Up for your consideration is an antique Bird's Eye Maple? China cabinet. It is absolutely beautiful and unique- not sure how old. But I'm told it's from the 30's- 40's? It is in pretty great condition considering it's age- It is a solid and heavy piece with 3 shelves and one drawer. It stands on old wheel/casters. It is darker in color than it appears in the photos. It is 74" tall, 46" wide, and 15.5" deep approximately. The first two photos show the piece from the front- the 3rd pic is the back, the 4th is from one of the sides, the 5th shows some damage on the front, and the 6th is the front view. There are some blemishes I tried to showcase in the pictures but they didn't photograph well- the main ones to point out are on the front in picture 5 and there is some scuffing/scratching on the door ... moreas well, the 4th pic shows a tiny sliver of wood out of the left hand side- and the shelves on the interior have some scratching as well from china. None of them are major(in my opinion) and could probably be buffed out if the piece were re-done. I am sorry to see this piece go, but we have two china cabinets and no space! Antique Birds-Eye Slat Back Maple Childs Chair With Hand Made Cushions
I have a very nice antique Maple Slat Back chair in great condition. The slat itself has been made from birds-eye maple. But it does not appear to be anywhere else on the piece. It has been used so it has some wear, but no cracks or structual problems. It is very sturdy, not wobbely at all. It has a hand made quilted back and cushion that are included. I can not see a makers mark, but it is definately quality made. It stands 24 inches tall x 15 3/4 inches wide x 13 inches deep. The seat is 12 inches off the floor.

Gretsch Mid 80's 8"X14" Birds-Eye Maple Snare Drum
As Rod Serling would say: We have here. For your consideration, a mid 80's Gretsch model 4155 8"X14" snare drum in a gorgeous Bird's Eye Maple finish. I'm not saying that it is from the Twilight Zone or that it is one of a kind, BUT. everyone that would have knowledge of these drums that I've spoken too say that they've not seen one like it. I guess it was just a good day at Gretsch. It is in extraordinary condition with beautifully pronounced birds-eye grain. I've owned it for the last 20 years and it has never been used at a gig, once in that time. It sits in a case in my climate controlled studio and is taken out of it's case from time to time to show off or for the pleasure of playing it. Very Nice! 1983 Ibanez Roadstar RS1000 Electric Guitar with what looks to be its original case.Birdseye Maple Arched Top.Super 58 Pickups.Hard Rocker Tremolo.Ibanez Smooth Tuners.Body is realy Nice.with only minor scratches mostly around the back bottom edge of body.also has some mild to medium buckle rash on the back.few small scratches around input jack.I would imagine you would have a hard time finding a nicer body in this condition.The Tremolo has one string lock that looks to have been made from a pro rockr trem it works and thats about it.A bar is included though not the original.Slight pitting and wear and the gold finish.Super 58 pickups are showing some mild string rash and the gold finish has worn slightly.All electronics function as they should.The neck on this guitar feels fantastic and the frets are showing only some minor wear.slight( ... morevery Slight) grooving in the fretboard above the 2nd and 3rd fret.Again very nice guitar that plays and sounds great!I always suggest a set-up!case looks to be original and one of the latches doesnt work and is kind bent up.See photos of this guitar.Im happy to help with any questions or concerns.Please see my other listings.Lots of great guitars and hard to find parts!

Where the screws hold it to the body. They have been there for years, and do not move in any way. They haven't and are not going anywhere. 4002 Birds Eye Maple Rickenbacker Bass
This is a beautiful 1977 Rickenbacker 4002 4-string bass in a rare Birds Eye Maple. It is all original and in great condition but has a small chip near one of the tunner's and one on back of neck. The serial number is QJ44xx which shows that this guitar was made in October 1977. I bought the bass in spring of 1978. Played it for a little bit and stuffed it away. Bass has never been giged in clubs or played very much. If you know anything about these bass' they are far and few between. Buyer pays for shipping, ship how ever you want. This is a gorgeous one of a kind. Empire or neo-classical chest of drawers. I guess the proper word is commode. It is a solid and heavy piece with what I think is birds eye maple veneer. It is stunning! It comes with a gorgeous slab of black and white marble. I would assume that this piece is from the early 1800's but since I am no expert buyer should study pictures closely and do their own research. This is a very beautiful commode and like old furniture it is not in 100% condition. There is a nick in the marble at the back which you cant see. It shows an accurate depiction the town, including streets by name, and has 22 numbered buildings that are identified below. Also shows the local newspaper office and three textile mills as inset views. These used to be made by sending sketch artists up in hot air balloons! In original dark oak frame; I just had it profesionally reframed. The piece displays well, but has some spotting along the right border, and some general wear in the top right corner. This is a beautiful ornate two handled antique souvenir vase. This is a cobalt blue china vase with a Birds Eye View Of Westby. Wis. on the front. The vase is 3 5/8' long from handle to handle and 5 5/8' tall. The vase has no markers marks on the bottom, but I think it was made in germany(most of these types of souvenir peices were made there) The vase is in excellent condition no chips, cracks, repairs or scratches. Here is a Beautiful Birds Eye Maple Round Lidded Trinket Box The item is made from Birds Eye Maple and has a French polished finish. The box measures approx 2 inches in height and 4 ½ inches in diameter Birdseye maple. One of the rarest kinds of wood on the planet, has a distinctive pattern that looks like tiny, swirling eyes disrupting the smooth lines of grain. Birdseye maple isn't a variety or species of maple. But rather a phenomenon that occurs within several kinds of timber due to an unknown cause. Perhaps the valuable anomaly showcases wood's reaction to a fungal or viral infection, genetic mutation, bird pecking, climate change, soil conditions, growth history, or some other mysterious element. Birdseye maple has a medium density and variable color. The outer rings of the tree create lumber that's usually a creamy. ... moreLight amber color with darker birdseye patterns.
