MASSIVE Vintage MURANO Cased Glass Hanging Lamp/Light Fixture, Billiard. Prisms
Amazing vintage Murano glass hanging light/lamp. I believe the frame is wrought iron. 3 cased glass Murano shades. 3 glass chimneys. The larger middle chimney has a Murano label on it. The frame measures 26 1/4" high and 38" wide and is quite heavy. The smaller shades measure 6 1/4" high and the bottom opening is almost 7 3/4" across. The larger middle shade is 8 1/2" high and the bottom opening is 12 1/2" across. The shades have only minor nicks along the top and bottom rims. There are also many. Many prisms that appear to be glass. Not all of them are shown hanging on the lamp. From moving the lamp around a lot of them have come off and I have them separate. If I had to guess I would say there are probably over 100 of them. An extremely rare find. 1950's Murano Lamp with original shade. Is in excellent condition. This is a timeless piece from Murano features the rich hues that Murano blown glass is known for.
