It is 82" long and ... more39" high to the center at the back. This sofa is ornate with hand crafted hard wood decor about 2" thick in dark brown color of the grape and leaf patterns. The cushion is about 4" at highest point. 58" long without arm, and 20" deep. It is an original tanned upholstery with the small mauve flower pattern. It is decorated with some fabric buttons on the cushion. The cushion is very firm. There are 3 light water stains on the cushion sitting area as shown in the pictures. There is a small worn area on the fabric of the left arm. No major damage on the cushion. The cushion is 5" high from the floor. It has the brass rivets stitched along the cushion all the way around the front. The arm is 24 1/2" high from the floor. Each arm of the sofa has embossed hand crafted grape leaf design. There is a wooden surface damage on the top right arm. The stitching at the back along the left arm has come detached about 2" The legs are very stunning with the hand carvings on wood about 2 3/4" thick. The end of the legs have brass wheels about 1" diameter. There is a tear at the back on right foot area of the upholstery about 2" but it is not noticeable. The back felt cover is purple/ blue, it is faded. There are rusty nails holding back cover, that is partially torn off. The bottom of the couch covered with the fabric, it is old, has no tears. All the tears mentioned can be fixed. All is in great shape. This piece is really classic antique look, was kept well by our grandmother circa 1800's. Sold as is. Local pick-up only. Lane Mid Century"TUXEDO" Cedar Chest Rare Lane Tuxedo cedar chest. This has the original finish& all original bow tie knobs. This piece came from a non-smoking home& has a great cedar smell when the lid is opened. There is no key for the lock. The chest is solid. There is a small piece of veneer missing from the back of the lid on the left side(photo 12) some discoloration on the same side rear leg(13) discoloration + loose veneer on the back left above that leg(14& 15) The felt in the bottom drawer has a couple of bare areas- can not tell what caused this. Light scuffing on the finish, but in pretty nice condition for being over 50 years old. This may be picked up in person at our office or it can be picked up by a freight carrier of your choice. Desk-Chest by Standard Screen Company. A most unusual Cedar Chest designed to work in any room in your house. Looks like a desk at first glance but the top hinges open to reveal a top compartment lined with Tennessee Red Cedar. Manufacture claims the top to be a"standard" size traditional chest. On each end there is a removable floor panel that give access to two smaller sections; approximately 25% the volume of the main compartment. Finally the bottom two drawers of the desk are actually functional and allows use as a desk. Incredible to still have the paperwork on the underside of the lid. Manufactured in Chicago by the Standard Screen Company. Approximate dimensions of 44x24" with a height of 32" Age unknown. It does have wear and tear as expected due to age. UP FOR CONSIDERATION: The Commodore Collection by Rosalco Cedar Chest Cedar Lined Inside with plenty of room- Inside measurements are 40 1/2" x 13 1/2 deep x 14" tall Has a non locking Lid that is supported by one Locking Hinge on the left side. Features 5- 3" Pulls with Back Plates on the front for decorative purposes only. Unfortunately the owner's dog chewed one side corner(see picture) This can be repaired however I will leave that option to the new owner. The top measures 44" x 15 3/4" Overall Height is 24" with 8 3/4" Tall Legs. There are scratches on the top which can be covered and some minor dings on the front base along with a 1/4" paint mark.
