It's numbered 2666 on 2 sides so I'm sure there ... morewere hundreds if not thousands of molds like this at whatever business was using them. The entire mold is 8 by 6 by 2 inches and has a really lovely patina. The scroll part is 5 by 4 inches with not quite 1/2 inch in depth. There is a hairline crack running across the mold. The wood is checked but there are 3 layers of it and it's quite solid and sturdy. Weighs 2.6 pounds. Someone has put a sawtooth hanger on the back so this can be hung. It will also just sit nicely on its side.

It has nice carved detail on it and is made of solid wood that has been stained in a dark stain with a matte finish. I am unsure of its exact age. It is 47.5" tall, 3.25" wide, and 1.5" deep. Contact us after the auction to let us know which size(s) you would like. Beautiful. Antique, Victorian style, window casement molding salvaged from an old home in Northeastern, PA. Each piece is made of solid heartpine, is painted white, and has a lovely, fluted detail on one side. Eight of the pieces were installed on the right and left sides of the windows which they were removed from. And three of the pieces were the horizontal, bottom pieces that were ... moreinstalled under the sills. The lengths of the eight pieces range from 60" 60 3/4"H, and the lengths of the three pieces range from 31 1/2" 40" Please keep in mind that any of the molding could be trimmed, and 2 pieces could also be combined to form longer pieces-email us for a quote. All pieces have the typical nail holes. Nicks, scrapes, and scratches that you would expect to find on 100+ year old architectural elements. Two of the shorter pieces have small portions of their ends broke off, and one of the longer pieces has a noticeable scrape along its edge(see photos) However, there are no serious, structural issues. Each piece is made of solid heartpine, is painted white, and has a lovely, fluted detail on one side. Two of the pieces were installed on the right and left side of the window which they were removed from. All pieces have the typical nail holes. Nicks, scrapes, and scratches that you would expect to find on 100+ year old architectural elements. Very nice Antique Wagon Wheel Hub. Originally came from an old wagon wheel. Found in Oregon. Very heavy as it is made from solid wood and has 4 thick metal bands, weighs over 23 lb total! It is in very good condition and ready to be converted in a usable piece of decor. It is hollow all the way through but comes with a piece cut out to fit as a base with a hole on one side in case you want to add power. We are not sure of the wood type-it appears to be a fruitwood and is definitely not oak. There is a total of 8' 4" of paneling in three separate panels that are 29" tall and 2" thick. It is thick and heavy(95 lbs total) and as you can see the wood has great character and patina. It has all pegged construction. T here is a small amount of dry rot and old woodworm and there is some unevenness to the color and some stains/discolorations here and there as well as small chips and scratches(see photos) There are two key holes in the face of one of the panels. Solid Wood Decorative Trim Molding Lot of 4 Pieces - Neat Architectural Salvage!
Up for sale is a great lot of 4 vintage pieces of wood decorative trim or molding. I'm not exactly sure what this was used for. But it was salvaged from an old estate in the Cincinnati area. It is solid wood with what appears to be some sort of lacquer on it. The motif looks floral, perhaps a tulip? In terms of condition. I would consider these to be good to very good. A few pieces have some minor cracking, but nothing that goes all the way through or causes them to be falling apart. Each piece is numbered on the back. And these 4 go in order, so they are fairly evenly matched. Each piece is roughly 6.5 inches long. 2.5 inches tall, and 0.75 inches deep at the base. Solid hardwood(probably walnut) drawer front. Original varnish with a nice patina. It looks like an Eastlake dresser drawer. They often had an ornate brass piece that went over the keyhole.
