Antique Hand Painted Cast Iron Ship w/ Tole Petals Two Light Nautical Lamp
Old working lamp in great condition. It is made of heavy hand painted cast iron with a tole leaf over each of the petaled lights. It has an old patina. Some chips in the paint and an old thick round cord. On the back the maker's name is stamped into the iron and says"Allied Metal- Inglewood, Calif. It measures about 13-1/2" high and 14" wide. The base measures about 3" front to back.

19c ANTIQUE CAST IRON STEAMPUNK FLAG POLE STAND LAMP BASE NY
Up for auction we have a nice antique flag pole stand. This flag pole stand was Salvage out of a church before demolition. The base measurements are: the center hole is 1" in diameter. The overall height is 4.5" its about 10" wide. Weight 4.5 lbs. There no broken parts. However it is missing 1 wing nut. As seen in the picture. Keep in mind this base is antique therefore it will not be in perfect conditions it does have some paint ware some scratches it will need to be cleaned. Overal nice condition. This auction is for an electric lamp with a slag glass shade. The base is marked 831 on the underside. The base is cast iron with a finish over it. The other parts are not iron. Some wear and/or small chips to the finish. Measures 16 1/2" assembled. The shade itself is 6 1/2" tall and the opening is 7" across. Some rough areas and chips on the edges of the glass pieces but nothing that shows from the outside and no cracks, some scratches or scuffs on the outside, the metal hides any edge damage. Vintage industrial desk lamp. Features metal articulating arms. Cast iron joints, a vintage cast base, an aged brass lamp shade, and three antique cast iron valve handles. The shade, base and handles have a wonderful patina. Wiring is brand new reproduction brown twisted cloth cord and a new antique style plug. Everything works perfectly and safely. The brass socket and turn key have an oil-rubbed bronze finish. The base is a heavy cast iron. Three separate joints enable the lamp to be positioned in a wide variety of ways. The handles at all three joints make re-positioning easier. The valve handles can easily be switched to the opposite side if preferred. I can do that for the winning bidder if requested. Antique Craftsman Mission Style Cast Iron Lamp w/ Fat Boy Paddle Switch I came across this forgotten treasure and couldn’t pass it up. While there are no actual markings other than the“fat boy” paddle switch and the socket. Both labeled“Union” The design of the lamp is characteristic of the Mission style and the American Craftsman style, made famous by Gustav Stickley around the turn of the 20 th century. I cannot verify its authenticity as such. But it definitely has the trademark appearance of these two parallel styles. Please note there are several cosmetic flaws characteristic of its age(see pictures for close-up details) paint has some chipping and various scratches; socket is slightly askew; and lamp has apparently been rewired at some point in time. 1931 Antique Cast Iron SCENES IN ACTION Lamp Italy Gondola Serenade WORKS
For your Bidding consideration in this Auction is SCENES IN ACTION LAMP dated 1931. It is the"Serenade" image of a Gondolier in Venice with 2 Lovers in the front of the boat. He serenading her with a stringed instrument. The casting is quite detailed and very nice. It measures 13" x 8 1/2" x 4" The reverse painted glass backdrop is broken so to get the full effect would suggest painting a replacement scene on a new piece of glass if you have the talent. The spinner is present consisting of a tin lid with plastic skirt underneath of it. The tin lid sits atop a pin and the whole thing rotates circularly as the light bulb heats up and provides a flowing motion to the whole scene when viewed from the front. The plastic skirt has small cuts on it which when pushed into the grommets on the tin lid it rests easily to help ... morecreate the spinning motion. The 8 1/2" tall frosted hurricane globe is finished with black and white pictures. 4 weather vanes inside a laurel leaf holly pattern. a horse. Ship, a rooster, a eagle. The diameter opening of the bottom of the globe is 2 15/16" The globe does have some scratches in the frosted area. No Cracks or chips. The picture show no wear. The cast iron candle holder measures 8 1/4" long x 5" wide. the outsdie edge is a matching laurel leaf pattern. The botton is marked 710 and 2. There is not makers mark and the age is unknown. Small Boudoir Table Lamp Vtg Cast Iron RMR Arts & Crafts Era Needs Cord & Socket
For sale today I have this small boudoir/ nightstand/ table lamp. The listing is for the parts shown. The shade. Finial and cord are not present. The socket interior(switch& bulb holder) the paper insulator are worn out and will need to be replaced if the the lamp is to be used. The lamp has an overall height of 13-3/8" as measured from bottom of base to the top of harp. The base and harp are made of cast iron and finished with a gold-tone color paint that looks like the original finish to me and it shows age. Wear and grime. The socket shell and base cap are brass and they have natural age/use aquired"patina" and surface wear. The bottom of the lamp is marked with the cast-in raised letters"R.M.R. above"305" and the letter"A" to the left of the"R.M.R. marking. Beautiful antique/vintage pair of wrought iron. Painted gold candlestick lamps with polychrome pink painted flowers. They stand 12-5/8" high and the base measures approx. 4" square. As far as I can tell, everything is original. The finish, paper"candle" covers, wiring and sockets. Note to self that these will need to be professionally re-wired! I have lots of vintage lighting items listed and more added all the time. This is a great lamp with a beautiful satin glass shade and the shade has no chips or cracks it will have wear and some ring roughness that they all have. The outer shade does have the original brass ring at the top which the inner shade sticks up through. This like most of these has been electrified so you can safely use it today. Some people do convert these back to oil burning and you would have to replace a few pieces to do that but not that hard you can buy the burners and parts on ebay. This has normal wear you would expect but for being from the late 1800s is fantastic and has very cool claw feet on the base. The inner clear glass sahde may not be the original I really don't know it's just clear glass so who knows the outer shade is old you can easily ... moretell its age. The lamp will be taken apart for safe shipping and the shade will be double boxed. Shipping to lower 48 only and no overseas. Cast Iron French Miner's Lamp
This familiar cast iron miner’s light. More commonly found with a circular font(pictured above) supported by a heavy trunnion mound attached to a long hooked rod by means of a swivel joint, is embellished with a brass rooster. This wonderful Specialty Lamp is of French Origin and typically used whale oil for fuel. This miner’s lamp measures 7 ½ inches in height from the base to the top of the trunnion mount and 4 ½ inches wide. The iron hood measures 20 ½ inches from the top of the hook to the connection at the trunnnion. The chain on the wick pick is 14 inches in length attached to the trunnion mount with a closed“S” hook. The wick pick itself measures 4 ½ inches in length. The upper loop is ½ inches in diameter and the prongs have a 1 inch wide extension. This lamp is cast iron and brass. Up for bid is this antique desk lamp. This was found at an estate sale and I am not a collector nor am I versed in this subject so I am going to describe the item the best I can. Antique Dutch lamp cast iron tulip
Old Dutch cast iron lamp. Weighs approximately 8 pounds. We took this to Antique Road Show 10 years ago they said its not America but Dutch and from overseas. They put a value of $800 on it at auction. Measures approximately 16" high by 16" at the widest point. Has hand painting on it on the front and back. The back of the lamp shows wear in the paint showing through to a dark gray metal. Some other areas of the lamp are missing paint. Worn off. All around the lamp are raised designs and 4 different ones on each corner of the base. Works perfectly fine. Uses amber or clear bulbs. Extremely beautiful in the evenings with amber bulbs. There are 3 different dangling glass pieces, the teardrop with the attached ball are original to the lamp. The other teardrop without the ball on top are newer as are the grape clusters. The top of the lamp has a hole but it is intentional we think there may have been another part of the lamp that fit into the hole as we cannot understand the purpose of it. Up for auction is an antique cast iron Art Deco three light lamp. It dates from approximately 1920 and features three candlestick style sockets with an adjustable center shade pole. The lamp measures 24 inches tall to the top of the finial and has a 6.5 inch round base. The lamp is in very good. Rewired condition with slight loss to the bronze and rose patina on the base and feet. The sockets have new black covers with gold drips. The lamp is cast iron and the finial is brass. UP FOR AUCTION IS A GREAT PAIR OF VINTAGE 1920's ANTIQUE CAST IRON ART NOUVEAU MANTLE LAMPS.THEY EACH HAVE(4) FROSTED GLASS PANEL INSERTS THAT SIT BEHIND A BEAUTIFUL AND WELL DETAILED COUNTRY SCENE THAT CREATES A SILHOUTTE EFFECT.BELOW EACH OF THE GLASS PANELS IS A INDIAN HEAD WITH FULL FEATHER HEAD DRESS.AND BELOW THE INDIAN HEAD IS WHAT LOOKS TO BE A CAMEO STYLE PROFILE OF A VICTORIAN WOMAN.THE HINGED LID TOPS ARE ACCENTED WITH ACORN FINIALS. THE LAMPS MEASURE 16.5" TALL X 6.5" WIDE.THEY ARE IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION.AND WERE VERY WELL CARED FOR BECAUSE THEY BELONGED TO MY GREAT UNCLE WHO WAS AN AVID ANTIQUE COLLECTOR.THEY ARE IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION.ALL GLASS PANELS ARE PERFECT.THE WIRING.
