This is to allow the front side to be flat to the edge of the plates where they then curve in for the plate. The panel can be hung in either direction as there rings in each corner. Vintage Large Bradley & Hubbard Stained Leaded Slag Glass Table lamp 57,565
Vintage Large Bradley& Hubbard Slag Glass Lamp. The overall height of the lamp is 29 inches. The base is 9 inches wide. The globe is 19 inches wide and 11 inches high. The globe will need to be repaired. The glass is pulled away from the metal cap where it attaches at the very top of the shade. I have made inquiries and have been told that this can be repaired. I do not have an estimate on the repair cost. The base of the lamp shows signs of wear and use and age. It is not uncommon for this type of base to have the issues that this one has. The top cap. Which sits on the top of the glass shade has been broken. The replacement parts are available for this type lamp under $50.00 The coloring is really nice. Several shades of blues and greens make it a very settling feeling when illuminated with all 3 bulbs and each in succession. Vintage Slag Glass Lamp Shade with Winged Griffins Shown is a vintage caramel slag glass lamp shade with a very sturdy and ornate metal(lead) frame that features winged griffins. The frame has no breaks and no repairs and comes to you with its original untouched brass/gilded finish and aged patina. The shade measures 13 inches wide at the bottom(corner to corner) and 4 inches wide at the top and stands 7 inches tall. The 6 panels measure 6 inches at the bottom and 2 inches at the top. The glass panels are all in good condition with no cracks and no chips.

VINTAGE STAINED GLASS EMPIRE LAMP HEXAGON SHADE
Up for auction is the Empire light as seen in auction photos. Measures approx 12" high. I purchased this light at an Estate Auction. I only see on the bottom PAT. 11-22-21 USA. The light is in very good condition with cloth cord and old type plug. The glass color is a nice carmel streaks of milky white and brown opaque with ripply texture characteristic of art glass. It has a pull chain. The lamp frame is made of some sort of cast metal. The base is solid cast metal there are some small marks on it from normal wear but is in great condition. This is a hand made cut lead leaded bent glass. Antique hanging slag glass bent panel lamp. Not one of the oldest I've seen but a stunning Tiffany style panel design 1950- 1960. Stunning carousel with a scalloped edge. Tiffany glass style swag hanging lamp measures 15" Wide and 12" Tall. This is a original lamp. The reason the cord and chain is missing is because the chain was rusty and the cord was old and cracked. This light has 12 panels on each row all but the top and it has 8 panels. You cannot find this company's lights in the U.S. It is stamped on the bottom with the HoNSEL logo and name(see photo) Original lamps go for thousands of dollars at the BIG auction's house(you know which one! The wiring may have been replaced but that is also vintage as you can see from the pictures. The tree shaped base is cast metal- very heavy, maybe bronze? Bronze colored, for sure. It was made by the HoNSEL Lighting Company whose affiliations date back to 1919. Info on the name HoNSEL: The New Honsel of 1919-1929 was a workshop of decorative artist ... moreHendrik Cornelis Hérens(1893-1934) that made stained glass lamps. Hendrikk Hérens was born on December 4. 1893 in Amsterdam. He took a course in drawing at the Academy of Art in The Hague and then was an assistant to the restoration of the stained glass windows of St. John's Church in Gouda. In 1919 he started his own studio in Honselersdijk(Netherlands) where he made stained and leaded-glass windows. The workshop was called The Honsel. And later The New Honsel. His first lamps were faithful decorations. But gradually he went on to the expressionist Amsterdam School style. He designed lamps for major clients such as De Bijenkorf and cinema Tuschinsky. 1] He also made for individuals lamps in the Tuschinsky style. In 1921 the studio moved to Loosduinen and in 1923 to The Hague. The workshop closed in 1929. This stunning lantern fixture features an ornate, heavily gilded iron and brass frame which is paired with frosted, bent and stained glass. The lamp in unique and has characteristics of French, Italian and Spanish Mission. The frame has 4 opened panels with a Mission style, scrolled iron design. These panels alternate with 4 glass panels(total of 8 panels) The glass is frosted. It is bent and curves inward at the center(concave) Each glass panel is highlighted with a delicate and intricate stained pattern. The stained pattern is an ornately scrolled design and pairs beautifully with the scrolled iron, open panels. Antique Vintage Cast Iron Green Stained Slag Glass Angel Cherub Table Lamp
You are bidding on a Vintage Table Lamp. I can find no maker's mark on the lamp itself. There was some information on the old socket. But I think it was just the socket maker, and it has since been replaced with a new one. This lamp is about 22 inches tall with the shade on it. The base of lamp has a square that is about 7.5 x 7.5 inches. The shade is very heavy. It is made of a green stained/slag glass that is very heavy, but light still passes through it very nicely. It measures about 12 inches in diameter and it is about 7.5 inches tall. This lamp weighs a total of just under 12 pounds. When I found this lamp, the socket did not work so I took it to a lamp shop and had the socket replaced, the cord is still the same. The lamp works now just as it should. It has slide mechanism to turn it on or off. There is a finial on the top that ... moreyou remove by screwing it off and then you have access to remove the shade. The shade support is also removeable by pinching the two sides and it comes out of the groove by design. Condition- It is pre-owned and well used. The metal parts of the base and shade have oxidation and discoloration but that definitely adds a nice patina to the piece. The inner glass is intact. There could be a few small flea bites where the glass jostles around because it is just held in place by metal prongs. The lamp works, as stated the socket is new, but the cord was left because I wanted to leave the lamp as original as possible. As far as the age of the piece, I really have no idea, my research has come up empty. It really is a beautiful lamp, and if nothing else, its definitely aesthetically pleasing to look at. This lamp was purchased in an antique store in approximately 1974. So it is AT LEAST 40 years old. This lamp is very heavy and solid. The shade sets solidly on the unique shade-holder. The beautiful design on the shade has an art-deco quality about it. One panel in the shade has a long crack in it(see photos) This crack was there when the lamp was purchased. The crack is not noticeable when the lamp is off but is more noticeable when turned on. However. This panel can easily be turned toward the wall if necessary. Vintage Stained Glass Hanging Lamp Shade Heart Tiffany
This is a gorgeous Tiffany style hanging lamp shade. It has the fixture. Cap and chain. Beautiful amber, yellows and browns in a leaf design. The Heart Tiffany Company was formed in New London, CT in approx. 1982. Their trademark was revoked in 1985, so these lamps weren't made for very long. There is a metal plate with the company name. Their special mark was a small glass heart soldered on the inside of the lamp next to the name. You can see that in one of the photos. This is an exceptional piece. Excellent condition. We didn't see any cracks or chips anywhere. It is 16" diameter at the base and approximately 9" high. Shipping is free within the continental United States. If you are outside of that area. This a Beautiful slag electric lamp. Stamped on bottom EF INDUSTRIES INC No. 145-4 AND 145-5 C 1971. There are the initials P H around the bottom of lampshade sections. Possibly reproductions of Philip Handel? I don't know. Works and I would say Great condition. There is a bent place around shade in one section but I don't think it takes away at all. See photos. Approx 16 or 17" tall. Base also lights up. All the pink glass sections are there in lamp shade and at bottom. Also. The finial is there, and it looks like the original old cord too. You can pick up locally near Cookeville Tenn in middle TN just off I-40. Or if you want it shipped. It will be $50. It's heavy and I would have to take time to really pack it well. Vintage light shade. I do not know how old it is. It is octagonal(8 sided) with repetitious pattern. I know very little about this type of item. I believe this is what is refered to as leaded stained glass. Soldered metal frame with colored glass. I took lots of photos so you can make your own decisions. Overall about 10 inches tall. 7 inches wide on top, and 15 inches wide on bottom. I cleaned this item some but it will look even better with a proper cleaning I do not see any damages or repairs other than one cracked panel on top(see photo#6) and one solder repair strip on top(photo#12) Still sturdy. Solid and sound frame. It is dusty/dirty and needs cleaned. It has some wear, nothing serious, it still looks very nice and shiney/glossy. You judge the cosmetic appearance from the photos. This item is in very good +++ Vintage condition. I have added many pictures to show just how nice this item is. This Item is in Very good condition with only very Minor flaws. But needs to be mentioned in the description. This lamp shade shows very minor flaw's, The lamp shows a few cracks and hair lines fractions in the slag glass at the rims edge. It looks as if the lamps was hit on the rims edge and bent downward and cracked the slag stained glass. BUT This item as you will see in my posting shows where it has been ... moredented on the rims edge and that caused the slag glass to crack, though there are no missing pieces and are very minor Cracks, flaw's. This item shows very minor hair lines and cracks though you will notice the rims edge is a little off center and Not totally round. I feel this can be a very easy fix. This item was purchased at an Estate Auction and is being sold as in found condition as described in listing. Please view item being listed for a visual description as well.
