The fold out pages of the town of St Charles is complete, pages 50 and 51, there are rips and tears on those 2 pages, but is mostly on the folded creases. It has all the maps of the townships, landowners, subscribers, biographical portraits, histories, etc. The cover and spine is original, covers have broke loose, typical of these atlases. There is some water stains on some of the pages, but nothing serious. Also typical wear to a atlas like this. It is in great condition for being 140 years old.
