Lovely porcelain boudoir lamp. Victorian man and woman embracing and/or dancing. The lamp base is about 6" tall and 8" with the lamp socket included. I believe its from Germany because the tag on the inside of the globe is in German. I do not know the age of this lamp. It has a euro plug on it with a toggle switch for on/off. It measures just about 17 inches tall. Its in perfect working order without any chips or cracks that I have seen. The collar that holds up the glass globe looks to be made of rubber or plastic.
