An exquisite item, with its original delicately embossed white internally cased yellow glass shade, and yellow glass font. The lamp is typical of lamps made circa 1880's- 1915. It does say Made in US America on the wick knob. It has a couple of small chips on the bottom of the top globe, they cannot be seen when top is attached to lamp. Beautiful hand painted daisies. Antique Victorian Duplex Brass Double Student Oil Lamp Electric Original Globes
Hi. You are bidding on the most beautiful lamp. It is a Duplex student oil lamp that was converted to electric. You can see by the cord and plug that it is one of the oldest electric lamps you will ever see. It has been tested and did work when I bought it but the cord is super old. I would get a second opinion before you use the cord. The globes are LOVELY and even more beautiful in person. They are in good condition with no nicks or cracks. The globes measure approximately ten inches across at the bottom and 4.5 inches or so on the top. The entire lamp is 27 inches when measured from base to top of chimneys. I believe the chimneys are also original in that they look like old glass and they are the exact measurements of the original chimneys. One of the chimneys has some roughness around the base where it goes into the metal but it is not ... morechipped. If you collect these antique lamps. I think you are going to love this one. There are problems, but minimal. I see that there is one lamp socket that is sort of tipped to one side. There is some difficulty getting the round base for the chimney into the larger frame for the glass globe. But I think that all of these issues are probably just a part of owning a lamp like this. Bradley& Hubbard Oil Lamp_ Wonderful Victorian table lamp made by the famous lampmaking firm of Bradley& Hubbard. At some point the lamp was converted for electricity but still has its original resevoir cap. The lamp is marked with the original patent applied for and received dates of August 30. 1892 and December 31,1895. This particular nickel plated model was quite popular in its day. A wonderful piece of functional Victoriana. Cap is marked B&H. Size: Approximately 12" tall Date: 1890s Condition: Overall very good condition. Spotting to the nickel throughout and a few small dings and dents commensurate with age. I have not tested the electrical mechanism and highly suggest that the lamp be rewired. Antique Victorian kerosene oil lamp chandelier light fixture cranberry red shade
Spectacular late 19th century pulley kerosene/oil chandelier. Stunning red glass with slight swirl. This light has been electrified and in that process an additional Victorian era lamp canopy was added so this is READY TO INSTALL TO A JUNCTION BOX! The light was also repainted in a period appropriate rich gilt. The pulley action was not altered and it still works(though the wiring will bunch up if you pull on it) No damage to the shade. The cranberry red glass ball shade is 9" wide.

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN ERA GONE WITH THE WIND SWIRL MILK GLASS KEROSENE LAMP CONVERTD
Offering this very attractive antique Victorian Era Gone With The Wind Table Lamp. Originally oil but now converted to electric power. The parts maker was P& A. Royal who made the parts for the early Aladdin Lamps. This has a beautiful swirl milk glass base with a forest and mountain scene that appears to be a transfer ware process decoration. The cast iron feet are adorned with Cherubs at four points. Other than the cut outs for the conversion, one at the bottom of the pot and two at the top for the on- off chain, it is in great shape and just needs a shade. It measures 12 inches tall to top of the shade holder, is 6 inches wide at the top of the base and 7 inches wide at the swirl area of the base. The feet area measures 6 1/4 inches squared. This is really a beautiful piece sold as is as found. The glass has a rare opalescent stone along with red green, etc. 4 different colors. The shade is solid and very heavy. This does show wear typical of age and use with a couple minor dings on edges, but as you can see it displays beautifully. Great old lamp shade. Stunning Rare Antique 1800’s Victorian Lamp w/ 3 Way Light This was purchased by my Grandmother in the 1940’s– she found it in an antique shop& fell in love with it. It’s in excellent vintage condition– being well taken care of over the years. Can be used 3 ways- turn on top. Bottom or both. Hand painted flowers. Oil lamp converted to electric works perfectly. The shade and other glass pieces have hand painted florals and are in excellent condition- no cracks or chips. There is some discoloration on the upper bronze(pic 6) I am chemically sensitive so am not able to use any cleaners, so that bronze part needs a cleaning& polishing. Large Victorian Frilled Cranberry Glass Oil Lamp Shade Here is a nice example of a late Victorian cranberry glass oil lamp shade which has quilted decoration to the sides and an attractive frilled rim. It stands 8.375 inches high and measures 9.875 inches wide across the frilled rim and 5.5 inches in diameter across the base. For accuracy there are several tiny specks within the glass and one tiny rough speck on the rim. All of which have occurred during manufacture and in no way detract. There are no chips or cracks and the cranberry colour is strong. Victorian Juno Piano Lamp circa 1890s
This is a great piano lamp made by the R. Hollings& Co. in Boston. The lamp adjusts 5ft tall to 6ft 10 inches. The lamp has been electrified some years ago but it has a new cord. The lamp is brass cast and rests on four spiral brass legs. The 12 inche ball shade is free from damage and it is hand-painted with a floral design. The patina on the brass stand is great. Here we have an original Victorian Duplex lamp in cranberry over opal glass that has been made into an electric lamp. The lamp has an in-line switch and a good length of flex. This will need checking by a qualified electrician before use as the plug will be removed from the end of the wire. Lamp has a beautifully moulded fount and stem in the Art-Nouveau style. Dimensions; almost 19" tall to the top of the bayonet bulb holder. Takes regular 4" Duplex oil lamp shades. Condition; fount is drilled through the undermount(wire shows a little in ... moremacro image) also the cast shade holder has been screwed into the original Duplex collar. Hollow moulded stem is fine without any issue, black glazed terracotta plinth has been drilled to accommodate flex, most of the applied paint detail on the flowers and foliage is rubbed. Overall.
