The socket is signed, but this is for the hardware manufacturer. Several antique dealers have looked at shade but no definitive answer. Except it is truly beautiful! Multi shades of color accented with a stunning irridescence. The underside of shade has the colors in their more solid form. And on the outside is this wonderful and captivating coloring. Amazing. The rim of shade has no chips, just slight roughness. Shade is excellent. The metal base does has some discolor here& there. The lamp works and cord is fine. If it is a replacement, it was done many years ago. NOTE The four spokes supporting the base for the shade may be able to be tightened. This part moves slightly if shade is touched. But I have no problem using this lamp at all. Remember. Though, that there is some play in this part. From base bottom to top of socket. Offered as is as found is an old Bradley and Hubbard slag lamp with heavy overlay shade. This is an early piece with that of the glass of Murano of italy and with the textured red really sets this off. Very colorful and dozens of pieces intricately placed into the detail of this piece. The base is marked B&H and has a leaf design and I don't know that the base is original to the piece or not. But does work beautifully as you can see. The lamp has a double light socket with acorn pull and the other socket appears to have been replaced as shown. All panels are intact and free on any cracks or breaks. This could use a good cleaning and polishing to remove any oxidation or residue. Please view photos for detail as well as condition. Offered as found. Will make a fine lamp with some tlc. The lamp measures 25 inches or 63.5 cm high to the top of the finial. The shade is 19 inches or 48 cm in diameter. The base of the lamp has a ribbed scrolling design with swags of flowers decorating the base. The lamp base has two sockets with pull chains. The shade is quite large and features a total of 16 slag glass panels. The larger glass panels are a dark purple with rainbow swirls along with a marbled light blue panels. The upper panels are quite an unusual and rare color. The overlay work on the shade has a scalloped edge and panels with winged figures ... moreon bottom panels. Antique Arts & Crafts Riviere Copper Overlay Slag Lamp Tiffany Revere Mission
Offered is a beautiful early 20th century Riviere copper overlay slag glass table lamp. This comes from a recent Memphis. TN estate where it was found stored in the attic for the past few decades. The copper overlay retains the original finish with a superb patina and surface. I have not cleaned the lamp or attempted any restoration. There are a number of old repairs and losses. The original finial and top shade cover are missing. Some of the overlay has come loose from the slag glass as is common with these lamps. The lamp retains all the original purple slag and looks wonderful when illuminated. I think it is rather rare to find one in purple as they are usually in green glass. Although the shade is missing the original finial it is still usable as is. It appears that the lamp was rewired sometime in the 50's. I assume that the base ... moreilluminates but I have not tried to get inside. If there are bulbs in the base I am certain they are burned out by now. I placed bulbs in the two main sockets for photographing. Overall the lamp is in good antique condition and would be an outstanding piece with a bit of restoration. RIVIERE GRAPEVINE ETCHED METAL OVERLAY TABLE LAMP, TIFFANY HANDEL B+H ERA
For Auction is an Arts and Crafts style overlay slag glass table lamp made at the turn of the century. I believe this table lamp is made by Riviere Brass& Bronze Works of New York. New York. The table lamp is a nice desk size as it stands 22 1/2" tall to the top crown of the shade and is 18 1/4" diagonal measurement or is 12 3/4" square. The shade is 10" tall sitting on its fitter set-up. The shade has a wonderful Arts + Crafts 4 sided shape with that is made up of Green and Beige Opalescent Glass with a crown. The Deep Green Opalescent top is accented with a radically slumped or bent beige opalescent bottom row of glass. The Construction method is that of brass channel similar to the construction of the Tiffany Studios desk set Items. The bottom slumped row is further embellished with a"Grapevine" etched ... moremetal overlay pattern on top of the glass. The base is a single light and has a 4 sided flat bottom. The shade is supported by the shade holder with 3 screws under the socket locking the shade in place. The shade and base are considered to be in excellent condition. There is no broken or cracked glass and no missing filigree on the shade. The base is also in excellent condition and I put felt on the bottom after I photographed it to protect your furniture. The shade and the base are unsigned. There is a raised area on the base that appears to have a number but I cannot make it out. I have attributed this lamp to have been made by Riviere Studio's based on the construction and the Grapevine overlay. This company was made up of ex Tiffany Studios workers and they copied and made similar items to Tiffany. The Grapevine Pattern was one of them. They made lamps and desk set pieces using this overlay. This lamp has been professionally re-wired with the Antique Style brown rayon cord and it still retains its original lamp plug. The Tiffany style lamp has a shade made of slag glass and the lamp itself is cast metal(I am not sure of the type) There are no markings. This is not a reproduction. This lamp was purchased in an antique store in approximately 1974. So it is AT LEAST 40 years old. This lamp is very heavy and solid. The shade sets solidly on the unique shade-holder. The beautiful design on the shade has an art-deco quality about it. One panel in the shade has a long crack in it(see photos) This crack was there when the lamp was purchased. The crack is not noticeable when the lamp is off but is more noticeable when turned on. However. This panel can easily be turned toward the wall if necessary. 1950's Mid Century Boudoir Lamp Hand Painted Gold Overlay Base New Shade Works
Gorgeous Hand Painted Green Floral Gold Trimmed Lamp With New Dangle Shade- from the 1950's This is for a gorgeous hand painted floral lamp that is a very light sea foam green in color with beautiful pink. Blue& yellow flowers with gilt trim and an ornate bronze colored base. This beautiful lamp has a brand new light tan lamp shade that has dangling beaded work that hangs off the edges of the lamp shade. This shade goes beautifully with the lamp and just compliments the lamp in every way. The lamp is in fair condition with a piece of the lamp arm that has been glued back on. I have tried to document this in the pictures. It is not something that you would see unless you were inspecting this area very closely. Monumental Sandwich Glass Lamp Cobalt over White Overlay-WOW
Here we have a monumental Cobalt over White Sandwich glass lamp. It is over the top gorgeous. The Cobalt body is a huge 16 inches long. From base to top of sockets is almost 29 inches not counting stem for shade. A true antique with ever lasting beauty. You never see examples of this size. It is in fine working order but it must have had a fall at some point long ago. There is a chip at the top collar that you really do not see due to the metal design. There has also been some fill at the base rim with a chip on blue overlay in a couple of spots. The glass body moves just a tad from fill area but it is more than stable and securely attached with bolt to base. I have never seen such a large example of this elegance and grandeur. Antique Stained Glass Carmel Slag Lamp Marked Bradley & Hubbard Metal Overlay
This beautiful antique stained slag glass lamp is made by Bradley Hubbard mfg. Co. which is marked the on bottom of metal stand[see photo] The wiring looks to have been replaced with a new cord. Which is 8 feet long and a new one bulb socket in good working condition. But with all electrical devices, please examine carefully before using especially after shipment. There are 8 slag glass[opaque glass with colored streaks and swirls of cream white running through the poured glass sheet] panels with warm caramel browns. Yellows and touch of red tones. There are no cracks to the glass. Most of the clips that hold the glass panels are in place and secure with a few clips missing. This could indicate that some of the glass panels could have been replace or worked on at one time. There is a cute Victorian. Art Deco? flower pattern metal overlay ... morearound the bottom exterior of shade but some of the filigree is missing as seen in photos. The base has some minor surface imperfections but not that noticeable. The lamp measures 22" from top of shade to bottom of stand. The stand is 14" high. Base 7" wide, arms 16" wide. The shade is 8" high, 16" wide. This lamp when light in a dim room looks warm and inviting. In good working condition.

Beautiful and Unique Metal and Slag Lamp. The Metal Filigree work is really incredible. Lots of detail and in great condition with the original authentic patina 7 Sided with 14 Slag Panels. I don't know the actual age but believe this would from the early 1900's it has been in my family for around 50 years and said to be an Antique then. The slag glass does have one cracked panel. Not very noticeable until you are looking for it(see photo's) It does work. The cord was changed, I think in the 60's. I don't see a makers mark but it does have a soft fabric glued on the bottom and I did not want to tear it off. It is very heavy about 13lbs. The Lamp is 14 inches High and the Font is inverted pear shape that is 6.25 inches wide and 5 inches wide. The White Glass Overlay is cut to a Dark Cranberry Interior. The design is Grape Leaves and Grapes. The base is a 2 level White Marble separated by Bronze Divider with a Bronze Column supporting the Font. The cut work on the leaves is special in that the prickly edges are cut as well as the veined interior. For auction is a wonderful cast metal overlay lamp made by the Miller Lamp Company of Meriden. CT. This pattern is called"Stylized Tulips" and it is a wonderful Art Nouveau design. This lamp is a nice size as it stands 19 3/4" tall to the very top of the finial and the bottom of the base has a diameter of 8 7/8" The shade has a diameter of 14" diagonal measurement and is 12 3/8" flat side to flat side. The bottom has a diameter of 7 3/16" This table lamp displays a beautiful cast metal overlay pattern of Stylized Tulips and Fleur de Lis. This pattern is repeated 6 times. Beneath these overlay pattern is the curved slag stained glass panels and they are done in a beautiful soft tone of green. I would say it is a medium mint green tone. The base has a rich Verdi green finish and the pattern in the base resembles ... morea webbed layered ruffled doily. The base and the exterior metal frame has this wonderful rich Verdi green patina applied. The socket has a single tassel pull chain to turn it on and off and the exterior socket is signed"C GE CO LTD" The base is considered to be in excellent condition and only shows minimal wear. It has some rust spots on the top and bottom underside foot. It has all of its original parts with the exception of the newly rewired brown rayon lamp cord. Even the plug is original to the base. The base is signed with the number"971" and"Miller" in raised relief just underneath. The finial is a signature Miller shape as well. The shade is in equally as good of condition. There are no cracks chips to any of the glass and the metal frame is in excellent condition. There is minor wear to the green patina throughout. The glass in this shade is early Kokomo green glass with a granite texture on the inside. The shade is not signed but there is no doubt that this shade was made explicitly for this lamp base and Not a Marriage. This is not a commonly found Miller lamp and is considered one of their best cast metal overlay lamps. I have only

An antique. Circa 1850's, art glass vase in cranberry overlaid to milk glass cut back to cranberry, wonderfully hand painted with floral sprays and gilt leafy scrolls. It has been converted to an electric lamp with a brass plinth base, brass cap, brass rod through with dual brass sockets at top. It is in working order with new cord and plug, pull chains on sockets or switch on cord. It has a new silky fabric on brass frame shade with faceted glass finial. Lamp measures 27" tall by 5" bottom diameter, shade 11" tall by 13-3/4" diameter. Very good plus condition: vase drill to underside only damage, some wear to gilt on vase shoulder and bottom edge, no dents or breaks to brass. Shade is fine.

Antique Sandwich White Overlay Cut to Cranberry Glass PAIR of Lamps Selling a pair or set of two-Old Bohemian style lamps that have the type of sandwich white overlay cut to cranberry glass center bubbles. The glass have a coin dot/thumb print type pattern. The lamps stand tall at 33" from base to top fennel. The lamps have a brass style ribbed metal pedestal that stands on a double layer of white marble accents with floral brass metal trim. The base marble has a felt bottom. Original cords are in good condition. No frays or electric issues seen. The lamps were inspected, cleaned and are in working condition as shown in the pictures. The base is 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" square. The lamps seem to be in great condition for age and as expected from use and age. 19th Century Antique Early American Antique New England BOSTON& SANDWICH COMPANY. Sandwich-Massachusetts OVERLAY CUT PRISM EMERALD GREEN BERRY& LEAF FLUID OIL LAMP. Lamp has been partially electrified and has an interior rod, washer& nut, and metal collar at top for such purposes-please read below for extended condition. The lamp is an antique New England Boston& Sandwich Company fluid oil lamp from the mid-19th century period and is one of their lovely glass overlay& cut concave prism designs(see pics) The lamp is an overlay of white glass& a concave cut prism design of emerald green glass berries& leaves which is very pretty and charming(see pics) Base of lamp is a scalloped white glass. Condition of lamp is very good with electrifying additions to lamp and imperfections cited as follows: the white glass oil ... morefont has several small flea bites/abrasions and/or inclusions which may or may not have been accomplished during the manufacture-please realize these tiny imperfections and please see an example included and presented in one of the close-up pics provided. The white glass scalloped base is attached well to the font with a metal collar(see pics) The oil font is in very good period condition with no cracks or large chips(with the exception of the surface flea bites& abrasions previously cited) and with the exception of a small chip along the top of the lamp under the metal band where the band is fit over the the top edge of lamp for the electrifying purposes. Antique C1920s Miller Night Light Lamp Decorative Metal Overlay Stained Glass
Beautiful Antique Circa 1920's Edward Miller& CO Made in Meriden. Connecticut, USA Small ornate table lamp with decorative metal overlaps and 4 panels of Carmel colored stained glass shade. It is approximately 14" tall x 5.5" across. The shade diameter is 6 3/4. The lamp weighs approximately 5 lbs. It has a marked(pictured) single socket with push on& off switch. The base is marked 245 ML CO on the bottom(pictured) This lamp is in good working condition. The panels of the stained glass have rough edges- after doing some research I've found this to be the norm for lamps of this age from this manufacturer. Overall, it s in very good condition- for almost being 100 years old. The ornate details are much more impressive in person.

Art Nouveau Slag Glass 8 Panel Lamp with Floral Overlay Caramel Glass
We proudly present to you this incredible bent panel slag glass lamp. The lamp features eight bent panels of swirled cream and caramel colored glass with a bronze toned metal overlay in a floral pattern. The base is a bronze tone metal with remnants of gilt accents. There is some wear to the finish on the bronze-tone base. The base has gorgeous raised designs of various scrolling patterns. The base weighs 9 pounds 13 ounces and measures 23 1/4" high x 7 1/2" diameter base. The shade weighs 11 pounds 14 ounces and measures 18 1/2" wide by 8" high. The wiring is good. Handel 23 inch overlay lamp - magnificent
WOW! 23 inch Handel lamp in great condition. The pictures tell the story. The base matches the shade and both are glorious. Great size commanding presence and is always the center of attention. One green panel has either a hairline crack or glass imperfection. It is tight and i am not going to mess with it. Shipping can be arranged at buyer's cost. UPS is great.
