There are also 3 slightly ... morelarger pavers from the same site included. These beautiful antique bricks have some pinks. Reds, orange and purples in the clay they made them with that still show nicely. North central Piedmont NC made brick, possibly hand made, no stamped name. These brick would make great accent pavers to a walkway or landscape project with other masonry products. They are approx. 8"x4"x2.5" and weigh about 5 lbs. each. The 4x8 surfaces are clean and I removed almost all the mortar also. Some of the tar from the flashing still shows on some of the 2.5x8 sides and white paint, not really visible in a paver application. They are on a small pallet and ready to go. The last picture shows the additional bricks I added to the side of the pallet. Free local pick up or making other shipping arrangements(try U-Ship) With the pallet they weigh approx. 390 lbs. 3 very decorative Antique gilt brass ormolu Ram's heads. These Ram's heads came off a Victorian wooden bowl which was past saving. The bowl had a reg no. for around 1880. They were attached to the bowl with the nut and bolt which protrudes from the back of the rams head. They are so decorative and would have many uses today. Condition. All 3 are in very good condition with no damage. Approx Size. Length in a straight line from tip of mouth to tip of horn 2 inches. Max height(excluding nut and bolt) just under 1.5 inches. Old Antique Vintage Farm Grain Silo Conveyer Belt with 3 Scoop Metal Buckets
This is from an 100+ year old farm near where I live in Oregon. The last picture shows the 2 large wooden pulleys that were used to move these conveyor belt mounted"scoops" from the floor of the barn to a feed silo. The scoops would fill at the bottom and when they reached the top pulley they would flip for the ride down. Emptying the grain into the silo. The farm has fallen into disrepair, the equipment has sat idle for decades. I aquired the pulleys and the belt. But not before someone cut the belt into pieces, 3 scoops each. I plan on recreating the belt system here in my home, as decor. I am not going to use all the pieces, so I am offering a few here on Ebay. I do see another seller offering them as well. I will ask a considerably lower opening bid on mine. Your welcome. This conveyor was fabricated by the farmer. The scoops ... moredo not all match. May differ in sizes slightly, and may not be perfectly spaced. It was meant for work, not decoration. So, that aside, the piece being offered here is about 29 inches long, just shy of 8 inches wide. Please refer to the pictures, I have included a tape measure in a few of them. The belt shown in the pictures(not the pulley pic) is the belt that will be sent. At this time.
