Antique Quarter Sawn Oak Vanity/Dresser w. 3 Beveled Mirrors, Circa 1900
This is a very stunning Vanity Dresser in impeccably restored condition. The long beveled mirror in center swivels. The oval beveled mirrors on each side swivel inward(back sides are finished) all mirrors have been re-silvered. A piece of veneer on the top right about 2" by 1-1/2" has been replaced(see photo) and there is an area on bottom of oval mirror on the right measuring about 1" by 1" that has been filled, see photo) It has ornate claw feet on legs as well as on each support under the mirror. This beauty measures 52" wide by 24" deep by 78" tall. This is the loveliest piece of it's kind that I have had in many years. Very Nice Matching Quarter Sawn Oak Dresser and Wardrobe
I am not sure of the age but would guess very early 1900s. The manufacturer's tag inside the wardrobe says the company was established in 1890. I am also not sure if this American as it has some looks of English. It is quarter sawn oak. Has the original mirrors and pulls. I bought this set from my brother in Dallas 15 years ago and he bought it from a dealer in Oklahoma City 20 years prior to that. Wardrobe measures 75"h x 46"w x 17 1/2"deep. Dresser measures 32"h to top of dresser x 38 1/2"w x 17 1/2" deep. From floor to top of mirror is 60"h.

This is a beautiful quarter-sawn oak dresser with four drawers and mirror. Age is unknown. But the unusual dovetail joints should hold a clue. Carved design at bottom of mirror, at dresser bottom and around each drawer front. Dresser measures 19" x 42" and is 31" high at the top of the dresser, 59" at the top of the mirror. Mirror has beveled edges. The silvering behind the bevels appears to be damaged: appears scratched. Paneled ends. Dust separators are in good condition. Dresser appears to have been re-finished. I think this is the best quarter sawn oak vanity or dresser I have ever offered for sale. Butterfly' wing mirrors on each side which are adjustable. This style is sometimes referred to as a Jean Harlow dresser. Super pretty quartered oak with carving on top. Center, under the mirrors, and the center drawer. Heavy carved claw feet, drawers have original brass pulls. Note that the bottom large drawer has three drawers above it; the two with pulls and the one in the center heavily carved. This piece has been professionally refinished and is in excellent condition with a smooth and even finish(one minor repair to corner-see photo) Mirrors are excellent and drawers all work properly. Quarter Sawn Red Oak dresser with mirror with solid wood curved front drawers
This is a well built cabinet that I bought and refinished. Everything that I know is original. I cannot see where any repairs have been done of it. I used a Watco Danish Oil finish/stain to refinish it a number of years ago. The drawers are all intact and work. They might be a little dry and could use some wax on the drawer runners. The drawers have locks but there were never any keys for it. The mirror is not broken but shows a little sign of age with a few small flecks that are missing. It also has a beveled edge. The wheels are intact but are not perfectly round but it does roll. It looks a little dry but all it needs is a good coat of Lemon Oil to bring back the finish. I do not see any of the plywood that is peeling or separating. Local pick up only. I forgot to list the size of the dresser. Vintage Quarter Sawn Tiger Oak English Style Deco Buffet / Dresser
Beautiful English(I believe) tiger quarter sawn oak 2-drawer. 2-door buffet, measures 54" wide, 20" deep and 35 1/2" high. Features a plate rail at the back for display, platformed bun feet in the front, beautiful leaf-and-berry design relief work and reeding as decoration in the front, and its original green felt-lined silverware drawer. I believe this to be in the Art Deco era, possibly 1930s or 1940s, because of the type of handles, but I don't know for sure. Solid, heavy piece in excellent condition. I used it for a dresser, which worked wonderfully, but this could work well as its intended purpose- a buffet or sideboard- or could be used as an entertainment center if you wished. Beautiful Early 1900's Quarter Sawn Solid Oak Dresser with large beveled mirror. Lots of carved details around the mirror and great curved legs. 4 drawers. 2 over 2. Bottom drawer is missing the estucheon for the key hole, I can probably find one to replace it with, but selling with no guarantee of that; the top two drawers also no longer have the locks. There is no key. You will see in the last pic there is a scar on the top of the mirror, you won't ever see this unless you are really tall, I cannot see it when I stand in front of the piece.
