Great antique art deco/nouveau figural Egyptian Sphinx(made out of what I believe to be bronze) lamp with an exquisite marbled leaded slag glass multi colored shade. The arm holding the shade rotates from side to side. And I believe it is brass. This piece is in excellent condition, the shade is free from any chips or cracks. The lamp weighs over 6 pounds, it's a very solid heavy piece. There is some wear from age to the arm, and some age to the body of the Sphinx, so please look closely at the pictures. I couldn't find any makers mark, the only signature I could find was the"Leviton" which is the company that makes the wiring. I have looked all over. And could not find anything as exquisite as this piece. This is a very unique and beautiful piece to add to your collection. It measures 9 1/2" high. Antique Vintage Hanging Oil Lamp Connverted Top and Bottom Light Up Brass Glass
Nice old oil lamp that was converted to electric. The top and/or bottom light up. There is a small chip to the top rim of the glass shade and very minor spots of wear to the brass. There are 18 glass prisms. It measures 10 inches wide and 20 inches high. It is set up to be wired directly to the ceiling and it hangs down 12 inches from the ceiling however you could add two chains if you wanted it to hang lower. I just hung it from a bungee cord to take pictures.

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN SIGNED BRADLEY AND HUBBARD SLAG GLASS LAMP LIGHT
Beautiful antique. Marked Bradley and Hubbard slag glass lamp. The base is stamped Bradley and Hubbard in a triangle with a# 260 next to the triangle. The lamp cord looks authentic and still usable. There are two light bulbs which are unusual in shape with six sides, the bulb is marked G.E. Mazda 25W 110V. The lamp suckets are marked Bryant 250W 250V Pat'd Nov 26, 1907. The heigth of the base is approx 19" from the bottom to the top of the screw on to hold the shade. There is a beautiful flowral and leaf design on the base. There is no damage on the entire base piece. The diameter of the base is approx 8" The shade has 8 panels of the same size of approx 7 1/2" from the top of the shade to the bottom. The top of the shade across measures approx 1 1/2" and the bottom across measures approx 5 1/2" Most of the clips ... morethat hold the panels in place are available with just a few missing. The glass pieces are secure and in place. Each of the bottom metal retainers that hold the glass panels in place are stamped Pat'd Oct 20, 08, which means 1908. The screw on top of the base screws into the base and care should be exercised when unscrewing the shade from the base because the screw works both ways, it screws into the base and also can be unscrewed from the base leaving the shade at jeapardy of being disconnected from the base. There are no breaks in the metal works and the glass is uniform in shape and size. The base and the shade are both in the condition as described, no cleaning of any kind was attempted in the possibility of damaging the piece. Very beautiful piece of art and very compatible to any decor or style. The lamp is not overly large and small enough to fit any size stand or table. Sold as is so please contact if any questions.
