H A BEST LAMP CO Chicago Reverse Painted or Slag Glass Panel Table LAMP BASE
I have up for sale a wonderful vintage circa 1910-1920s signed H A BEST LAMP CO Chicago. Ill USA lamp base- originally meant for a slag glass lamp. The ring diameter for the ring fitter would be approx 2-3/4" diameter. The lamp is very ornate and has the original antique gold finish. It stands approx 22" no including the finial which may or may not be the original but looks good together. It is in Very Good to Excellent Condition- No damages but a few minor manufacturing mold imperfections- a few small inclusions- basically what you see in pic#2- maybe a couple more but nothing thats any real big deal. No chips. No cracks, No repairs, its as it was from the factory. I am unsure if the sockets are original or not- The top caps have a bright yellowish tint but the bottoms look correct- I am not sure just pointing out what I see. The ... morehas been rewired with a rayon cord and the plug is a newer replacement as well. Antique G. E. Co. Arts & Crafts Industrial Era Copper & Diffuse Glass Table Lamp
18-1/2" high G. E. looks bronze but is probably copper) lamp which has the old"bumpy" diffused glass held by the copper frame& small rounded brass screws. As shown. would look great with a good looking slag glass) It has no damage, just the patina of age with a few gentle"bumps" at the top corners and edges. All of the glass is intact with no cracks or breaks and the lamp is good, solid and very heavy for its size. I am assuming it is made by"G. E. as the switch indicates or, perhaps, it was just a G. E. switch. The lower edges of the shade measure about 10-1/4" square and the base measures about 4-1/4" square. I think it has its original wiring and cord. Works just fine. it will be shipped as one unit with shade in place.

Vintage Flowered Milk Glass Electric Hurricane Table Lamp This lamp measures approx. 18-1/2" tall to the top of the shade. The chimney sticks out from the top of the shade about 1 inch. The shade is about 10" wide at it's widest point As you should see. The globe will need to be repaired. The glass is pulled away from the metal cap where it attaches at the very top of the shade. I have made inquiries and have been told that this can be repaired. I do not have an estimate on the repair cost. The base of the lamp shows signs of wear and use and age. It is not uncommon for this type of base to have the issues that this one has. The top cap. This listing is for a Vintage White Milk Glass with Blue Flowers Hurricane Lamp Shade or Globe There is a cluster of blue flowers on the front of the shade only. The lamp shade measures approximately 5 5/8" tall to the top of the shade. The bottom is approximately 8" across where it sits in the shade holder or ring. The top of the shade is approximately 4 1/2" across from one side to the other side. This shade is in really nice vintage condition(check out the pictures) The shade will be well packaged. Light bluish. It needs rewiring and has a visible crack at the top of the glass base. It has birds on its base, peacocks, herons and phoenix I believe. It appears possibly 1950's to me, almost has a deco look to it. Thought this one was worth salvaging because of it's unique appearance. Also has ornate metal brass colored base. Antique Caramel & Multi Color Slag Glass 16 Panel Table Lamp
Antique Caramel and Multi colored Slag Glass 16 panel table lamp. Lamp measures approximately 22" tall with shade. One of the large glass panels is broken and one of the small glass panels is partially broken. The broken pieces for the large glass panel come with the lamp. I do not know how complete the pieces and if they fit properly. There are no glass pieces for the small glass panel. This lamp is working and looks like it was re wired not too long ago and has new bulb sockets. There is normal wear on lamp body from age. But i did not see any damage or breaks to the metal work on the shade or the base of lamp. I don't know if all the Slag glass panels are original. Lamp is from old estate.

This is a beautiful vintage large milk glass hand painted table lamp with roses. It is in very good condition except it has some paint wear on the grold stripe. It is very beautifully painted and does take a 3-way bulb. It is 32" to the top of the finial and 21" to the top of the socket. The base is 6 1/4" diameter. This is a very beautiful lamp! The harp is removable.

Beautiful Pattern Glass Milk Glass Shade to fit Aladdin Juno and other Antique Kerosene Oil Lamps. This is from an estate sale which had many antique oil kerosene lamps for sale many which were original to the same family passed down! This measures 9 3/4 on the fitter bottom side. 9 inches high and 11 inches at the widest across. The last photo does show a close up of a factory flaw, there are no cracks in the glass and I am showing all sides of this shade in the pictures! Mid century mercury glass ball table lamp very cool
You are looking at A used mid century mercury glass ball lamp. This lamp measures 18” tall. About 9” at the widest part of the ball and the very bottom base is 6” The lamp has one 1-1/2” crack toward the bottom of the ball and has some clouding next to the top ring. As you can see in the pictures the lamp still looks very good for its age. There are two pictures of the crack. I don’t believe the crack affects the structure of this lamp. It is very hard to see and even harder to get pictures of. The lamp functions perfectly. The paint at the top and bottom is in great condition. Here’s your chance to get a very cool looking lamp. Antique Amethyst Cut Glass Table Lamp
This bright Amethyst colored glass lamp was originally just candle burning when we purchased it many years ago. We had it professionally wired. Without any drilling or altering of the glass, the wire runs down the outside back. Condition is in as near perfect as can be. The brass base was also added when we wired it as a lamp. There were never any chips or cracks that had to be ground out, it is as it was originally made. The glass candlestick is 14 1/2" tall, and 25" to the shade rest, lampshade not included. The socket is for a three way bulb.

No manufacturing marks found. Two tone bronze patinas. Base is yellow bronze casting the upper classical urn body is a dark liver patina. I took the base apart looking for identifying larks and showed interior in photos. Light sockets work with original wiring and toggles. this is a slag lamp base from the 1920's sturdy enough to hold a very large slag glass canapy. Only one defect is minor dent in the shadows of side that I backlighted to exaggerate for you to see better. It is not noticable. Found in North Crown Heights. Brooklyn Historic district.

Antique Stunning 8 Panel Green Slag Glass Table Lamp Shade
This is a Great Old Green Slag Glass Table Lamp Shade in very good condition! It is an 8 Panel shade and all the glass is damage free it also has all it's little tabs. I see no makers marks so I do not know who made the shade or it's age my best guess is 1940s but it could be earlier. It looks to be very well made. There are a few small areas of finish loss but 99% of the original finish seems to be there. The shade from panel to panel is 17 1/2" and the shade weighs 7.10 pounds. Thank you for your interest! EXCELLENT LAMP fresh from a local estate is this vintage arts& crafts. Mission style lamp base with a slag glass, octagon, oak frame shade. the shade is not original to the lamp, originally it would of had a square shade. it is 31" tall including the shade. the base is 20 1/2" tall X 21 1/2" across the arms. the leaded glas and green glass panels are intact except for 2 hairline cracks in 1 panel( see photos) the shade appears to made during the same time period as the base but the finish is just about all gone we will ship the lamp& shade in 2 boxes to insure safe delivery.

The lamp measures 25 inches or 63.5 cm high to the top of the finial. The shade is 19 inches or 48 cm in diameter. The base of the lamp has a ribbed scrolling design with swags of flowers decorating the base. The lamp base has two sockets with pull chains. The shade is quite large and features a total of 16 slag glass panels. The larger glass panels are a dark purple with rainbow swirls along with a marbled light blue panels. The upper panels are quite an unusual and rare color. The overlay work on the shade has a scalloped edge and panels with winged figures ... moreon bottom panels. The lamp has a dark gold patina or color which is all original to the piece. The condition of this lamp is very good. The lamp has two pull chain sockets and can take a bulb up to 100 watts. The lamp works well. All the glass panels are in excellent condition. All the panels are original and match. There are no replaced panels. There are three breaks in the metal overlay on the bottom section of the winged men, please see photos. There is some wear the patina on the base, all age appropriate. Looks great when high lighted against the caramel glass in a dim room. I have taken a number of pics in dim light to show this off. The base is solid and heavy to support the large shade. Although unmarked it is probably a Pittsburgh lamp. This Table LAMP has a bulbous base that has a small fixture for a bulb inside the Glass seahorse part to show it off. the upper also has a socket for a bulb but needs a beautiful shade. this lamp is so striking to the naked eye. Lamp looks like a Galle style lamp. But does not have a galle signature so may be a reproduction of one. For sale is this cute little bedside table lamp purchased from an estate sale. This lamp stands 15" tall and is made of a very decorative pressed glass. The style is very old fashioned and victorian looking. The bottom is octogon shaped and measures 4 1/2" across. This lamp has been rewired at some point and works great. The socket and switch looks like newer metal. There are three different glass sections with metal between each section. That metal shows a bit a rust but you have to look close to see it. The shade is paper and has a floral pattern in greens and yellow. It attaches to a normal size light bulb. The bulb purchased with this is a 15 watt and does not come with the lamp due to shipping regulations. The shade measures 6 3/4" long and is 8" across on the wide side. It is in great condition other than it might ... morebe faded. This lamp is over all in good condition for its age and can be just what you are looking for. I was told this very cool little lamp is a Peter Marsh lamp. However, I see no markings indicating this so I cannot confirm it is or is not a Peter Marsh lamp. I can confirm it is super cool and definitely one of a kind! It is approximately 10" in height. The diameter of the shade is about 5" as well. The electric appears to be in good condition. Base is gold colored wood with a lead weight bolted to the underside. Body section is a 11 inch tall vase with a maximum diameter of 2-3/4 inches. Vase cap part. Lamp socket, and finial are solid brass with an aged patina. Lamp socket has a push button switch and is marked F inside a circle for Mogul brand. Steel shade harp section measures 9 inches tall and is finished in a golden brass color. Paper lampshade measures 10 inches tall and 11 inches in diameter at the bottom edge. It is die cut paper with a leafy flower pattern and wavy upper and lower edges. Lamp works perfectly and uses a standard light bulb. Not included. Offering this amazing antique twin cupid lamp. Remarkably good condition. Approx 100 years old. Molded metal. Definitely not iron. Likely bronze. Eight panels of green slag glass. Gorgeous light in a dark room. Baskets. Butterflies and bound sticks decorate the shade. Shade is actually molded lead with gold paint. Some flecks of gold paint have fallen off over the years.
