In terms of condition. I would consider these to be good to very good. A few pieces have some minor cracking, but nothing that goes all the way through or causes them to be falling apart. Each piece is numbered on the back. And these 4 go in order, so they are fairly evenly matched. Each piece is roughly 6.5 inches long. 2.5 inches tall, and 0.75 inches deep at the base. About 7 of the pieces are fairly small and are what I call paper weight size. The restaurant began Downtown as Anderton's Restaurant and Oyster Bar at 151 Madison in 1945. A second location was added in 1956 as Anderton's East at 1901 Madison. Herbert Anderton. Closed the Downtown location in 1975 and consolidated the business into Anderton's Restaurant. His son later took over the restaurant. The restaurant had chefs who remained for as long as 50 years. Linda Anderton managed the front of the restaurant while her husband oversaw the food. The restaurant's distinctive sea-foam green colors and nautical theme as well as the location's diverse patronage, ... moreattracted Hollywood movie makers who shot scenes for the films"21 Grams" Walk the Line" and"The Client" at the restaurant. 2 Vintage Architectural Salvage door frame rosette pieces
Up for auction I have two wood architectural salvage door frame rosette pieces. The darker piece is 9 3/4" long and 5" wide. There is a 1" chip of wood missing(see pics) The other piece is 10 3/4" long and 5" wide. One corner has a small chip out of it. Both items could use some cleaning. Art deco faces. These look like they could have been used for architectural detailing on the exterior of a building facade. There are holes drilled on the bottom of the faces that suggest they were perhaps used above a doorway attached to the molding. They do not stand up on their own as they are front heavy and fall forward, but may be able to be used as bookends if fin-angled properly. i don't know what these came off of because i bought them at an estate sale who had quite a collection of odd items from years of collecting. this is a lot of 15 various shapes and sizes of different architectual pieces. there is 2 flower designs. 5 candleholders, 3 flat candleholders? 3 chinese symbol toppers, all different. they do screw on to anything. it looks like brass. they look like they were salvaged from something else because some spots are smooth. needs cleaning. i use a magnet to test it and it doesn't stick to it. so you decide from the pictures. view my other pieces like this listed. can combine shipping.

Antique Architectural Salvage Gingerbread Pieces
Wonderful wood pieces of architectural salvage gingerbread. These would have been hand carved wood and I suspect used as house gingerbread around a Victorian porch. There is some original paint and even some gold paint patina on these pieces. They are odds and ends and you cannot put them together to make one piece. Beautiful flower and leaf type design. There are 2 column type pieces have red and green type paint. They can be put together but leaves a flat place on the back. Please see tape measure beside pieces. These beautiful pine(I'm guessing here) architectural pieces were probably part of a window or door frame. Pediment or mantle. They are 13 1/2" long by 5" wide and approx. 2 1/2" at it's deepest point. Remnants of old paint still cling to them here and there and the back has a old square nail poking through here and there. 8 Salvage Wood Pieces/ Chippy Paint - Architectural - 1890 ship lap/ Heart Pine
These eight salvaged wood pieces came from a 1890's Florida"Cracker-style" house whose interior walls were covered in painted shiplap made from heart pine boards. Here are six small salvaged boards from a mint green room in that home. Each piece measures 12" with 9.5" painted in the mint green. This is caused by the ends of the boards laying under door and window casings. Each piece is 3.25" wide. The pieces do lap together to make one large area. But these boards are old and some of the grooves are splintered. The fronts of the boards look fine, but some edges may be damaged. Heart pine was used extensively in Florida construction at the turn of the century. It smells wonderful and lasts forever. These salvaged pieces would be great for short peg shelves for jewelry etc. or for vintage signs or small craft projects. ... morethe last photo shows what these would look like as a peg shelf. Solid Wood Decorative Trim Molding Lot of 4 Pieces - Neat Architectural Salvage!
Up for sale is a great lot of 4 vintage pieces of wood decorative trim or molding. I'm not exactly sure what this was used for. But it was salvaged from an old estate in the Cincinnati area. It is solid wood with what appears to be some sort of lacquer on it. The motif looks floral, perhaps a tulip? In terms of condition. I would consider these to be good to very good. A few pieces have some minor cracking, but nothing that goes all the way through or causes them to be falling apart. Each piece is numbered on the back. And these 4 go in order, so they are fairly evenly matched. Each piece is roughly 6.5 inches long. 2.5 inches tall, and 0.75 inches deep at the base. Description This is a great set that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. It was originally located in the foyer between the front and back vestibule doors. They are made of pine and are painted. Each has 16 raised panels in an interesting configuration. Each section has three pieces. The base and cap moldings and the body with the panels. They measure 48.5 and 46.5 inches wide. They are both 44 inches tall and 1 inch thick at the body. Overall they are in good co ndition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good scrubbing but will clean up nicely. One panel is cracked and was pushed through. It is braced from the back. The molding will need to be trimmed.
