It dates from the early 1900's around 1920. It is a signed Electrolier fixture. This company made high end lighting in the 1920's and 1930's. This fixture comes with the slip shade. The glass shade is free from any chips or cracks. This lamp looks quite nice hen it is lit. The sconce has the original gold paint and it is free from any signs of rust which is nice. This slip shade sconce has the original switch on it and it is still active and working. This lamp has been tested working however it still has the old cloth wires so you may want to have them replaced. The sconce measures 6 1/2" x 10 1/2" and projects 5 1/4" from the wall( with the shade on) The slip for the shade is 4 5/8" at the top and curves in over 3 1/4" As you can see there is some white wall paint on the one corner. This could easily be cleaned off but we did not want to ruin any of the original gold paint so we will leave it up to you. Never Any Reserve! All questions will be answered promptly! Antique machine age art deco chrome table lamp Chase, Markel era industrial
Up for bids is a fantastic old lamp from a Cape cod estate. It is in excellent original condition with only light wear. It stands about 16" tall to the top of the arm. The shade is about 7 1/2" in diameter. And the base is about 6 1/2" in diameter. The cord is in good shape and free from cuts or splices. The plug is the original bakelite type. The chrome has no rust and very nice luster. A classic lamp. Thanks for looking.

The shades in very thick moulded-pressed glass are signed Degué for the famous company of David Guéron which produced glasses from 1926 till 1936. The high quality bases in forged iron are by the hand of Henri Fournet. A wellknown designer and blacksmith from the 30ties based in Lyon France. Awesome antique art deco cherub lamp 1920s* This is a gorgeous antique art deco era cherub lamp which stands 16 inches high and 6 inches wide at the base. The brass metal shade is decorated with a fancy pierced metal border and 25 strands of ruby and amber glass crystals. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a fancy ruby and amber glass crystal pull on the end of the chain. There is a gold finish on most of the lamp except for the brass shade. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. H.Petitot A french 1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated solid brass or bronze by the famous Paris based company of H.Petitot. The bronze maker Antonin Petitot started his company in 1878. His son Henri Petitot took over in 1917. He wasn't a retailer at first and sold his lights to lamp shops all over France. Europe and the States. In the early days of art deco they produced precious fixtures in high quality bronze with shades from the best french glass factories such as verreries des Hanots Muller freres and Degué. In the late 30's they changed their style and produced lights in a modernist look which often had opalescent shades in bluish semi-crystal by the Ezan glass company. The chandelier I present is unsigned. This chandelier holds a beautiful shade in white frosted pressed glass representing roses. Darboy and Degué: pair french Art Deco nickel plated table lamps- Pair of marvellous Art Deco table lamps from France around 1930. Darboy was a shop in Paris selling Decorative Arts during the Art Nouveau and Art Deco period. Some of their lamps and chandeliers were designed and produced by Charles Ranc with the signature of Darboy and this pair of nickel plated lamp bases are showing the typical ornaments and the style of Charles Ranc. David Guéron. Of turkish origin, was the founder of the"Cristalleries De Compiegne" and in 1926 he founded a new factory, which he called"Verrerie D'Art Degué" and put his full attention on the designing and production of Art Deco luxury art-glass(Degué being a shortened version of his name) The two clear and frosted lamp shades are made of pate de verre(glass paste) ... moreand are signed in the mould: Degué. Both lamps have been professionally cleaned and have been rewired with a three way(protective earth contact) twisted rayon covered cord. They have a B22 bayonet socket and a german Schuko plug. I will add two 3-prong adaptors for use in United States(or you can change the plugs) The lamp bases and the shades are in excellent condition. This is an antique vintage 8 panel slag glass lamp shade. I could not find any makers mark or signature but I did not remove any panels to look under them. It is 20 inches wide by 7 inches high. It has a 3 1/4 inch opening at the top. The frame is in excellent condition. There is one panel missing. All clips are there. This is a very nice looking shade. Weighs 8 pounds. Sturdy baluster form. Total height of the lamp base is 26 3/4 inches. Width of the base is 5 5/8 inches. Lamp is in good working condition. Pull on and off switches work easy. Some corrosion on the inside of the base of the lamp. Needs a felt liner for the base before using on any furniture surface. Top knob that holds the shade in place is missing a small lock bolt that holds it in position when a shade is mounted to the lamp. No makers marks. Nice patina. I discount for combined shipping. The base and tops of the lamps are gilded ormolu in very good brilliant condition. They have been completely re-wired as new. The Beautiful shade is milk glass with a thick metal rim around the top. The metal is stamped CLM Type A Patent Pend ESLMP and the base of the lamp is stamped#537 The base is an octogan shape and it has some slight discoloration and/or rust. This auction is for a World War II era art deco table/desk lamp. The lamp is made of metal with a silvered brushed or matte finish. Which has a few scratches and some tarnish but is in overall very nice shape. The lamp has been recently rewired using historically accurate materials(ie. a cloth chord, and a bakelite, art deco style plug) and functions well. The finial is a Antiqued Bronze finial and cap. The shade has some wear of paint on inside conducive to age and wear. The double pull chain-one of the sockets is not working but can be fixed or replaced(The other as in pictures works! A little attention and this lamp is a Fantastic item! The company got its start in lighting manufacture by producing metal candleholders, and then moved into kerosene lamps, gas lighting, and electric lighting ... moreas times changed. The name of the company changed too, becoming Edward Miller& Co. for a time, then The Miller Co. A mark of Miller or E M& CO on the base indicates a Miller lamp. Miller produced more expensive leaded glass lamps. But seized the opportunity to sell lighting for the middle classes as more and more homes were wired for electricity. The company sold lamps in bulk to utility companies in large cities who retailed them to their customers. A 1920 Philadelphia Electric Co. catalog shows lamps with prices from $12.50 to $60, depending on size. All the lamps are described as being“cast metal openwork” over“light amber art glass” and could be ordered in a variety of metal finishes including French brown, Grecian antique, Etruscan bronze and Florentine relief. While lamps were made with glass in colors other than amber. Or caramel as it is often called now, amber predominates. According to a lighting catalog from the period, Amber is the color used in all[our] lamps. Amber has, by scientific tests been proven to be easiest on the eyes, and most restful when reading. THE MILLER COMPANY EARLY 1900s BRASS DOUBLE BULB LAMP WITH ORIGINAL SHADE FRAME! Beautifully articulated small brass lamp with original shade frame that has been recovered in silk and lace. Brass finial seems to be original and if so is worth something on its own as a replacement part. Appears to be Empire style with two pull-chain bulbs that have candle cover bases. Also original. Lamp is fairly weighty for its size, nice sturdy piece. The Miller Lamp Company is comparable to Bradley, Hubbard, and Handel, started in the late ... more1800s to produce quality and innovative stylish lamps until the early 1900s. Bottom of base is marked Miller 1134, shade frame also is imprinted with the Miller name. Lamp was found at a local flea market 15 years ago covered in lavender paint and the fabric on the shade was torn beyond repair. At that time we gently flaked off most of the paint and repaired the shade with lace on the outside and silk inside, all hand sewn but not like the original and not professionally done, but looks acceptable. Some bits of the paint remain here and there mainly where it is not particularly visible, easy to remove with the help of paint remover but remains to be done, could not be scraped for fear of scratching the brass surface, which has been carefully preserved. The bulbs in place are the smallest wattage we could find to help keep the silk shade from deteriorating, but larger new energy saving bulbs can probably provide more light without heat today. Candle type bases for the bulbs are slightly worn and chipped. One flaw has come to our attention at the point of listing, which is a vertical split in the metal just above the base and it can be seen in a couple of the pictures. The lamp is

Here is a stunning and vintage Art Deco 1930's modernistic metal clock lamp with two semi nude ladies from San Francisco Estate. Made by Gibraltar Electric Clock Co. Inc. Jersey City, N.J. and and Windsor Electric, U.S.A. Circa 1930's. It is exquisite! The insides of the clock has been replaced with a battery clock, and it works great. The lamp has been rewired, and it works great too. The metal housing and base is original. These wonderful deco ladies have 1930's hairdos, they are semi nude, wearing only skirts, they are leaning back and holding a garland of flowers under the clock. There is a sun with a fan of rays at the ladies' feet, and there is a lamp on top of the clock with a leather fringed clip on shade. The base is stair-stepped with deco designs. The lamp is made of some kind of metal with a golden bronze finish- ... morea magnet will not stick to it. The overall measurement is 16" tall(with Shade) 12" long, and 5-1/2" wide. It is signed"Gibraltar Electric Clock Co. Inc. Jersey City, NJ, Patent Pending" and numbered"95" on the back(see picture) The face of the clock is also signed"Gibraltar Electric Clock Co. Inc. and"Windsor Electric, Made in U.S.A. see picture) The condition is amazingly very good- shows wear and the clock insides have been replaced with a new battery clock. I thought for sure they were steel or cast iron however they are not magnetic so some sort of metal material with a heavy burnished bronze plating. MAYNADIER : FRENCH 1935 ART DECO CHANDELIER ..... lustre bronze lamp muller era
Pierre Maynadier A gorgeous french 1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated solid brass or bronze representing parrots. A beautifully shaped downlight chandelier holding 4 shades in frosted moulded-pressed glass. Pierre Maynadier was a bronzier and designer of lamps with his workshop in the 11th of Paris near Bastille. Maynadier often worked together with the company of Muller freres. The Maynadier signed glasses were made by Muller. And Maynadier made the bronze fixtures Muller freres used for its items in their own Muller freres shops in Brussels Berlin and Paris. The chandelier is about 68 cm high(26-3/4" and has a diameter of 45 cm(17-3/4" It's in excellent condition. The mounting is replated and patinated and the chandelier is newly wired. VERY COOL ART DECO ARTS & CRAFTS ERA CAST IRON BRIDGE ARM DESK LAMP
This auction is for a very cool cast iron(I think) Art Deco desk lamp. It has a very angular steam punk look to it. I don't find the cold painted colors attractive on it but that's any easy fix. The lamp has been rewired and it does work. The shade is not original to the lamp but it doesn't look too bad. It probably could use something a little shorter and maybe wider for a shade. It measures about 15 1/4" high at it's tallest point. It is marked on the bottom inside with E727. A very nice piece of antique lighting that is most definitely a diamond in the rough. EJG A signed french 1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated bronze and brass holding three wonderful slip shades in thick moulded-pressed glass signed EJG. Slip shades in the shape of palmtree leaves were popular in the 30ies. Most large glass factories had their own versions. To my humble opinion the two models EJG made are the nicest of them all. The chandelier is in excellent condition. At the bottom inside of the glasses all three shades have chips. It are no damages. To fit in the mounting the maker of the chandelier who bought the shades for it at EJG took some of the glass of. Its on the inside and hidden by the fixture. The lamp is replated and it comes rewired. It now holds european E14 candelabra sockets. For the US I will replace them for american candelabra base ones. B 22 bayonet cap sockets for France the UK or Australia are ... morepossible as well. The chandelier has a drop of 65 cm(25-5/8" The diameter of the lamp is about 50 cm(19-5/8" Free shipping offered. DESCRIPTION- This is a great lamp by Gorham Lamp co c1905. It has a great classical look and feel. The hundred year old granite glass gives the room a great warm feel. It does have a little more masculine feel then a lot of the bright flowery patterns that try to compete with Tiffany during the period. This would make a great addition to your parlor or tap room.
