These are 7 old Victorian plinth blocks. They are not oak but most likely made from yellow pine. They are in original condition. The two extra blocks in picture one are not included.Four measure approx. 5 1/4 inches wide and 11 inches tall and three measure 5 inches wide and 8 inches tall. They are approx. 1 inch thick. They are in good condition for their age with a few cracks that you can see in the pictures. They each have the original nail holes. Five have been stripped and two have the original finish. Up for your consideration is a set of 12 antique wood plinth blocks. Architectural salvage The condition is fair. The is some wood chipping on the ends. There is chipping and peeling paint. There are several layers of paint. I believe they are oak. Two are a bit smaller than the rest. Please ask questions concerning condition. Size- 10 blocks are 10.5"H x 4.5"W x 1.25"D They taper up towards the top 2 blocks are 9.25"H x 4.5"W x 1.25"D They taper up towards the top The white spots in the pictures are reflections of my photography lights. We use lights when taking our pictures which sometimes make items appear slightly lighter in color than what they actually are. BEAUTIFUL PAIR OF RARE VICTORIAN HOLLY LEAF DESIGN CORNER MOLDING BLOCKS FOR DOOR OR WINDOW. BLOCKS MEASURE 11 1/2" X 5 1/4" AND IS 1 3/8" THICK. Pair of 1893 window trim plinth blocks - Solid!
A matched pair of plinth blocks from a 1893 home- these were mounted at the top of a window and extended beyond the window header trim. Bullseye is a six-point leaf and appears to be wood rather than composite or plaster. Measures 5 1/4 X 91/2" and are 1 1/2" thick. PAIR Antique Victorian PINE Rosette corner PLINTH blocks NOS? Bullseye Center
2 blocks with a thin coat of finish on them. They appear to have never been used but one of them does have a nail hole in it the other does not. Great to decorate with. Hard to find these.
