These are just beautiful green mold blown glass student lamp shades. They are in perfect condition. The fitter measurement is 6 7/8" outside measurement. This is a Great Old Green Slag Glass Table Lamp Shade in very good condition! It is an 8 Panel shade and all the glass is damage free it also has all it's little tabs. I see no makers marks so I do not know who made the shade or it's age my best guess is 1940s but it could be earlier. It looks to be very well made. There are a few small areas of finish loss but 99% of the original finish seems to be there. The shade from panel to panel is 17 1/2" and the shade weighs 7.10 pounds. Thank you for your interest! This is for a Beautiful Antique 8 Panel Ornate Victorian Caramel Slag Glass Lamp. The 8 original caramel glass panels are all without chips. cracks or repairs and really gives off a warm glow. All tabs are present. The frame is solid without splits. The filigree is all present and without damage. The wiring appears to have been redone in the 50's or 60's and works well. Both sockets work flawlessly. One socket was replaced. The lamp is just as found from a Southeastern Wisconsin Estate and could use a thorough cleaning. The patina is a copper/gold color from years of use. There are small hints of wear here and there. But nothing major. This antique Aladdin brass oil lamp was made between 1919 and 1920. At some point it was electrified and has a cord attached(cut off) However. It is in good order, all parts are in good condition; there is no chimney. The shade is original to this lamp and is in very good condition with no cracks or breakage. The lamp with shade stands 18 inches in height. It needs a good cleaning, but there is no damage to the metal. No dents or other appearance problems. This#8 lamp is considered hard to find and would make an excellent Christmas gift this season for someone who knows and loves these old Aladdin oil lamps. Magnificent antique victorian table lamp early 20th c. This is an absolutely beautiful antique victorian table lamp which stands 18 inches high and 8 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has a hubbell brass socket shell with a pull chain socket. The chain has a pretty glass pull on the end. The pierced brass shade ring is gorgeous. It's decorated with 30 strands of crystal lustres. The lustres have new brass bow tie pins added. The lamp has a golden bronze finish. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. Antique Handel Era Mission Arts Crafts 8 Side Slag Glass Gothic Superb Desk Lamp
Here's an extremely ornate and beautiful circa early 1920s octagonal gothic style desk lamp. There are 8 wonderful early slag pieces on the top and bottom of the lamp. Encapsulating the light. This is absolutely stunning and is all original as I purchased the lamp 30+ years ago. One of the nicest and most unusual lamps ive ever seen. The original lamp hardware was made by Weber Patents 250 w universal. The lamp is unmarked or perhaps I'm completely missing the makes mark. Heavy lamp weighing 13.4 lbs. The fire slag has beautiful reds, oranges and amber color and is absolutely stunning in the natural light. The solid base is wondrous and has some extremely ornate detail, covered in fleur de lis style designs. Lamp measures roughly 25" tall from bottom of base to top of ornate finial. The shade itself measures roughly 12.5" ... morewide by roughly 12" high and the base of lamp is roughly 6.75" wide. There's one small break/chip in the slag on top of the lamp as seen in the top shade flipped upside down image. The lamp disassembled quite easily as seen in the last picture. A very fine antique. Circa 1920's, bronzed metal table lamp with caramel slag glass panel shade. The lamp retains the original dual brass socket cluster, pull chains, shade holder, and finial. It is in working order with new cord and plug. The matching filigree shade frame holds eight original glass curved panels, and eight original skirt panels. Lamp base measures 25" tall by 8-1/4" bottom diameter. The shade measures 8-1/2" tall by 19" diameter. Excellent condition: original bronzed finish, minor spotting on base. White metal without dents, breaks, or losses. All glass panels are without damage, and with all secure clips.

Fine Alabaster and Bronze Chandelier-approx 40" in Diameter-in near perfect condition. We obtained this piece from an estate sale of a mansion in Buenos Aires. Argentina. The Estate representative indicated that it had been imported from Italy by a wealthy immigrant family in the late 1800's. We paid $2,500 including shipping in 2005. The wiring was updated for USA voltage and installed it in our home for a number of years. Now we live in a much smaller home that is not scaled for this piece and thus must part with it. Antique 8 Panel Slag Glass Lamp Shade Frame Unsigned B&H Handel Miller Era
Up for sale is this beautiful antique 8 panel lamp shade. It is about 20 3/4" diameter at its widest and about 9" tall to the finial top. This is circa 1910-1925ish. It will need to be cleaned up a bit. The very bottom has iron trim that has some rust, but that was the only spot that attracted a magnet. I believe this was originally a hanging shade. I could not find any makers marks on the shade, I know that sometimes these were marked on the actual hanging hardware, but this is a quality crafted piece.

An antique slag glass table lamp. The shade to this lamp is exquisite. This beautiful lamp features a cast iron body painted with a bronze finish. The body sits atop a round base features a low relief scale motif that morphs into a spiraling fluted column. A double pull chain light fixture with a finial that holds the ornate shade. The pierced iron shade bracket is also painted with a bronze finish and has an ornate decorative motif. The lamp holds eight curved panels of colored slag glass. Simple. Yet beautiful cobalt blue mini oil lamp. Mark on bottom says Made in Hong Kong. Not sure how old, but I have owned it for over 30 years. No chips, no cracks. picture# 4 is showing one of the"tongs" broken off. I have only had it on display and never even noticed this till I was taking a picture of it. I probably never had it turned in my display cabinet to even notice this. It stands 8" tall with the chimney on. Wick is still in, and knob turns to raise and lower the wick. Here is a nice green slag 8 panel shade in good condition. Signed Bradley& Hubbard on the top and four more places on the bottom. Every other panel holder on the bottom is stamped. Measures 15 and 1/2 inches point to point on the bottom. 6 and 1/2 tall by 5 and 1/4" point to point on the top. The metal has green patina in spots. This item is a gorgeous aqua. White and rose slag glass lamp with very elaborate filigree on the shade. The filigree is perfect and the glass all appears to be original. The finial and holder are correct and in excellent condition. The only defects on the shade are on the interior. There are two missing clips and one small chip on an edge of a glass panel that was probably made with the original cut on the glass, it doesn't show from the outside. The panels are slightly loose and there is some dust under the filigree that I could not get too. A good professional cleaning would be in order. The shade is 17 inches in diameter and 12 inches deep, the finial is about 3 inches high. The lamp base is an antique lamp but probably not original to the shade. It has been rewired and the sockets have been replaced. It is made from tubular metal ... moreand these lamps always had cast brass or bronze bases. It is 21 inches high and has a heavy weight in the base which makes it safe to use with the shade. It works well and looks nice with the shade but is not original. I will sell the shade with or without the base. I will refund $50.00 of the final bid and adjust the shipping costs if you elect to not buy the base. I can not find a makers mark. So please use the pictures to identify it based on construction and style. The metalwork is very finely detailed and intricate. The glass is in excellent condition as are the metal pieces. The only condition issue on the entire lamp, is that one of the keeper blades on the inside of the shade for the glass is missing(see pic) this could easily be repaired and does not affect the value. Rainaud? Antique Art Nouveau 8 Panel Carmel Slag Glass Lamp Turtle Shell Shape
Beautiful. Antique, double socket, caramel colored slag glass, turtle shell shaped dome/shade table lamp. The base is a heavy metal. Probably cast iron. It has an intricately detailed ornate pattern throughout including painted leaves toward the bottom. There is some paint wear present throughout the base. The round base measures about 6 1/2" in diameter and 21" tall. The shade measures 3-1/2" diameter at the top and sits on the round finial base piece. This part is slightly out of round and does not seat properly. It measures 18-1/2 x 16-1/2" at the bottom and is more of a turtle shell shape than round at the bottom. There are 8 panels of caramel colored. Curved slag glass. The glass pieces are all intact without breaks, cracks, chips or fleabites. The shade metal I believe to be aluminum. There is no corrosion on it ... moreand it appears somewhat pliable. There are a few places in the metal that are broken and where paint has been marred off showing a silver color but it’s not“green” like it would be if it were copper. Pull chains on the sockets easily click on and off. These function properly. I believe one to be original and one to be a replacement. The cord is original and not frayed. The only marking I can find is the#1 on the bottom of the base. I believe it to be Rainaud because I have seen this pattern attributed to them and dated 1916-1930. If the 1 on the bottom indicates the mold number. It would be earlier rather than later. This has been stored in a box wrapped in newspaper for 34 years as the newsprint shows a date of 1980. This beautiful lamp would make a great addition to any lighting collection or a great lamp to use. Please refer to the photos. For the best details enlarge the photos to show the broken leaves. Antique Art Deco Deep Acid Etched Oil Lamp, Chandelier Globe Shade 2 7/8" Fitter
This is a stunning vintage Art Deco acid etched oil lamp or chandelier globe shade with a Greek Key design. It measures 4 3/4" tall x 5" wide. Small opening measures 1 1/4" across. Fitter opening measures 2 7/8" across(inner dimensions) It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or other damage. There are flea bites along the fitter rim- I detected these by running my finger around the rim- they are very tiny and do not show at all when shade is in place. Beautiful! ANTIQUE LATE 1800's SLAG GLASS LAMP WITH DECORATIVE FRETWORK AND 8 PANEL GLASS.

A LITTLE HISTORY: It is thought that manufacturers created slag glass by taking slag. The waste content of metal ores, from iron-smelting works and adding it to molten glass. The process created a variety of effects, such as tortoiseshell and marbling. Slag glass is often found in brown, like this listed lamp} purple, blue, and green, with streaks of white or cream. The glass originally went by descriptive names such as, marble glass, or"brown malachite. The British company Sowerby patented its recipe for purple malachite in 1878. Lampshades were a popular application in both England and the United States. Nearly any lamp maker from the Art Nouveau period may have used slag glass in their lampshades. ... moreSome people often refer to any type of pressed glass containing swirls or streaks as"slag glass. According to a well know collectors publication, the key to identifying true slag glass is to look for obvious and richly marbled glass. THE LISTED LAMP: This lamp has varying shades of brown and cream. The glass is encased in a brass framing with decorative fretwork around the bottom of the shade. Each of the eight glass panels has an Art Nouveau design in the bottom center of the panel. The metal lamp base itself is rather different than many. In that it does not incorporate a top disc or finial by design. The shade fits over a large metal circle at the top of the harp structure to hold the shade. See photograph# 4& 8} Once in place, the shade will not come off without lifting it straight upward over the lip that is a bit higher than the shade. However, it will allow the user to somewhat easily rotate the shade to display the glass panel of their choice. While the base is not very elaborately decorated, or very thick in circumference, it does give an interesting look to the large shade. Beautiful lighted base table lamp. The shade has 8 panels of smooth dark"rainbow" glass. Each frame of the shade is marked ED. It has a diameter of 18 3/4" 20" All of the glass is good. All the tabs holding the glass in place are present. The base has 2 panels of glass. The height of the lamp is approx 24" The base has two pull chain sockets plus an on/off switch so you can light the base only. I have shown photos of the lamp lit and unlit. Beautiful either way. EAPG Antique 1894 PINWHEEL 8 1/2" Clear Pressed Pattern Glass Kerosene Oil Lamp
Offered is an antique early American pattern glass kerosene oil lamp measuring 8 1/2" tall and 6" wide. Without burner. The lamp is in the Pinwheel pattern produced in 1894. The lamp is in good but used condition, it has been damaged on the stem, at top where stem meets font base. Im not sure if it has been completely broken apart and glued or just cracked. This lamp did have kerosene oil inside when I purchased it so will hold kerosene oil. See photos and bid accordingly, sold with damage.
