UNIQUE Art Deco Nouveau Gothic Figural Sphinx Lion Leaded Slag Glass Lamp Light
Great antique art deco/nouveau figural Egyptian Sphinx(made out of what I believe to be bronze) lamp with an exquisite marbled leaded slag glass multi colored shade. The arm holding the shade rotates from side to side. And I believe it is brass. This piece is in excellent condition, the shade is free from any chips or cracks. The lamp weighs over 6 pounds, it's a very solid heavy piece. There is some wear from age to the arm, and some age to the body of the Sphinx, so please look closely at the pictures. I couldn't find any makers mark, the only signature I could find was the"Leviton" which is the company that makes the wiring. I have looked all over. And could not find anything as exquisite as this piece. This is a very unique and beautiful piece to add to your collection. It measures 9 1/2" high. Aug Moreau Signed Art Deco Woman Figural Lamp As seen in our pictures below. We have a Art Deco figural lady lamp, that is signed on the back by Aug Moreau, and has a plate attached to the marble base, that says FLORE par Aug. Moreau. This lamp has the bronze lacquering worn off, and the base metal can be seen through this. It has what we will call a corrosion patina, like it was weathered, and a couple of leaves at the top are broken off. There is an old cloth electrical cord with a good plastic plug. With solid wiring, and will take a small bulb in the socket. We didn’t try it out, but looks like it will still work. The marble base is in great shape with no chips or cracks. You are bidding on an old figural table lamp of Our Lady standing with a cross and wreath in front of her with three angel heads with wings at her feet. To her left and supporting the light bulb holder is what appears to be a church. There are no markings as to manufacturer. It is 9 inches long and 9 inches tall. It lights up fine with no off/on switch.simply plugs in when you want to use it. The color and wiring look great for it's age. The shade has a small chip on it's rim where it sits in the holder. Antique Art Deco Figural Elephant Cast Iron Lamp Base. Measures 9 1/8" tall to the top of the bulb holder X 8" tall to the top of the metal bulb holder. Marked on the bottom: P A. for Plume& Atwood in Thomaston Connecticut who started in business in 1871. Heavy cast base with a bronze or brass finish. Trunk up Elephant in a walking step with one foot raised. The base resembles a rock or stone ground with tinges of Red. The Elephant holds a round beaded disk in his trunk that attaches to the flame or lotus like open top. This holds an old paper covered lamp socket with faux candle drip and a Bakelite knob. The original wall plug. Which is included, but has been removed(for safety sake) is a very old rubber plug. The copper shank is included which when recorded will hold the bulb socket. Exceptional Old Antique Pair Large Art Nouveau Deco Figural Maiden Statue Lamps
~ Original Art Nouveau Period Maiden Lamps ~ ~ Description This is an original pair of large. Early 1900's figural maiden lamps with amber glass shades. These are very, very rare to find in an original pair and unheard of in this condition. I purchased them long ago from an elderly lady in Dallas who had them carefully stored away for many years, and they are extremely well preserved and entirely original except for the cords. I can't find any defects to mention at all. Even the glass is perfect, but please keep in mind that they are old. I would never part with these lamps if I had the space to properly display them. As I really love them and know I will never be able to replace them, but I feel that they should be enjoyed rather than put away where no one can see them, so I have decided to offer them to someone new who will appreciate ... morethem as much as I do. These lamps are very impressive in person. They are large and heavy. Each standing approx. 24" tall. The diameter of each shade is about 7" at widest. One of the cords was recently updated with antique style cloth covered cord and the switch at the bottom was bypassed so it must be plugged in and unplugged(I just used the switch on a power strip to turn both lamps on and off at the same time rather than using the switch and plug on the lamps) The lamp with the old wiring works well. But you may wish to have the wiring replaced. The switch on that one is functional. I use realistic looking flickering candle bulbs in these which are pictured, and I will included them. They really look beautiful behind the amber glass and produce such a warm, relaxing light. If you wanted to use these lamps more for light than just for ambiance, you could replace the bulbs with something brighter. They do take standard size bulbs. Antique figural lady spelter/pot metal pioneer farm girl lamp vintage art deco
Working art deco antique lamp. She's a colonial pioneer figural lady. But I don't know a lot about the origin, metal type, or date of the lamp. Judging from the plug, I'd guess 1940`s or 50`s. The paint is the original color, and there is minimal chipping. She's holding a tool that resembles a rake in size and shape. However the teeth are too short to be a rake, at least as far as I know. Vintage original white/cream color paint. 25“ high, not including the shade support. This item is available for free local pickup in the Boca Raton. Deerfield Beach, or Miami area.

Vintage Art Deco 3 Maiden Gold Globe Figural Table or Desk Lamp w/ marble base? Approximate size: 12" tall x 7-1/2" wide Nice vintage condition. This is from my personal collection that I'm downsizing. It is in good working condition. I'm unsure if the cord is original but it feels a little sticky for some reason. Maybe it could be cleaned with rubbing alcohol? The on/off switch works but it is a little loose and it will turn backwards also. Not sure what kind of metal the lamp is made of but it weighs approximately 5-1/2 pounds. The base is dark green marble. The globe has a small chip along the bottom inner rim which isn't noticeable unless you remove it from the lamp. The rim is rough feeling all around. Not smooth. The globe has a hairline crack near the top that is shown in the last photo. I'm not sure if this ... moreis a crack in the globe or just the way it was made since it does have all kinds of cracks and indentions in it. Just thought I would mention it. Awesome antique art deco fantasy figural table lamp 1920s* This is a really cool art deco era figural lamp which is 16 inches high. 6 1/2 inches wide at the base and 9 1/2 inches wide at the top opening. The lamp is quite heavy, weighing 9 lbs. The lamp has been rewired. It has a brass pull chain socket with a multicolor rhinestone and metal pull on the end of the chain. The three figures holding the lamp top look like swans with elongated lion paw feet. There are 42 strands of old fire polished crystal lustres which have had new brass bow tie pins added due to the old ones being corroded. The shade rings that hold the crystals are solid pierced brass. This was purchased from a very nice estate sale which featured many old lighting items. Unique cast white metal figural table lamp titled. The Birth of Venus. Original polychrome finish is partially intact, but shows finish loss on the cherubs and female figure. Base measures 11 1/8" x 4 3/8" Lamp measures 15 3/4" tall. Illumination is produced via two push through Paulding sockets that have been rewired with period appropriate white cloth covered cord. Great Antique Figural Cobra Snake Art Deco Boudoir Desk Lamp
Up for sale is this cool desk or boudoir lamp. It is in the form of a Cobra. Very unique and cool. About 9 1/8" tall. It has been repainted. The cord is cut so it will need work there. Green Glass Fruit Basket Moreau Figural Newel Post Art Deco Spelter Lamp Shade
Hello- I used a lamp that I have to show you the shade. The ceramic lamp is not included. This is a wonderful Glass Fruit Basket Lamp Shade. The glass lamp shade is approx. 13 3/4" high alone. And is about 8" at the widest. It looks as if someone made a repair to the bottom of the lamp glass, by using something like paper mach'e to possibly keep the glass intact at the bottom. It works and looks pretty natural except that the bottom is not perfectly round as you can see, and I have pictured. The bottom of the shade is hard to notice as it's usually not at eye level, and the shape of the shade hides the bottom. This is just the glass only. There is a bit of paint smear around the repair on the glass that could probably be scraped off. It is 4" across the bottom. It's a gorgeous piece of glass, with no maker marks ... moreso I don't know who designed it. On Feb-04-14 at 18:25:52 PST. This lamp is beautiful for any cat lover or Art Deco collector! Pictures speak for themselves. And the lamp is stamped. Has all lamp shade screws and cats head is held on by 2 screws- All look to be original. Lamp shade is in near perfect condition, with one tiny chip you can't even see until you take the lamp off and look under(see 2nd to last picture) No chips even where the lamp shade screws go in. Lamp is wired but I don't think it's the original wiring. But it works great! This mold was called'Moon Dancer' Yes. It works. The lamp is 14 1/2 inches tall and the base measures 5 1/4 by 4 inches. There are a few small scratches and paint chips but nothing that stands out. It is missing the original glass shade and I just cut a placemat to fit in it's place. One of the screws that go through the hand to hold the shade is shorter than the other(broken) Aside from that, this is a nice vintage piece and if you're looking at this you know that the opening bid is a bargain if you can get it for that! SUPER BEAUTIFUL FIGURAL YOUNG JAPANESE BIJIN. GIRL LUSTER WARE LAMP You are offered this lovely but flawed lamp of a young girl sitting at a table. She is handpainted has a calm look. With a bit of a Mona Lisa smile, a little mysterious. The lusterware on this is very good, like Noritake, you can’t see mark from base. It has a custom made wood base that follows the lines of the lamp. Nice detail. The flaws are in the table. It has been damaged and poorly glued back together in multiple spots. As beautiful as this lamp is, you would think they would have done a better job, but it is an old repair. The owner must have really loved this lamp to have done such a repair. It is a beauty. It has double light socket. The switch is in the cord. This lamp is approx. 21“ tall by 7 1/2“ wide at base. The base has ball feet, looks like art deco era. Age ... moreis circa 60-80 years old.
