French Art Deco Antique Glass Flower Bronze Chandelier Hanging Lamp Fixture 30s
NO RESERVE! Very fine and very well made hanging light fixture circa 1930s and possibly French in origin. Unmarked that we could find. We have also been told that the lamp could be Italian or even Spanish. What is certain is that the lamp is one beautiful piece of functional art! It is comprised of bronze, painted white cast metal, brass and a woven basket of wire forming the inner portion. Attached to the wire frame are numerous mold-blown multi-colored glass flowers and all are accounted for. They each glow nicely once illuminated and you can add a dimmer switch for a softer mood lighting effect. The overall condition is very good and the lamp is ready for use. The long ceiling chain is not included but a brass ceiling cap will be included with the lamp. The lamp accepts 3 standard size bulbs up to 150 watts each. Antique Art Deco Bronze Woman Lamp with Marble Base and Art Glass Shade
This lamp has been sitting in my grandmother's home ever since purchased in the 1930's and has sat in a niche in her stairwell for as long as I can remember. Now I inherited it. Had it rewired. The original cloth wiring was in bad shape. It has its original, very delicate glass shade which is held on by two screws(as seen in pictures) Lamp is fragile and glass is only held on by the two screws. It is in wonderful condition for its age. It was purchased in France and it is French in origin. I have yet to see another one like it. Lamp is 15" tall by 7" wide by 7" deep. For bid is a vintage art deco.3 nudes,Olive Kooken table lamp. It's done in bronze with a white painted base and 3 nudes sitting around the top of the base. It measures 21 in. to the top of the finial and about 9 1/2 in. wide at the white section of the base. It has a double socket that is a standard size so you can have both lit or one at a time. The pole that goes up the center is also adjustable and can be raised. It's pretty stuck right now and I'm not all that strong but it should be able to be raised when you loosen the screw. The ladies are made of bronze and the base is plaster with a bronze coating and painted white. The finial is also art deco in clear glass ball. This was made in the 1920s' by Olive Kooken. It is made in a art nouveau/deco style(kind of) Please be sure to see the other antique items we have listed. FEATURES: This lamp is unlike anything that I have ever seen in the past. Or could find online, including eBay, Google images and a bunch of other sites. I believe the base is cast from solid bronze. It is made in a very ornate style with scrolling and leafing, and very fine details. The white satin glass globe is adorned with the most detailed hand formed( vines and leaves applied to it. They look like they have been extruded or maybe hand formed(possibly similar to how you would use a pastry gun) when the bronze was in a malleable state. I'm not sure of the actual process ... moreused to make this beautiful lamp because some of the vines feel like they are actually embedded right into the surface of the glass- and the final product is stunning. Each leaf has a very detailed design that includes a"ruffling" on each edge of the leaves. The vines and leaves have been attached to the globe by what I can only guess is a"melding" of the two materials while they were in a hot or workable stage. If anyone knows what this process is, or knows how it was made, an email would be greatly appreciated. The top section above the globe may have been cast from a different composition of materials than the base was. It is designed with a Roman or Greek style with a column look and leaves that fan out at the top. At the top of the four leaves there is a small hole where presumably a crystal hung down from there at one time. It comes with standard socket switch 2 clicks on and two clicks turns it off. I believe this lamp was re-wired with a new cord and socket sometime in the 1950's-60's. The length of the cord is a bit less than 6 feet. The underneath of the cast bronze base has developed a kind of rainbow-ish finish. I'm not sure if it'

I am guessing this Lamp to be from the 1930's. This gorgeous Lamp has a pink shade and stands approximately 17 1/2" tall. It is approximately 11" deep from the outer edge of the arm to the far edge of the shade. This Lamp features a lovely Dancing Lady Figurine with a long. Flowing dress and a wide-brimmed Victorian hat! She has what I'm pretty certain is a delicate hand painted celluloid face and flowing blonde hair in ringlets. Her face needs a little cleaning, but I do not know what to use and do not wish to damage it. No cracks or breaks anywhere on the Lamp, but it does have a few white specks and is dusty and needs cleaning. The figurine is a little bit loose ... moreand need to be tightened on the bottom. The pink shade is also nice, but does have some scratches, light marks and needs cleaning. The bottom inner rim of the shade has roughness around the edge. Antique Art Deco Bronze Warrior Soldier Military Commander Lamp Base Estate Find
Up for consideration is an Antique Bronze Warrior Soldier Military Commander Lamp Base carrying a torch(where the light bulb might screw in) Mounted on his helmet is some kind of bird or mythological creature with a beak and a tail that goes down to his shoulders. He is fully clothed in battle attire with an unicorn on his chest. A cape on his back, and ax on his side attached to his belt along with high military boots. This statue purchased at a local NJ estate sale from a women who told me she inherited the piece from her grandfather. At the bottom of the sculptures there is a hole where a wire might have gone in and or where it could have been mounted. I have not tried to clean this item up at all and is being sold in"as is" condition. The white you see on the bronze is just the dust/dirt that is visible when the flash goes off ... moreand is not visible like that to the naked eye. The back of the leg has a crack in it(please see pictures) underneath the cape at the top of his leg it looks like it was repaired(please see last picture) All this item needs is a little TLC and it would make an amazing lamp, addition to any lover of Warrior/Soldier/Military or even a man cave. Rare Large Antique Egyptian Art Deco Bronze Lady Table Lamp
You are viewing a large rare original Art Deco Egyptian Revival table lamp measuring 29 inches in height with a shade radius of 12 inches. The lamp base and figure(both sides) is solid bronze(reveals yellow when cut) casting with a stepped pyramid base. Dancing scantily clad Egyptian woman, and four cubist faces at the"star" pyramid base. Underneath it is marked"7195" but no indication of the manufacturer or origin. Probably German or French 1920's. It appears influenced by the movie"Metropolis. The shade is an intricate pattern of cubist Deco pieces in cool to warm colors all intact. The original finial is bronze and has a wonderful chevron shape to it. The wiring is recent and the lamp works with two pull chain sockets for illumination. The lamp is very rare and it has been featured in the color illustrated ... morebook"Popular Art Deco Lighting" by Herb Millman and John Dwyer. Page 61. It has been appraised as the value between $3500 and $4000 as listed on the page. see photos 8, 9 and 11) The lamp retains its original patina with traces of silver gilding on the lady's body.

This unique Art Deco lamp has an approx. 8 inch tall pink glass shade. The base is stainless steel with a bronze( hunter and hunting dog. The lamp has a push on/off switch. With the original electric cord. The lamp does work, The pinkish shade is in good condition, with no problems. The base does have some pitting, I have not done any cleaning. Amazing antique pair of bronze or possibly brass gold and crystal sconces. Excellent condition with no missing or broken or chipped pieces. There is an on/off switch on the sides but my electrician said they can be wired to go on and off with a wall switch. The wiring is in great condition. They have been tested and work perfectly. The arms swing back a forth so they can be positioned more outward or more inward however you prefer. They measure 14inches in width with the arms all they way extended. By 13 inches in height, with a 5 1/2 inch diameter backplate.Email with any questions. I've been told these are designer sconces which originally sold for more than $2000.00 thanks

The switch and light light operate fine. Switch is in the back as shown in photo. The lamp was rewired at some time in the past. Spelte r metal is a zinc alloy often confused with Bronze. The lamp will be shipped in an old Tiffany& Co. box. As I received it. That is not to say that the lamp was from Tiffany& Co. but it's a nice box. The shade is free of chips or cracks and I believe it to be authentic. The lamp M easures 11 W" X 13"H X 6W.
