Up for auction is this recent estate find- a wonderful Art Deco Nouveau hand-painted porcelain and metal urn. This piece is being sold as is- as found. It is in very good used antique condition- displays a certain shabby chic elegance. With the only real issues being the condition of the metal on the inside, it is rusted from being used either as a planter or vase. The floral painting on the front and back is beautifully done- very colorful. Pretty blue border- top and bottom. Urn sits on a fabulous art deco/nouveau metal base. The metal on the base has some pitting and discoloration or as we call it- patina. The porcelain is free of any chips, cracks and dings. The metal insert has some tiny cracks along the outside edge. CHAMBERLAIN WORCESTER old Antique English Fine Art China Porcelain 19th Century
Up for sale here is a nice looking. Antique maybe circa 1850s or earlier Chamberlain Worcester hand painted three piece covered urn or vase. The size of the piece comes to about 8 1/4 to 8 1/2 inches in height at the top of the finial handle by 3 3/4 inches in diameter. The piece is marked in what looks like hand written script, not stamped, Chamberlain Worcester No 75" There are condition issues to note on this piece. The finial/ handle was broken or cracked in half at one time and reglued together. The tip of one of the horns on one of the Rams on the side of the urn is chipped off an missing. The decoration is in very good condition with just minimal finish loss at the top of the finial handle. The gold decoration and other designs appear to be intact. There is some sticky spots from where tape once held on the lid and finial to prevent ... moreit from falling off but this could be easily cleaned. This is a very difficult to find Chamberlain Worcester piece. We have not really been able to find this same pattern on other pieces we have researched. Antique beautiful SEVRES Ormolu Art Nouveau Lusterware signed Urn, no reserve
For sale a very nice Sevres urn in light blue Lusterware with hand painting designs and beautifully executed Art Nouveau lady. Very skillfully done and artist signed though I could not make out who the artist is. The ormolu is in good shape. Could use a cleaning but will let the next owner decide if they want to clean or not, looks good as it is. The urn stands 12 1/2" high and is marked France on the ormolu base and has the Sevres mark underneath as well. However, the urn has a piece missing near the base(see photo) It is on the back side so would not be seen but the missing piece measures about 18mm wide and 10mm long but much of the damage in underneath the ormolu piece(photo) The painting on the urn itself is in very nice shape and in spite of the damage would display nicely. No reserve and buyer to pay shipping.

OLD antique SEVRES Artist 19th Century Fine Art PORCELAIN & BRONZE Bowl signed
Up for sale here is a vintage. Antique, circa 1870s to 1880s Sevres or Sevres style Porcelain Urn or bowl with Bronze mounts. The piece is hand painted on both sides one side with a landscape and the other side with a Neo Classic Old Master style work with woman and Putti or Cherub. The piece measures about 12 1/2 inches wide from handle to handle by 6 3/8 inches deep by 9 1/2 inches high. The artist who painted the design is Lucot and it is signed on the work of the Woman and Cherub. We did not see a mark for the Sevres factory but we also did not inspect the piece out of its mounts either. For condition. There is faint crazing or crackle to the glazes' finish from firing of the piece and it may look almost as it did when it was first fired. The bowl is slightly off center from the stand. There is some faint handling wear to the finish ... moreon the handles from being picked up over the years but again very minor. There are no breaks or repairs to the porcelain and the gold finish is intact throughout. While this work is not marked Sevres we found some auction results for marked Sevres pieces that had Lucot as the artist so we are thinking Lucot was a decorator for the Sevres factory. This piece would make a great centerpiece for any luxurious table setting and would probably have your guests asking all kinds of questions about it.
