouting flower. Three horn shaped feet. The gas connection is at the bottom across from the center arm. The large geometric shaped finial is six sided with a faux flame at its center. I don't know when this piece was made. But, from its appearance, I think it could be Arts& Crafts or Art Deco era. The candelabra weighs 7 lbs. It measures 13-1/2" x 8-3/4" x 8" The threaded opening where a gas line can be connected measures 1/2" in diameter. The finial and candle cups atop each arm are removable. No cracks. Breaks, or repairs. Beautifully tarnished. There is a subtle wave in the top rim of one of the candle arms. All three arms have been plugged so that actual candles may be used instead of gas flame. This is most likely a unique piece. This lamp is a marriage of a cast iron gooseneck base and neck and what appears to be an Emeralite fixture and unmarked Emeralite shade on the end. The fixture has an"E" on the on/ off knob and is an Eagle fixture that has"UNO" and Pat Dec 24. 12 on it. The shade is very high quality and has ground edges and is quite heavy and has a great glow when the lamp is on. This lamp appears to have been done by someone who was very good at what they do as everything is tight and solid. THE MILLER COMPANY EARLY 1900s BRASS DOUBLE BULB LAMP WITH ORIGINAL SHADE FRAME! Beautifully articulated small brass lamp with original shade frame that has been recovered in silk and lace. Brass finial seems to be original and if so is worth something on its own as a replacement part. Appears to be Empire style with two pull-chain bulbs that have candle cover bases. Also original. Lamp is fairly weighty for its size, nice sturdy piece. The Miller Lamp Company is comparable to Bradley, Hubbard, and Handel, started in the late ... more1800s to produce quality and innovative stylish lamps until the early 1900s. Bottom of base is marked Miller 1134, shade frame also is imprinted with the Miller name. Lamp was found at a local flea market 15 years ago covered in lavender paint and the fabric on the shade was torn beyond repair. At that time we gently flaked off most of the paint and repaired the shade with lace on the outside and silk inside, all hand sewn but not like the original and not professionally done, but looks acceptable. Some bits of the paint remain here and there mainly where it is not particularly visible, easy to remove with the help of paint remover but remains to be done, could not be scraped for fear of scratching the brass surface, which has been carefully preserved. The bulbs in place are the smallest wattage we could find to help keep the silk shade from deteriorating, but larger new energy saving bulbs can probably provide more light without heat today. Candle type bases for the bulbs are slightly worn and chipped. One flaw has come to our attention at the point of listing, which is a vertical split in the metal just above the base and it can be seen in a couple of the pictures. The lamp is

ANTIQUE Cast Iron and Brass. The bottom is Cast Iron and the Bridge is Solid Brass, this was completely Restored with all new wiring and socket, and new Paint, I did use the original brass Socket housing, and that is what the Bridge Arm looks like cleaned up, The color I painted it is Aged Copper with 2 layers of primer sealer and 3 layers of Aged Copper with the Black parts being painted with flat Black Stove heat resistant paint, and the Copper is Faded into the Black, if you Prefer Solid Copper, I will Finish it for you For FREE' and It will be all Aged copper if you like, The Shade'DOES NOT COME WITH LAMP' IT WAS FOR PICTURE PURPOSE ONLY' There are some Beautiful'BELL LAMP SHADES' at Lowes for $27.95 and would be Beautiful on this Lamp,The Top bridge and the Bottom stand will be taken off for Delivery to Protect ... morethis lamp, when the bottom is put on, it does not completely tighten the center bar, you can use a thin layer of tape to make it tighter or purchase a large nut and washer for the bottom,I believe it is made this way, the middle bar screws all the way thru and is very sturdy but has some wobble play on the center connection and can be tightend as I mentioned, the Top Bridge only needs a few threads to be tightend as not to be overly tightend,Very Nice'ART DECO' Floor Lamp from the 1920's, This may be a Rembrandt but im not sure,i know the Arm is completely Brass because I painted it, you can strip it back to its original Brass if you want the old brass to come thru, Nice old Lamp. ANTIQUE ART DECO BRASS& ONYX DOUBLE SOCKET BENJAMIN LAMP. I am offering an antique Art Deco brass and onyx lamp with double benjamin sockets. The stem of the lamp is solid brass and has a beautiful Art Deco design with onyx glass in the middle. Brass colored cast iron base marked 7107 on the bottom. Lamp measures 24" tall x 6" across the base. Lamp is in good working condition. I had this lamp professionally restored and rewired with period style cloth wire and a button plug. The double Benjamin sockets are hard to find in working condition, but this one is ready to be have a shade added. This little beauty is ready to be added to your collection. Exquisite antique art deco brass table lamp 1920s* This is an absolutely exquisite art deco lamp with an asian flair. The lamp is heavy. Mostly solid brass and stands 18 inches high and is 8 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has its original procelain and brass pull chain socket with a fancy triple austrian crystal pull on the end of the chain. The beautiful pierced brass floral shade ring is adorned with 25 full size(4 inch) hand cut austrian u drop crystal spears. There are some minor differences in some. They are old and came with the lamp when I bought it. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. This lamp was purchased from an antique shop in historic Guttenberg.
