Built around 1880-1890 this building is in good condition and can be relocated. The building is approximately 12'W X 20'L X 14'H. It is two rooms with two doors on the front. The door on the back is gone. The interior wall is tongue in groove with a door in the middle. The interior lumber is in GREAT condition. Some of the exterior wood is in poorer condition mostly at the back of the building and some around bottom edge but again the interior wood is in great condition. The roof and floors are in good condition with the exception of one area at the back. Affecting about 2 feet of board where the door is gone. It sets on old conglomerate concrete blocks. A opening for stove pipe still in ceiling with outdoor pipe on roof. Great buy for moving or for old wood. NO LEAKS NOTED. Buyer responsible for complete removal of all materials.

Old Barn Wood Antique Reclaimed Wood Weathered Gray Barn Siding 400 ft.
This wood was reclaimed from an old local barn in which the owner sold the property and some of the wood was salvaged. It was then used afterwards as decor in the family basement. Since 1992. The wood is over 100 years old and has many worm holes and nail holes through out. I have approx. 400 linear feet and most is in 5-8 foot sections. Its listed at 5.00 per foot.
