Offering this magnificant pair of Royal Vienna. Austrian Porcelain Urns from their"Nymphen" motif, done in the 1880's, some by their most noted artist, Feier. These have no signatures on the 4 distinct paintings, but they are exceptional, and obviously done by a master artist. The paintings seem also to represent Greek Gods, but they are not identified. These are each 2 pieces bolted with some minor paint roughness at the connection point. One of the urns has a repaired handle as can be seen in the photos. Royal Vienna Mould Antique Porcelain Cabinet Portrait Vase Urn Exquisite
This exquisite piece is 10 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" wide at either the side handles or at the ends of the protruding lion's heads. The cartouche portrait(polychrome? is of a beautiful young woman in Austrian garb. This cobalt blue vase shows generous gold gilt(minor rubbing) detailing and solid gold accents as in the amazingly well done lion heads. This cabinet vase/urn has a removable top-as shown in the photos-and both the top and body are in VG condition with no cracks. Chips, or nicks. Following my personal research I believe this to be from the post Royal Vienna(The Imperial and Royal Porcelain Factory) closure. These moulds were purchased by Ernst Whaliss and were utilized by him. His sons and colleagues to continue these exquisite cabinet pieces. The watermarks are worn but appear to absolutely be genuine-with clearly an ... moreabsence of fraudulent over apparent(underglaze or otherwise) marks. There is an imprinted underglaze number 5773 and a gold painted roman numeral VI or six. These marks are consistent with a Royal Vienna porcelain centerpiece currently on ebay. I am not an antique dealer and am not capable of authenticating the above(other than allowing the photos to testify in beauty and veracity) nor am I situated to offer refunds. I can tell you that this was from the estate of Captain Nathan Woodworth Post. A wonderful pair of antique. Circa 1890's, Royal Vienna porcelain type(probably Austrian or German porcelain, not removed from mounts. They are finely hand painted on the front reserve with two late Victorian beautiful young ladies, surrounded by raised gilt flowers and leaves, the foot and shoulder of the vase in cobalt blue glaze. The bronze mounts are in the style of Louis XVI, with onyx block bases. They measure 22" tall by 6-1/2" square at paw feet. Both had been converted to electric lamp bases, the fixtures now removed, the finials not original. Very good plus condition: porcelain without chips or cracks, a few minor scratches to enamel, not by figure on one urn. The original gilt finish has worn off the metal, the onyx without damage. The lovely pair is for one price.

Antique Royal Vienna style urn classical scene with cherubs porcelain insert 19t
This porcelain urn is set on a spelter base and has spelter mounts. The urn is 11 inches tall and the base is 3 ¾ by 3 ¼ inches. The piece has a porcelain insert on the bottom that is decorated. The urn and porcelain insert have scenes of classical images with cherubs. The decoration is done by hand applied transfer. There is a decorative fitting at the top that goes through the porcelain vase/urn. The piece is unsigned. It dates to the late 19 th century and was either made by Royal Vienna or one of the other Bohemian makers. The top fitting has been scratches on the leaves. The urn is loose including the top fitting and can use being tightened. There is a spot where the screw goes through the porcelain that may have some slight chipping. Please see the picture. There is a scratch to the vase on the front.

This unique urn is decorated with a scene of Hamlet and Ophelia on one side and Falstaff on the other side. The scenes are from Shakespeare plays and were hand applied by transfer. The urn has alternating rows of white and crimson colors. The urn is 9 inches tall and has brass or gilt metal mounts. It is not signed but is certainly the style and quality produced in Royal Vienna. The piece dates to the late 19 th century. The mount on the top should have handles but they have been removed. There are no chips. Cracks or repairs to the porcelain. There is wear to the gilding.

Up for bid today is: A Royal Vienna Fine Porcelain Trophy Vase styled Urn Features Four Neoclassical Scenes on the four sided pedestal base. It features two larger scenes on the two-handled Cup portion of the Urn. The Neoclassical scenes feature Cherub Angels. Maidens, A Warrior, and Nymphs frolicing, dancing, laughing, etc. The piece is made in two pieces and attached with the typical hardware used in most pieces from 1890 thru 1910. The urn and porcelain base have scenes of classical images with cherubs. The decorations are hand-painted and portraits are Angelica Kaufmann transfers and are hand applied. There is a number 22 in black and what looks like an 88 ... morein gold on bottom. Other than that. The piece is unsigned. It dates to the late 19 th century and was either made by Royal Vienna or one of the other Bohemian makers. The heavy gold gilt and other applied decorations are in very good condition for its age but do show minimal wear as shown in photo's. It measure 9 inches tall. 4 1/2 inches across top, and 3 1/4 inches across the base. No chips. Cracks, or repairs. Six different Angelica Kaufmann pieces of artwork on one urn! Up for bids is this Large Pair of Antique c1900 Victorian Roman Woman& Cherubs Royal Vienna Style Urns. This pair of urns were made right around the year 1900 probably in Austria and are in the style of Royal Vienna. There are 2 transfers on each urn which depicts three Roman goddesses and a cherub in each. The other urn has the same transfers except in the reverse order. There are hand painted highlights in the transfers. The urns are painted with maroon. Forest green, and a cream color. The handles, finials, and highlights are done in gold gilding. Each urn stands 19 1/2" in height and are 8 7/8" from handle to handle. Both pieces are in great condition with no chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs and just have some very light wear to the gilding in a few small areas which are very hard to notice. Pair of Antique Urns with signed painted panels. They are Royal Vienna Cobalt with hand painted gold accents and signed panels. One is Venus's Armor. I do not know who signed it. Is approximately 13 1/2" tall. Marked on underside Austria with bee hive mark. The other is Gefeselte Ageleiou signed by Kaufman marked on underside with bee hive blue mark AUSTRIA and 5028I. It is approximately13 1/4 inches tall. Wonderful scenes( please see pictures) the gold is worn on one handle of the Kaufman, and there is minimal minor wear of gold on finials and base. They never had lids and are in excellent condition. Manufactured by Ackermann Fritze dating from 1908-1951. They paintings on both sides of the vases are individually signed by different artists. It is difficult to read the letters exactly so I hesitate even with a magnifying glass to print what I see. Antique Pair Of Royal Vienna Porcelain Urns In Cobalt With Gold Gilt & Paintings
On auction are a pair of small urns with lids. They are almost identical except they have different architectural scenes. They are cobalt blue with raised details and hand painted gold gilt designs. The scenes. I believe, are transfers. The urns measure 8" tall to the tops of their lids, 2 1/2" across the handles and stand on 2 5/8" square bases. The urns are bolted to the bases in 2 different styles. Both pieces have the impressed blue beehive shield for Royal Vienna Porcelain. One has"6206 23 7" impressed on the base and the other has impressed"5243" plus"3009" in ink. One urn is in excellent condition with only minor loss of gold.
