VTG Mid Century Danish Modern Male Ballet Dancer Lamp Light UFO Fiberglass Shade
Great vintage mid century modern male ballet dancer lamp. I think it is chalkware. But can't tell for sure. It is signed near the cord on the bottom of the base, 1953 Premco MFG Co. It's got a great retro looking fiberglass lamp shade. It's in very good vintage condition, free from chips or cracks. The shade is also in nice condition. As you can see the pictures, it is tested and working well. I don't ship light bulbs, so it won't be included. This is a very unique piece to add to your lighting collection! It measures 28 1/2" high to the top of the finial. The male dancer is about 9 1/2" and the base of the lamp is about 6 1/2" wide across. The shade is 10 1/2" high by 18" wide. Awesome vintage mid-century modern table lamp! Glazed ceramic in driftwood design. Nice green color. Great condition. No chips or cracks. Lamp works. But has its original cord, so would need rewired for maximum safety. There is some very light crazing in the glaze, normal or better than normal for age. Three small spots on back where glazing was missed-factory error, not a flaw-one at base, one about 1" above cord and one a couple inches up from that(see last photo) Ceramic portion of lamp measures approx. 12.5" wide X 12" tall. In very good condition with only age related wear. no cracks, chips or hairlines. This lamp measures about 23.5" to the top of the socket. And about 32.5" to the top of the finial. Width across the widest point of the lamp is about 8" The metal base looks to be brass but not positive. And has a lot of wear. but I honesty like this look much better than shiny brass. The Amber Glass is twisted on the top half and the bottom is in a coin dot pattern.This lamp has a 2 way socket(I'm pretty sure it should be a 3 way but for some reason only 2 work) In very good working condition. but as with any older lamp should be re-wired. Vtg 1950's Abstract Sculpture Hand Wrought Iron Floor Lamp Mid Century Modern
This is a very interesting wrought iron floor lamp circa 1950's. I did not find a signature but it is of abstract style. It is in excellent condition and works great. It measures 59" high and 27" wide. The shade is 14" in diameter. The socket will need to be removed from the wire in order to remove the shade to ship but the wires screw back onto the terminals easily. Thank you!
