Great antique art deco/nouveau figural Egyptian Sphinx(made out of what I believe to be bronze) lamp with an exquisite marbled leaded slag glass multi colored shade. The arm holding the shade rotates from side to side. And I believe it is brass. This piece is in excellent condition, the shade is free from any chips or cracks. The lamp weighs over 6 pounds, it's a very solid heavy piece. There is some wear from age to the arm, and some age to the body of the Sphinx, so please look closely at the pictures. I couldn't find any makers mark, the only signature I could find was the"Leviton" which is the company that makes the wiring. I have looked all over. Old Antique Vintage American Brilliant Cut Glass Art Nouveau Art Deco Lamp
ANTIQUE LAMP AMERICAN BRILLIANT CUT GLASS Found in a local estate auction is this beautiful cut glass lamp with a pointed mushroom shade. It dates to the early 20th century. It measures about 17.5" high. Perfect for a boudoir. It is in good condition, no damage aside from minor fleabite chips around the base edge. The prisms are not all original and one is missing. Some have small chipping. This lamp was so dirty that I thought the metal was brass. I thoroughly cleaned it and found under the grime the metal is silverplate. It has a pull chain socket and takes a c-7 chandelier type bulb. The wiring is not original but is still very old and does work. It has an on/off switch on the cord. All old wiring should be checked for safety before use. The socket is marked Bryant. I could not find any other markings. Use my photos for condition ... moredescription. Looks great when high lighted against the caramel glass in a dim room. I have taken a number of pics in dim light to show this off. The base is solid and heavy to support the large shade. Although unmarked it is probably a Pittsburgh lamp. I have had all new wiring installed so this lamp is go to be used right out of the box but as always use caution and inspect after shipment before use. French Antique Signed Art Nouveau A Rucho Bronze Patina Spelter Newel Post Lamp
Antique French newel post lamp Heroic female figure in spelter with a brass foliate circle both with attractive bronze patinantion and two sockets with copper plated iron cups Signed A Rucho on the base and marked Made in France dating from around 1910 It is currently wired for a newel post with no cord. Some of the wiring and the switch have been updated and the lamp is working The original(broken) switch is taped inside the base with blue tape It stands 17 1/4 inches(44 cm) tall to the top of the highest socket The figure is 12 inches(30.5 cm) tall The base measures 2 7/8 inches across the bottom The surface shows wear and age but overall has really good bronze patination There is some damage to the leaves as you can see in the closeup pictures. Large Figural Silver French Art Nouveau Victorian Newel Table Lamp Jewel Shades
Offered for your consideration is a fine silvered metal newel or table lamp formed by an art nouveau lady in a dramatic pose atop a graduated black marble plinth. I suspect that the base metal is spelter. Due to the weight, but perhaps it's pewter. The lamp is about 40" high by 18" wide and has three attached hammered silver shades with crimson red jeweled medallions at the tops and beautiful beaded fringe around the lower rims composed of a mixture of clear and red beads. The shades are suspended from typically Jugendstil whiplash floral sprays. The piece is in remarkably good condition; I see no evidence of cracks or repairs. The beaded fringe on the shades is completely intact, with no missing strands I can see. The silver plating is still very presentable, although of course there are some signs of wear, likely the result ... moreof a century of cleaning& polishing by previous owners. I have not polished the lamp in the years I've owned it, as I liked the patina. The pictures make the lamp appear slightly more golden than it looks in person. That is probably because the reflective surface is picking up the color from the wallpaper and carpeting in the rooms where I took the pictures. The wiring was updated/replaced at some point and is fine, as-is. I have been using it without fear or problems. If you are the winning bidder. I want you to be thrilled with the purchase. Returns, however, will not be accepted, due to the high costs(and risk of damage) incurred when shipping fragile valuable items back and forth. Vintage Art Nouveau Sculpture Lamp - Woman & Cupid Romantic Chic
This vintage lamp dates back to the Art Nouveau period. Not only is it stunning it is heavy. The sculpture sits on what looks like an ebony wood base. The sculpture itself is made of metal and still has the original patina. I am not sure but I believe it was originally a gas lamp. Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Figural Lamp With Shade, Works, Our Lady and Some Angels
You are bidding on an old figural table lamp of Our Lady standing with a cross and wreath in front of her with three angel heads with wings at her feet. To her left and supporting the light bulb holder is what appears to be a church. There are no markings as to manufacturer. It is 9 inches long and 9 inches tall. It lights up fine with no off/on switch.simply plugs in when you want to use it. The color and wiring look great for it's age. The shade has a small chip on it's rim where it sits in the holder. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Bronze Lamp and Smoker's Stand Art Nouveau Era
This Bronze stand has two Bradley& Hubbard Makers' Marks on the bottom of the base and on the bottom of the removable threaded ashtray. The piece has an overall height of 28 inches and is 12 inches wide at its widest part. It is made from what appears to be very heavy solid bronze with the original chocolate patina intact. Truly a collector's piece! Please note that the threading which the ashtray screws into is slightly bent and may need to be replaced which is a simple fix. This satiny glass lamp in beautiful shades of yellows. Oranges and reds looks like a gorgeous sunrise/sunset when illuiminated. The base alone can be lit or the combination of the base and shade together may be on. Both the base and shade are signed Le Verre Francais followed by the Lorraine Cross. The plug and switch are original while the frayed silk cord looks newer. Antique floor bridge lamp rewired with pull chain glass shade houze art nouveau
I have other lamps listed and more on the way. This is a beautiful old lamp with some original paint but it is worn. They just don't make lamps like this anymore this is so neat. The base has a cool design the 4 corners almost look like a face in the design. It has been rewired so it is ready to use. The socket has a pull chain and the glass shade is nice again it has wear but no chips or cracks. It does have a small white spec incased in the glass this is normal in really old glass and lets you know it is old.

Antique Rembrandt Art Nouveau Table Lamp Cast Iron With Marble Designs Double Bulb Pat. Number R 7108 applied for Rembrandt on bottom base of lamp. The shade is multicolored stain glass designs on beige background 14" wide across. Has a crack as shown in picture above. Lamp is heavy cast iron with bronze and brass coating and is 25" tall by 6"1/2 base with decorative lamp with marble design. It has been rewired with a large switch on the cord.
