this is a rare very large antique Art Deco bronze and cast iron electric table lamp. very early. Patent applied for# E 334. it has exquisite ornate detailing. And extremely heavy. the base and shaft are made from solid cast iron with stunning detailing in high relief. it has a very long solid shaft with intricate finishing pieces. it has two wonderfully swirled bronze arms. Each holding a single generic size bulb, with dripping candle socket covers. the shade is handmade from real shell and has a nice gold gilt skeleton, it is a very nice shape for this style shade. Pre-War Cast Iron Bridge Lamp with Ornate Design of a Seahorse
Thank you for taking a look at this original pre-war ornate nautical theme bridge lamp. It stands 56" and has a beautiful cast iron hue of bronze and gold. In the right light you can pick up some green and purple hues. The seahorse on the arm is very hard to find and would be ideal in that beachside home. The stand is a speckled gold and black and the base is similar to the arm in color. Original wing-nut screw secures the wiring harness. Ready to be wired with your choice of wiring. Will need to disemble it to ship but will easily go back together with simple assembly. All questions are welcome.

circa 1860's 1870s oil lamp looks to be is in great shape minus the minor issues listed above. we are not sure who the bust is supose to be of and we will be glad to share when/if we find out. Looks to have been painted over the years.The font is glass in great condition. The burner has an old wick in it that does not feed up and down freely with the"THE GRAND BURNER MFG Co N.Y. on the knob. The Chimney has imperfections and characteristics that would be consistent with it being 150 or so years old and likely original to the lamp. This is an unrestored as we found it lamp. Cast iron base is original and in great condition.
