This is a beautiful lampshade that can be easily converted to a hanging swag lamp. It is ornate. Nicely patinaed brass with alternating slag glass panels of brilliant red and swirled white. From what I understand, minerals were added during the process of making the glass to get those rich colors and swirl marks. I am no expert though. I will throw in the base for free if you purchase. The base is not original to the lamp. It is a heavy brassy base. Ornate and compliments the shade nicely. We have searched the internet for one like this one and we cannot find another one like it. This lamp is absolutely beautiful and in very nice condition. This is a large lamp consisting of three separate pieces. It includes a large base. The four figures that comprises as the main section of the lamp and third the decorative lamp shade. This is the ultimate lamp for a Victorian, Colonel, or even an Art Deco room in your home. Do you or a member of you family play or listen to classical ... moremusical instruments, if so, it would be a great lamp for the one of a kind music room. The base section measures approximately 17" wide by 5" high and 11" deep. The center or 4 figure main section of the lamp measures approximately 15" wide by 18" high and 10" deep. And finally the lamp shade that measures approximately 22" round an 17" high. It total the lamp measures approximately 43" high including the finial that holds the lamp shade. Please look at the photos provided and judge the condition for yourself. Also. Please look carefully at the maker's mark on the bottom of the base and the lamp. We can not make out what it says except for Made in Italy. It does not appear to say capodimonte. But it is our understanding the they used a few porcelin lamp manufacturers to produce their lamps due to the high demand. This is a very ornate lamp with much detail and lots of gold paint. The 3 figures are composed of one figure holding a large bass or cello type instrument. Up for bid is an Antique Victorian Porcelain Lady 13" Tall Dresden Style Lace Lamp. She is in very nice condition for her age with only a few minor chips to her apron and hem which can be seen in pictures. There are no breaks and she is all there. Her face is hand painted and her dress is a Dresden style floral design with gold accents. The lamp still works and the cord is in good condition. The lamp has a nice elegant Victorian style. It has some wear from age and use and some losses to the original painted finish. It measures about 1 foot 4 inches high. The shade for the lighted portion would need to be about 2 and 1/2 inches across. I would date the lamp to be 55 +/ years old(dated on the underside of the base see photos) I ma not sure. This is a really nice Victorian/Downton Abbey-style floor lamp. It measures 66" tall from bottom base to top of shade. The shade measures 24" top to bottom. And 72" around at the largest part. It is silk with silk brocade fringe. It looks cream colored in the photos but there is actually a pink hue to it. Midway up the stand is a 15" around glass piece wrapped around the pole, which is referred to as a smoking stand. The cord at the bottom is original and has been protected by a metal cord. Shade is Champagne Tan Damask with Fringe. Pulled Nice and Tight. The Thick Glass is a Mixture of Etched and Pressed. The Metal Base& Post is Antiqued Gold Finish. It's Heavy and Solid. I Believe the Lamp has been Rewired. If you look closely at the Underside of the base a hole has been drilled(not sure if this is original or an addition) for a Night Light Bulb to Illuminate the Glass Portion of the Base. I put a new night light in and it blew right away, but the major light bulb works great and is unaffected by the night light performance. This beautiful victorian lamp came from my grandmother's home and she was born in 1900. It is in perfect working condition. The lamp stands 21" tall. The glass shade is 11" at the widest point. The brass trim around the base of shade has pits and small scratches. The other brass fixture is in very good condition. Heavy milk glass base is in perfect condition. The purple glass is more of an amethyst color than the pictures show.

2 Antique Art Noveau Deco 1920's Era Victorian Style Bronzed Metal Sconces
Super matched pair of 1920's sconces. They have been rewired and they do work. As heavy as they are. I thought for sure they were steel or cast iron however they are not magnetic so some sort of metal material with a heavy burnished bronze plating. There are some small/normal for age oxidation specks and some minor plating loss along the back edges but over all very nice condition. I'm sure you'll be quite pleased with these ready to hang pair of 1920's sconces. Up for consideration is this Beautiful Antique Figural Victorian Lady Base with Newer Tiffany Style Stained Glass Lamp Shade. It is in very good to excellent vintage estate condition. We want to be clear. This was is a pair we married, not original. The base and finial are antique; the shade is newer. The base has scratches and age related paint fading(see photos) Also we replaced the original harp with a shorter one in order for the lower shade rim to be blow the lamp hardware(see photos) There are no chips or cracks in any of the stained glass and all are secure.
