Gorgeous pair of striking. Extremely ornate urns made from gold toned cast metal. Heavy, solid, gilded, with footed bases. I do not know the age of these lamps, but they are most likely fine quality repros. Originally acquired from the historic Windsor Court hotel after a renovation. One has a"kink" in it, slightly bent a little bit where the joint is in body of lamp, but should be an easy fix if desired. One neck has a slight ding in it(this little part is easily replaceable or can be covered with the right shade. Lamp shade in terrible condition. Exquisite shade if could repair tears and remove stains. Buyer will need to take lamp apart to remove shade, by unscrewing/turning rod parts(not difficult, though tedious) Do not know if all parts are present, as metal parts are loose. Offered is a very unique and ornate metal table lamp that has a flower theme to it. There are colorful metal flowers and stems and leaves that make up the majority of the lamp. The lamp appears to be very old. But the light socket and cord look new. Not sure if this is a new lamp made to look old, as the paint has a nice patina to it that could only come from age, or if it is an old lamp that has had the cord and socket replaced. For sale today is a real nice Antique Metal Ornate Table Lamp with an Opaque Fluted Glass Shade. The Lamp is still in great shape! I tested it and found it to work perfectly! The socket that holds the bulb is firmly attached and the on off switch works as it should. I looked but could not find any makers name or marks. But the number#23 was engraved in the bottom by the original manufacturer(see photos) The Lamp is heavy, and measures about 16 inches tall and the base is about 4.5 inchs. There are no chips or cracks in the Fluted Glass Shade. The Lamp retains the original, mellow and worn finish on all the metal parts. The electrical cord is also in great shape. RARE Antique LARGE Pierced Metal TABLE LAMP & SHADE Made SYRIA Early ORNATE
Up for auction is this rare antique pierced lamp and shade- very ornate and intricately carved- marked on both the shade and the base- MADE IN SYRIA. Being offered"as is as found" It is an antique and does need some basic work. The original silk lining is hand-stitched to the shade and also lines the bottom section of the lamp. There are some tiny holes and loose threads hanging and a bit of fraying and splits in the silk at the very top. This lamp lights from both the top and the bottom, there are individual pull chains for each section. We have not plugged it in to see if it is in working order, the wire is cloth wrapped- some of the wrapping is missing, may need to be rewired. The baluster shaped lamp base has no dents. The shade has 2 dents at the very top and the bottom is a bit out of round. The final is crescent shaped. Inside cast says Pat Oct 5, 1886& Aug 23, 1885 on other side of cast piece. Outside metal piece says Pat Aug 18,1885 and other side says Aug 18, 1886. Check out my other piece similar to this find. Antique Table Lamp 1920's Slag Glass Amber Cream Ornate Metal Frame
For your consideration. This absolutely stunning slag glass antique lamp is circa 1920's and stands 24" tall to the top of the finial. The shade diameter at the bottom is 20.5" The lamp body is a very ornate metal with hand-painted color details on gold. The base is 8.25" in diameter. I'm sure this was rewired at some time in the past, as this is obviously not a 20's cord and plug. None of the slag glass is cracked or repaired. The inside surface of two panels(next to each other) have some dried residue like old adhesive on them. This is not visible from the outside when the light is on or off. I did successfully pick a piece of it off with my fingernail. So I'm sure it can be carefully removed. The pattern of the lamp shade frame is exquisitely detailed, and the glass has such a beautiful comforting glow. This ... moreis a two-bulb lamp. Each on its own pull chain. It is shown illuminated with 100- and a 60-watt bulbs in it. I could find no marking on this lamp anywhere. Total weight is just over 17 lbs. I have more pictures if needed. The burner has an old wick in it that does not feed up and down freely with the"THE GRAND BURNER MFG Co N.Y. on the knob. The Chimney has imperfections and characteristics that would be consistent with it being 150 or so years old and likely original to the lamp. This is an unrestored as we found it lamp. Cast iron base is original and in great condition.

Milcast Vintage Swing Arm Brass Floor Lamp Description This is a very ornate vintage art deco/ nouveau era bridge arm brass lamp that needs some TLC and NEEDS TO BE REWIRED. I will have to ship the post& the parts separately. I Have no box that will fit all the parts and it should be considerably less expensive to ship them this way. The heavy part will all fit in a Large Priority Flat Rate Box and the post I can fit into a poster type box. I am leaving the parts on the cord so that you will have no problems putting it back together. If you do not want the post I can ship the parts only and you could possibly find a post in a hardware store. I am including pictures of the lamp assembled so that you can see how nice it looks. The post just screws into the base on the bottom and into the arm at the top and everything just slides over the ... morepost. This is very easy to assemble and does not require any tools. The Lamp Details The square base has a foot on each corner that keeps it raised off the floor which also gives it room for the cord to pass through. I think the brand is called“MILCAST” and on the opposite side it has M G– 70 stamped on the bottom. The square base has flower in a square box above each foot. It has some very pretty designs on the top of the base and going up from the base about 7” it has a kind of cylindrical cone shape design. About halfway up 31” it has another decorative piece in a kind of footed floral design. Towards the top it has a spiked piece where the arm attaches to the lamp post. The two pieces that make up the major portions of the lamp post is in a square shape and these two pieces are made of a lighter weight metal, The arm is a very ornate piece with a lion situated in the center top. The cord comes out of the hole in the post and through the center of the arm where you can't really notice it. The socket that the bulb goes in screws onto the part of the arm that goes downwards. This is an exquisite antique rustic metal electric table lamp. it has a lovely yellow and black color which has acquired a wonderful patina from age. it would display very well in an old country home. it is very ornate and holds two candle style candelabra bulbs. there are also two lovely shades that hover right above. it is in nice working condition and measures 15 3/4 inches tall by 10 1/2 inches wide.
