One of the Washburn brothers committed suicide. All the workers were called in by the remaining brother and told. Business is bad. A most impressive pair of carvings. I think the pictures describe the style and the quality of workmanship. These are the male counterpart of the female caryatid and are referred to as a telamon(plural telamones) or atlas(plural atlantes) the name refers to the legend of Atlas. Who bore the sphere of the heavens on his shoulders. The columns supporting the figures have a well detailed Green Man and foliage carved to the front and designs either side. Minimum ... moredamage considering the age. With just a tiny nick at the base of one(see picture) Small nicks on upper ledge corners and one part of the fruit under the Green Man missing. Each of these three pieces measure 11 3/4 inches. Are 1/2 inch thick, not including the screws and grommets on the back.The grommets and screws are original, the grommets show chipping. Antique Reclaimed Rustic Barn Wood Weathered Lumber Old Barn Boards 3'
Lot includes 4 Boards Boards Measure 36" Long. 5 1/2" Wide and are 1" Thick These were originally a walking track in my hometown. We reclaimed them and used them as siding for the inside hallway walls of my barn about 20 years ago. I removed them from my barn and they have been stored inside my garage for the last 7 years. They are smooth on the back and rough on the front(see photos) Reclaimed boards will not look like NEW. They have blemishes, nail holes, saw marks, ect. Good solid boards! Great for crafts. Old Barn Wood Antique Reclaimed Wood Weathered Gray Barn Siding 400 ft.
This wood was reclaimed from an old local barn in which the owner sold the property and some of the wood was salvaged. It was then used afterwards as decor in the family basement. Since 1992. The wood is over 100 years old and has many worm holes and nail holes through out. I have approx. 400 linear feet and most is in 5-8 foot sections. Its listed at 5.00 per foot.

This eBay listing is for a Reclaimed Antique piece of Terra Cotta Decorative border#2 from the former Crawford's Bakery building. Now demolished) Wright Pierre designed. This measures 20" long x 4 1/2" tall by 4 1/4" thick. Reclaimed/Salvaged condition. Some mortar remains.no chips. Just grazing on this piece. Reclaimed Antique Terra Cotta Decorative - 2 piece Eagle, from Crawford's Bakery
This Ebay listing is for a Single. 2 Piece, Reclaimed Vintage Antique Terra Cotta Eagle. We have 3 in our inventory. These were JUST Reclaimed/Removed from the Old Crawford's Bakery Building in 2015. Circa 1926. These were formally located at the corner of Capitol Av& 16th. Street. Indianapolis, Indiana. Designed byone of Indianapolis' most significant early 20th-Centuryarchitecture firms, Edward Pierre and Caleb Wright. Former home also to George Pandell's Flower Shop, the first tenant in the Structure. These are in in Great Shape and show very little damage from the Deconstruction/Removal. One has a half dollar size chip. But very repairable. Each Eagle measures roughly 20" wide X 36" Tall. x 4.5 thick. without the first ring of Border seen in the pictures. Much of the border was removed and saved and we will update ... morethe auction info with more pictures and additional measurements. Each piece has a hollowed out cavity in the backs. Each piece weighs approximately 50 lbs each. Local Pick up preferred. But we have a private courier we can get quotes from some if need be. Thanks for the interest.
