These are one of the finest and most ornate pair I have sold in a very long time with gorgeous large ornate Rococo style Candlesticks marked Wm A. Rogers. S.P. Lead. They are Silver Plated Lead which makes they very sturdy and they won't topple over easily which is important because the Ruby Glass Shades are very beautiful. The Shades are a Cranberry Flash with nice Fern type designs etched to Clear, much prettier than my photos show. The Hurricane Lamps are a great size for display and use measuring 10-3/4" tall over or 4" across the base of the Candlesticks and 3-3/4" across the top opening of the shades. The Silver Plated Candlesticjks are in amazing condition, bright, shiny and beautiful. A matching pair of candlestick holders. 10" Tall x 7 1/2" each on 4"x 4" base. Symbols of light and learning. Candle sits within a brass casing and covered by a Ruby Red Glass shade. There are no maker marks. Brass Genie Lamp has not been polished so has antique patina with some pitting. Each lamp sits bolted to white marble bases.

Greek key matching top and bottom brass metal holders. Pulley mechanism is definately original. As are the other pieces. Someone obviously swagged this lamp. As it has an extremely long chain and cord. This could easily be removed for a ceiling connection. The hand blown hobnail shade measures 10¼" tall. 7" bottom straight edge diameter, 8" top lip diameter. There are 2 small chips and one larger chip on the straight edge side of the shade where it rests in the brass metal holder. No cracks or hairlines! A truly stunning work of art! Antique deep red. Cranberry/ ruby glass hall lamp with brass fittings. 19th century, circa 1880- 1890's. Measurements: The round ceiling attachment is 5 1/4 inches in diameter. The top glass fitting is 6 inches in diameter. The glass is approximately 8 inches in length. The bottom fitting drops about 3 inches not including the loop and 5 inches including the loop. Glass is a marvellous rich red colour and is folded in intervals of about an inch. The gold-coloured metal fitting are probably brass and look to be entirely original. On the bottom is a support with a ring and two decorated metal'prongs' that extend inside the glass and are attached to two ends of the chains. In this way. The lamp can be raised or lowered for changing oil or candles. The bottom glass fitting is decorated with moulded and openwork decorations. On the ... moretop is metal colllar with ruffled. Openwork, flaring rim. A pair of chains is attached to this. There are a number of screws for tightening it to the glass. Metal straps run down in decorated twists and turns from the collar. They are further supported by a decorated metal band that runs around the circumference of the glass. Decoration on these long bands is in the form of chased scrolls and foliage. The long chains are attached to the ceiling by a round metal fitting. Similarly decorated to the other metal parts. It has a pair of pulleys for pulling on the chains. One pulley has been replaced. Ruby Cut to Clear Lamp Up for sale is a ruby/cranberry cut to clear lamp. I think it was originally an oil lamp and was converted to electric a while ago. It stands 18 3/4" tall including the harp. The glass part is 5 1/2" high and 3 1/2" wide. It sits on a marble base. I'm not sure if it works as I am afraid to plug it in- the cord is in bad shape and needs replacing. The glass part is in excellent condition with no issues. The brass stem is split in two places. The marble base has a small chip off the corner. Please be advised that shipping to Alaska. Gorgeous one of a kind antique lamp from 40-50's in a deep cranberry red color. Red ruby glass with beautiful clear cut glass design. Top and bottom are bronze. Bottom has lovely design in the bronze. Base is real marble. Excellent condition. Lamp is quite heavy and solid. Base 4-1/2" wide. Lamp from bottom to top of glass is 10-1/4" from bottom to top of light socket is 14-1/2" There is no shade. You can use a glass shade or a regular shade-both work beautifully. Antique late 1800's Gone with the Wind Ruby Red Parlor Table Oil/Kerosene Lamp
I bought this lamp from an estate dealer. It came from an estate of a home in upstate New York. It is from the late 1800's- well over 100 years old. It is in very good condition. I have used it a bit and as you can see it lights up very well. I turned down the lights and lit the oil lamp so you can see how much light it throw out in the last three pictures. In the last three pictures I turned the lights out and it really illuminates well. The lamp to the top of it's chimney is 19" and about 6 1/2" at the widest part of the red globe. great lamp!

Antique Pair Czechoslovakian Ruby Red Lusters Lustres w/ Clear Cut Hang Crystals
This is a matching pair of antique handmade. Hand painted lusters. They each measure about 12" tall. The width across the top is about 6 1/2" and the base is about 5 1/4" The crystals are about 6 1/2" long including the hexagonal part at the very top. They are in fairly good condition for their age. But the one does have several scratches if you look closely. The one is diagonal and is about 3/4" and then runs down below to the other part of the luster for about another 3/4" long. The other two scratches are smaller and in the same general area as the other one; being a little below and to the right. See the photos for these scratches which I have circled. Both lusters also have some other thinner. Finer"scratches" that may have been part of the hand making process( You have to be very close up to see ... morethese. The crystals are also in fairly good condition; some of the points at the very bottoms are chipped. Please study the photos. The lusters will be packed very carefully! Shipping. Antique Cranberry/Ruby & Brass OIL LAMP Banquet/Parlor Electrified 1850-1899
This is a stunning lamp and pictures just don't do it justice but be sure to look at all of them as they are part of this description. This is an oil lamp that has been converted to electricity with the on/off switch on the cord. The center cranberry or ruby glass portion has 1" x 2" panels all around it and sits on top a brass shaft atop a really solid ceramic base. The original knobs on the brass burner both have a sailing ship etched in them. The shade is a frosted globe with a brass looking rim and measures 10" high and 9" in diameter. The shade is the widest part and it stands 29" tall to the top of the chimney. It is extremely heavy. Weighing 8 lbs 7ozs, and will require some special packing and shipping so do not pay until you have received an invoice which includes the correct shipping. Antique Lamp Ruby Red BIM Glass Mounted on Marble Base 1930's?
Here is a great antique glass and marble table lamp. The ruby red glass appears to blown in mold with a spiral design. lots of cool air bubbles. And a great look. There is a brass rod that mounts the lamp to its marble base. As you can see, the electric cord is very old so I have never tried to plug it in and try it out. You will need to run a new through it to make it safe. From the floor to the top of the lamp shade holder its about 17 1/2" tall. The base is 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" square. Very Cool lamp, Great look! THIS AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT. ELEGANT BOHEMIAN RUBY GLASS CUT TO CLEAR ANTIQUE TABLE LAMP. THERE ARE TWO AVAILABLE FOR SALE, PLEASE EMAIL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BOTH AS I WILL EXTEND APECIAL PRICING. THIS AUCTION IS FOR ONE THE LAMP THAT IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND THE ORIGINAL SHADE IS MISSING. BUT I HAVE FOUND A SHADE SIMILAR TO THE ORIGINAL. THE LAMP STANDS ABOUT 37 INCHES TALL. THE BASE BELOW THE RUBY GLASS IS BASE METAL AND GOLF LEAFED. THERE ARE SOME SIGNS OF WEAR ON THE BASE, BUT NOT EXCESSIVE. THE THREE SEPARATE GLASS PIECES ARE IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION. ONE OF THE CLEAR PIECES HAS A TINY FLEA BITE. WHEN I GREW UP, MY GRANDMOTHER HAD A PAIR OF SIMILAR TABLE LAMPS HAT HAD SHADES WITH SILK FRINGE. THESE SHADES PICTURED ARE NOT ORIGINAL TO THE LAMPS, BUT ARE BROCADED AND BEAUTIFULLY MADE AND ONE SHADE HAS A MISSING DANGLE. I REMOVED THE ... moreFELT COVERING TO TIGHTEN UP THE LAMP PARTS.
