Vintage 1920's/1930's Set/2 Shabby French Tole Candlestick Lamps Metal Flowers Offered for auction is a charming vintage pair of electric candlestick lamps circa 1920-1930's. Very French. The nicely burnished metal lamps have ornate bases that measure 4" square and enameled flower accents that still show a hint of their original pink color. They stand 13" high without the lightbulbs-with lightbulbs and shades, they measure almost 17" high. As you can see from my photos, they are in excellent working condition and do not need to be rewired. The lampshades are newer and not original to the lamps-the shades will come with the lamps as they work so well with them. Wonderfully shabby and perfect for the lover of romantic vintage! I believe hand painted flower table lamp in great shape with no damage noticed! this lamp is unmarked as jefferson used paper labels and most fell off or were removed when purchased as jefferson put them on the side of lamps instead of bottoms as most other companies did. Jefferson glass went out of business i believe in 1933. So this lamp could be 80 yrs old! The lamp stands 14 3/4" tall to top of socket. and base is 4" wide. A very pretty lamp. Vintage Mid Century Modern 1930's Russel Wright Art Deco Copper Table Lamp
For your perusal: A very rare 1930's Russel Wright Copper Lamp. It stands 22" tall and weighs 5 1/2 lbs. There are no dents. And the copper looks to be in great shape. It would shine up nicely(if that's the way you like it) but I'm selling the lamp the way I found it. The lamp has a switch problem so it needs to be rewired. In addition. If I was keeping it, I would purchase a new harp with a heigth that is about 2 inches less than the current height. I just feel it would look better aesthetically. I'm starting the bidding at $499. It feels like some sort of plaster mold. It is original. About the 1940's they also made a porcelain one. For auction is a very nice white-marble table top lamp. It has great coloring. Very pretty and likely to please even the pickiest of marble connoisseurs. At 15" high and 4" at the bace it can fit just about anywhere. A wonderful centerpiece for the right side or corner table. The electrical has not been checked. the fixture looks like it could use replacing. At the purchasers discretion I will replace the fixture at the cost of $10(preserving the original power cord) Or I can ship AS IS. Vintage Deco Japanese Studio Art Pottery Flambe Drip Glaze Lamp Awaji Mark 1930
This listing is for a rare Awaji-ware lamp. This lamp was potted as a lamp- not a vase. It is fully marked with the Awaji Island flag mark. Kiln mark, export mark, and another mark- possibly the artist. I am dating it between 1921 and 1939, because the"Made in Japan" mark started in 1921, and both the Sanpei and Rikita kilns of Awaji closed in 1939. The lamp measures 18" tall overall. The exposed pottery portion measures 7 1/4" tall. And 8 1/2" greatest diameter. The pottery has intentional course ridges left from throwing along with undulating, incised decoration and amazing, frothy purple, red, green, and white drip glaze. The combined glaze and texture is quite robust, and reminiscent of ocean waves- possibly the island potter's inspiration. The lamp is complete with its(original? 13.75" cased green glass ... moreshade and and fittings. I think the shade is an Emeralite. It is definately period correct. And probably original to the lamp. I'm fairly certain that these cone-shades were originally produced to be hung from ceiling fixtures, but companies that produced lamps(especially one-of-a-kind studio pottery lamps) used whatever parts were appropriate and available. I love the studio-made, wire shade fitter(the original black paint can be seen on the underside) It looks like the lamp had a re-wire and extra coat of gold-tone paint in the 50's or 60's. It works well. Both the pottery and shade are excellent with no damage(If you're unfamiliar with antique shades. The top and bottom are"rough-cut" at the factory, and a uniformly rough edge with minimal chipping is the factory as-made norm) Overall a very rare. Complete lamp in excellent, original, working condition to accent your Art Deco or Mid Century Modern decor- or fill a spot in your Japanese pottery collection! Email with any questions. Up for auction is one of two vinatge 1940's- 50's Japanese Satuma style vase lamps with original brass pull chain sockets. I am listing another coordinating lamp just after this. This lamp is hand painted with an ornate maiden on the front and beautiful stylized flowers on the back side. Extremely well painted! No damage and wonderful rust red main color. This is very original and is shown with what I think is the original vintage shade. I am not including the shade as the fabric is very fragile with age and would only add a lot of cost to the auction. Available for purchase. We have a Vintage 1930's Table Lamp. This table lamp is made of cast metal with a brass finish. The foot has pretty scroll work. Atop that sits a black metal painted ribbed pedestal followed by two hugging cherubs. The cherubs hug the lamp pole. The lamp comes with a shade harp. The entire lamp measures 27-1/2" tall. A pair of beautiful vintage late 1930's early 1940's mantel lusters. The globes are beautifully etched. One of the globes is original and is more intricately etched and is ~10.75 inches tall. The other two globes match each other and are replacements that have an etched design and are ~8.25 inches tall. All globes are in perfect condition. There are ten large 7 inch prisms for each lamp. The prisms are in fair condition and all are original. Some are chipped. please see the pictures. I tried to take pictures so that you can see the condition of the prisms. Circa 1930. This pretty ... morelamp is formed from two pieces of sliced cystal. The circular base is decoratively sliced in diamond forms with a faceted stem. A heavy white metal collar supports the original white metal bayonet bulb holder. The retaining ring secures the three pronged white metal bracket. The bracket supports the unusual tapered mushroom dome that is sliced in a similar manner to the base. The lamp have been finished with 1.5m's of new 75mm two core vintage braided cloth covered flex in Havana gold and a white period toggle torpedo switch. Dimensions: The lamps stand 40cm's tall and has a base diameter of 13cm. Weight: Each lamp weighs 1617g's. Condition: The lamp is in very good restored condition. On receipt the lamps were completed stripped to it's constituent parts. Cleaned and polished with high quality non-abrasive polishes.The bayonet holder has been dissasembled with all white metal& brass work cleaned and polished before re-assembly.
