The opening at the top of the lamp measures 1 1/4 inches outside diameter. The condition appears to be very nice with no chips or cracks. The only area of notice is the base.where the cobalt and crystal meet.there is cloudiness on the interior.may be a result of the application of the base to the top. Circa 1880's to 1900'Alva' pattern kerosene stand lamp. Please reference Thuro book 2 page 117 figure o& p for the opalescent versions of this lamp. Lamp is 7 3/4" tall to the top of the#1 fine line brass collar. With a 4 1/2" base diameter. Font. Stem and base all have an acid finish. Overall very condition with no large chips or cracks. Has the usual bubbles, straw marks, and base wear. Mold roughness, small nicks and small flat flakes along the edge of the base. Two internal bruises on the base. One on the top edge and the other on the underside. One internal bruise on the font in the middle center rib area. I did not see this until I was writing up my description an d checking for flaws. The lamp measures 25 inches or 63.5 cm high to the top of the finial. The shade is 19 inches or 48 cm in diameter. The base of the lamp has a ribbed scrolling design with swags of flowers decorating the base. The lamp base has two sockets with pull chains. The shade is quite large and features a total of 16 slag glass panels. The larger glass panels are a dark purple with rainbow swirls along with a marbled light blue panels. The upper panels are quite an unusual and rare color. The overlay work on the shade has a scalloped edge and panels with winged figures ... moreon bottom panels. The lamp has a dark gold patina or color which is all original to the piece. The condition of this lamp is very good. The lamp has two pull chain sockets and can take a bulb up to 100 watts. From a local estate. A beautiful vintage"Blue Slag Glass and Metal End Of The Trail Lamp Shade. Nice detail and eye appeal. Shade dates from the late 19teens to the 1920's. Six identical panels make up the shade. Each panel is held in place with a soldered brass holder. The metal design of the outer shade appears to be spelter finished with a bronze look. Marked on the inside of the shade top with what appears to be a series of letters and numbers"HB ... more618 595 411. No other marks that I could find. Measures approx. 7 1/2" high. Each panel base measures approx. 7" and each panel top measures approx. 2 3/4. Width of shade from flat side to flat side is 12" and from angle point to angle point is 14 1/4. No damage to any of the glass panels. No apparent damage to the metal parts of the shade that I could see. This is a very heavy shade. It needs a heavy metal base to appropriately hold and show the shade. A great item for your collection. I could find only one of these shades offered in the past six years. Base is silver finished spelter metal or maybe pewter. Glass font tank is blue glass with a thumb print honeycomb pattern. The pattern can be felt on the outside. Glass section is in perfect condition with no cracks. Chips, or cloudiness. Glass does have lots of tiny little air bubbles cased within the glass. Burner collar is unmarked and shows signs of age(tiny stress cracks) upon very close inspection. Burner seems complete and burns a flat wick. Included. Wick adjustment knob works fine. It is marked with a lion and the letters O. E. B. The knob nameplate has a crack as pictured. One chimney mounting tab is missing. Needs a 2 inch fitter chimney and lamp oil ... moreto be ready for use. Has not been drilled. Converted, or restored. Metal has an aged patina but would benefit from a quick polish. There are no scrapes. Dents, breaks, or repairs. Measures 13 inches tall overall. Glass font tank section measures approximately 5.75 inches in outside diameter. Vintage Roseville * Blue Freesia Lamp * Beautiful !
Vintage Roseville blue Freesia lamp. The pottery piece alone is about 13" It's about 15" to the bottom of the socket. It's in excellent clean condition- no damage. The electrical cord and socket look like new. I think it has a 3 way switch. There is a 9" detachable harp with a 3" finial. The black wood base has three feet. Which makes it just a little bit tippy by design. There are 11 photos. It will be doubled boxed& insured for safe passage.

The floor lamp table has been painted in a French blue/teal and distressed. The distressed technique is rubbed so that the original, dark finish is revealed in several areas.
