They are Silver Plated Lead which makes they very sturdy and they won't topple over easily which is important because the Ruby Glass Shades are very beautiful. The Shades are a Cranberry Flash with nice Fern type designs etched to Clear, much prettier than my photos show. The Hurricane Lamps are a great size for display and use measuring 10-3/4" tall over or 4" across the base of the Candlesticks and 3-3/4" across the top opening of the shades. The Silver Plated Candlesticjks are in amazing condition, bright, shiny and beautiful. The Glass Shades are also in very find condition with some minor roughness around the bases that are covered by the Candlesticks and one has a tiny crack that is only noticeable upon close inspection. A Pair of Old Arts & Crafts Period Candlesticks Bronze or Copper with Glass
A pair of Candlesticks with some age to them! They appear to be of an arts and Crafts style and I believe they are made of either bronze or copper. The reason I am unsure is that they are covered in ages of verdigris that forms a lovely old patina. Rightly or wrongly. I have elected to leave the candlesticks in their natural state. the candlesticks have a lovely classical appearance, with four inlaid/mounted beads or globules of green glass in each of their bases. Some surface scratches here and there(not serious) and these show a bright bronze/copper colour underneath. Each candlestick measures 11& 1/4" in height with the bases measuring 4& 1/4" in diameter. I have looked and can't see any maker's stamp anywhere but it may be that there is one hidden beneath the grime! These are a genuinely old pair of candlesticks ... morethat have fantastic appeal. The candlesticks are almost certainly Anglo-Irish in origin. They date to the 1800s. But they could be as early as the 1700s. We believe they date from the first half of the 1800s. They are certainly old. The stem has a large, tear-shaped globe at the lower end with a large tear-drop shaped control bubble blown in its center. The glass is nicely cut with various geometric designs. The candlesticks have good weight. The candlesticks are not marked. As should be expected. The candlesticks are in excellent condition. The glass has a bit of wear on the underside. Just as you would expect on pieces of this age. Both candlesticks have a few minor flakes ... moreand fleabites here and there, almost entirely along the bottom edge where the candlesticks would meet the table, but these minor flaws are not very noticeable. Otherwise, the condition is excellent. There are no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs. The candlesticks measure 4 1/2 inches in diameter at the base and 9 3/4 inches tall. This fabulous set consists of four pieces-two candlesticks. Compote, and compote insert. The nude lady stems are virtually identical to the"Staturesque" line ladies from Cambridge Glass Co. Ohio, but are clearly marked as Farber products of the United States. Both candlesticks are named"Krome Kraf" underneath. The compote is marked"Farber Bros. with logo and patent numbers. The Cambridge insert is a"Chantilly" etched glass bowl that fits perfectly into its metal base. Each candlestick is 8 1/2" high. The compote base is 7 1/2" high prior to insert placement. These vintage pieces are previously owned but are in excellent condition. The chrome finish is close to perfect, with only a few spots(miniscule and barely noticeable) that hint at wear-all shine brightly and have no detrimental features of ... morenote. And the insert is excellent, no damage that we can ascertain. None of the four are chipped, cracked, repaired, etc.

Vintage Art Deco Style Pair Single Individual Glass Candlesticks Heavy
Up for bid is a handsome matching pair of candlesticks. Tjey are clear glass in an Art Deco style. They are ribbed with a wing likerdesign on each side with a rounfd base. They stand 4 1/2" tall and the base is 5" across. The condition is excellent wiit no cracks or chips. One the sticks has tiny two air bubbles in the base whhich is common for older glass. They are heavy and will not tip over. Please take a minute and look at my other listings which are varied and different. I will combine postage I have considerable inventory I need to consolidate and doesn't help that I keep adding to it. I particularly like the 1940's and 1950's but do list other items so check back. Antique Boston & Sandwich Canary Vaseline Glass Candlesticks 6" Petal & Loop
This is a very nice pair of antique Boston& Sandwich Glass Company canary vaseline glass petal and loop candlesticks or candle holders. They stand 6" tall with a 4 1/4" base diameter. The candle opening is 1" in diameter. They were mold-blown. They are in good condition. Though there are some issues. The brighter one has some chips around the base and a small crack at the mouth. The duller one has an obvious crack in the mouth that goes all the way through around the neck. It does seem stable. It also has some chips around the base. Please see photos for details. I am happy to provide more photos upon request. The tops appear to have been cut down. These are quite old. Dating between 1825 and 1860. Please contact me with any questions. Up for auction is a very cute pair of small antique glass and silver candlesticks. The silver is stamped sterling on the side. It looks like the silver is an overlay and looks to be artisan done because of the slight imperfections in the shapes of the leaves and flowers. They are not identical but I do believe they are a set because they belonged to my grandmother as a pair. They are also dirty with leftover wax and such. This auction is for a scarce pair of antique Dugan Diamond Carnival Glass Royal Luster pattern Candle Sticks in Blue. They have a fantastic bold and brilliant shiny iridescent finish! They are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A couple very tiny scratches on top of base(photos 11 and 12) Usual factory straw marks. No other issues. Very clean! PAIR OF VINTAGE WEB WEIGHTED PEWTER CANDLESTICKS WITH GLASS SHADES
A Beautiful pair of Web candlesticks with etched glass lamps. These were bought in 1975 and have been in storage for many years. They are weighted pewter and are 11" high and the base is 4" in diameter. Weight for one candlestick is 15.5 ozs so together they are 31 ozs. The glass has a diameter of 3 3/4" The base holds a 1" candle and if these have ever been used. They were cleaned up so well you can't tell. These appear to be glass etchings of grapes and vines. Please look at the pictures. I tried to put them in different colors and lights. One of the bases has a slight scratch where the Wed Weighted Pewter is. There is a picture of the scratch. Vintage RED Venetian Glass LOW CANDLESTICKS.
VENETIAN hand blown RED GLASS CANDLESTICKS. My heart skipped a beat when I saw these candlesticks on the table at a local estate sale.I thought they might be by Steuben. And quickly bought them. Although they have several features that Steuben used in their Venetian Glass line, I could not find a mark. The bottom rim is folded over, there is a wafer between the base and the candle holder, and the pontil is clipped, not polished. The red color is glorious and will make these candlesticks a great decorative as well as useful item. The holder of the candles is longer than most, ensuring that the candles will not fall over. The slightly domed base diameter is 5" about 3 3/4" h. No chips, cracks or lines, and unfortunately no signature. Buyer pays $8 S, H& I. Please use PayPal for payment.

This is a very nice pair of very old candleholders I recently acquired from the estate of a lady who lived in Indiana and I will be listing many other items from her in the near future. They stand 8 5/8" tall and are in very fine condition with no flaws that I could detect. There are no maker's mark but Indiana was a place of many glass manufacturers in the late 1800's-1900's. Rarest Color Venetian Glass Swan Candlesticks Made with Uranium Circa 1900-20
Here we have a pair of the most amazing color Venetian Glass candlesticks that you will most likely ever come across. This color is so rare and sought after made with genuine uranium. You almost never see Venetian glass made with Uranium. They are large. Elegant, grand being aprox 13 3/4 inches tall with a base of aprox 5 3/4 inches across. They are antique circa early 1900's. Each candlestick has a three swan motif and they have a opalescent color. Condition: Overall good antique condition with signs of wear commensurate with age. The plume of one bird is off as seen in picture 8. In addition, there is loss to the ribbon design that is above the swans on the bodies of the candlesticks. A small section on each stick with one candles stick having a small additional section glued back on. This loss of ribbon can be placed towards the back ... moreand you would not even see. Up for your consideration is a stunning pair of Antique American Press Molded Glass Candle Holders/ Candlesticks. These quality glass sticks stand approx. 5 3/8 inches tall and were adorned wit h hand painted silver flowers and swirls. Most of the silver ha s wor n off. But shows the history of the pieces. The thick clear glass holders are in good condition with no cracks or repairs. There are a few small chips on t wo corners of the top rim of one holder. And a feww small sratches on the rim of the base, but nothing glaring. The other holder is free of chips or cracks. Quantity of 2- ruby red glass stem with gold tone metal base and upper holder(appear to be copper) both measure approximately 7 1/2" height(3 1/2" diameter base) The metal bases and holders are somewhat dented in areas or were originally handmade- the bases especially show some rudimentary or crudeness in make- they both come apart as shown in last photo- a metal rod attaches to the base and inserts into red glass stems which attaches to metal holders at top- they are somewhat wobbly and may need a little work to keep stable/firm. Cambridge Glass AZURITE BLUE Irridescent Purple Gold Trim Hexagon Candlesticks
Cambridge Glass circa 1920 Azurite Blue with purple irridescent treatment! Very rare indeed! At first blush some might say I have it all wrong. And call this pair of candlesticks"Northwood's style#657" In many ways that would be right, but Northwood's style#657 candlestick is 8" tall with a 4-1/2" base. The pair I have available is 1-1/2" shorter and the base is 1/2" smaller. And recall. Harry Northwood sold his company to National Glass, and in 1901 National became one of the 21 factories under the ownership of Cambridge Glass. Cambridge then owned most all of the old molds and re-introduced this candlestick in Azurite Blue in January 1920 at the Philidelphia glass trade show with great success. It was made without irridescence, but also with(like the original Northwood candlestick) in brown, green, ... moreand purple. The purple irridescent treatment on this pair is ever so slight. And provides an almost opalescent effect. This lovely pair of candlesticks is also adorned with gold trim(I don't believe the Northwood candlestick had gold trim) As you can see, the gold is still intact, particularly strong on the base, but about 50% faded around the cup rim& neck. If you're so inclined. it would be simple to reapply. The most important consideration is the condition- which is absolutely terrific. I took several photographs so you can rest assured there are zero chips, nicks, ticks or other discriptors that identify damage. Offered is a very nice EAPG set of 3 cup candelabra made by Westmoreland Glass Company in circa 1910. This set is a childrens toy set and are marked on the center cup with PATd APLd FOR. They were marked like this in 1910 when the designer George R. West applied for the patent. It was then approved on March. 21st, 1911 as D41,256. This is a wonderful set in excellent condition. They glow a nice green color when next to a black light, similar but not as bright as vaseline glass, also indicating their age. I had an expert on New England glassware look at them and they are confirmed original Boston& Sandwich candlesticks. As per all vaseline glass, they do glow under a black light, demonstrated by the expert. Mold ... moreblown(they have the pontil mark on the bottom) Very thick and heavy-weight. This pair of candlesticks is very early, proved by a few dark imperfections(tiny chunks of leftover glass from the mold that made their way into the candlestick glass) the many straw marks and striations throughout the candlestick along with bubbles throughout. This particular design of Boston& Sandwich Glass Co. candlesticks has become extremely scarce as most have been lost to breakage and mishandling over time. A pair recently sold at auction for $550!
