It's a very pretty piece with painted images of a man and women in different scenes there are flowers on the top of the piece it's truly beautiful. It measures 16 3/4 inches tall this will hold 4 candles one in the middle and one on each of the arms. Now for the condition of the piece it looks like there is a crack under the cup on the main part of the Candelabra also the side of the main cup on the main part has been repaired as well. Extremely RARE Meissen Style Antique Boudoire Porcelain Candle stick. Rare Find!
This beautiful boudoire candlestick came from a local estate. The owner of the candlestick is a wonderful elderly lady who is 82 years old and said it was a gift from her grandmother. Best guess is it is from the late 1800's. It is really lovely and has some chips here and there as seen in the photos but still lovely and holds a lovely history! ANTIQUE MEISSEN PORCELAIN CANDELABRA - 19th Century
This single antique porcelain candelabra is fresh from a Rhode Island estate!The candelabra features a seated cherub holding what appears to be a cup in his right hand. The four socket candelabra stands 15 inches tall and measures about 9 1/2 inches wide. There is a blue underglaze mark of four crossed lines and two dots. I am not familiar with this mark. However, it is probably Meissen or one of the other quality German porcelain factories. The candelabra comes apart in two pieces and the top portion can be rotated to put the candles where you like. There is a chip and a repair on the very bottom back part of of the base and there are also a few small chips on some of the flowers, otherwise, very good condition! NO RESERVE!
