Feel free to contact me if you have questions about my shipping policies. From a fabulous estate at a wonderful old home. This impressive old lamp is unmarked. My opinion is that the glass is Bohemian. It's quite beautiful with a heavy glass center that appears to be ruby red(I think, rather than"flashed" red) which is cut to clear in a geometric pattern. The fittings appear to be brass and the base/ foot is marble(with felt lining on bottom. A fairly large piece. The glass measures approximately 6" in diameter. The base is about 5" square. Not counting ... morethe finial, it is 18 1/4" tall. This piece appears to be in generally excellent used/old condition and- as you can see in the next to last pic- it works great. I don't see any cracks or damage on the cord. Either. However, I can not remove the harp. and I am not going to try to force it. The only damage I see is some green on the stem- discoloration or just needs cleaning/ polishing? Please do examine the pictures carefully but note that any bright white and/or yellow spots on pics are just glare/flash! A stunning old lamp offered at a terrific price to add to your collection or to enjoy displaying and using by itself! The base was re-brassed in the late 1970's. It is still in good condition for being over 40 years since it was re-brassed. It has original felt on the bottom. The original shade was replaced by a reproduction of the shade also in the early 1970's. I don't know but the cord is in really good vintage condition but I didn't replace it. It works very well. Magnificent antique victorian table lamp early 20th c. This is an absolutely beautiful antique victorian table lamp which stands 18 inches high and 8 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has a hubbell brass socket shell with a pull chain socket. The chain has a pretty glass pull on the end. The pierced brass shade ring is gorgeous. It's decorated with 30 strands of crystal lustres. The lustres have new brass bow tie pins added. The lamp has a golden bronze finish. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. An old original caramel slag glass lamp ceiling hanging lamp or you can use it as a lamp shade by removing the inner hardware. Currently there is a socket for standard light bulbs to screw into. And housing to mount an internal bulb shade or cover, and there are the chain links and the three wires to connect to however you wish to connect it, via wire nuts, electrical tape or by adding a new cord, etc. There are two of the large curved glass that have been cracked, one of them is un-noticeable almost invisible and the other is visible but still in tact, I feel that it gives it character. Being this old most of these lamps/shades have had their glass replaced or repaired, this is one that is all original and the cracks are not even upsetting to spot. The switch turns on either the top light, or the light under her dress, or both at the same time. It appears this lamp was not used much. The hemispherical top has frosted white glass on the underside which is perfectly intact. The lamp measures 18” tall by 14” wide. There are very light signs of wear. There is a little heat-damage to the patina under the cap which is pictured. But with the cap in place, this is invisible. Use of a modern CFL bulb will prevent further heat-related damage. Brass trim, acanthus leaves sit atop narrow stripes on urn-like base. Working light takes 60 watt bulb. All hardware in excellent vintage condition. There is not a shade to accompany this lamp. An antique. Circa 1920's, unmarked: Jefferson, table lamp with reverse painted scenic glass shade. The lamp base is cast iron with a nice bronze finish. It retains the original dual socket cluster in working order. One pull chain has been shortened. New cord and plug, switch also on the cord. The shade is probably original to the lamp. The shade holder has been modified and is not original, the brass finial may not be original. Lamp measures 23-1/4" tall by 7-1/2" bottom diameter, the shade measures 7-3/4" tall by 18" diameter. Very good condition: lamp base without breaks or losses, original bronze finish unworn. The shade has number: 848, on the top rim, minor chips to the top edge, the bottom edge with miniscule factory grinding marks.

Bradley & Hubbard Multi-Colored 18 Panel Slag Glass Lamp - No Reserve
Up for no reserve auction is a Bradley& Hubbard slag glass lamp. It measures 15" across the diagonal. 13.5" flat to flat and stand 22.5" tall. The finishes on both base and shade are original and match well. It is 6 sided with 3 tiers of glass in each panel. All of the glass is original and is in excellent condition. No cracks. The overlay is also excellent. The shade is unsigned but a known Bradley& Hubbard. At some point, someone added a cap to the top of the shade. Originally, this probably would have set on arms and would not have had a cap. However, someone put a 6 sided cap in the top so it would sit on a regular base. I will leave it up to the new owner if they want to take it back to original or leave it as-is. The shade is also not perfectly symmetrical. Looks like it sat on it's side for a while and pushed ... moreout the sides. I'm sure with patience, both of these problems can be fixed fairly easy. The base is unsigned.
