These are attractive sconces and they were made to hold candles and are lovely and look to have a grape vine pattern I believe and the one is complete ... morewith the part that attaches to the wall and the other is missing the end as shown. The complete one is about 9 inches from the part that hooks on the wall to the end of the candle outer rim. I attended an estate sale about 8 years ago in Little Rock. Arkansas. It was the estate of a lady who had been a very successful home decorator in the 1960's and early 70's. We bought the contents of her outside storage building and these were in that storage area. I have held onto them all these years. Trying to figure out what in the world they were. Someone told me yesterday that she believes they are the molds that you would use to press into the plaster or clay. Then when this is dry. this would then create the mold that you would pour the plaster into. I hope that makes sense and I hope that is truly what this is. Anyway. this person said she believes they are vintage. If not antique. But I will leave that for the bidder to determine. The largest one measures about 8" x 6.5" They are made of some sort of galvanized ... moremetal/tin. There are 4 of each design. They are fairly heavy. weighing about 2.5 pounds(all together) Condition is very good. no breaks or holes in the metal. But they do have some remnants of dried plaster(or some kind of dried substance) I have not tried to clean. I am just selling as is. Description: Both are metal. Not modern. They feel well made. Not thin and light and cheap. The larger piece has the end broken off but it still looks good. The silver toned piece is complete. Not sure what they were once part of but they can be used for your upcycle project. The smaller one is 3"L and the other one is 4 3/4"L. Architectural Salvage Large Numbers Plastic Not Metal 0 2 3 5 7 Two Feet Tall!
These are large plastic numbers that were most likely used on some gas station signage. They are 23 3/4 by 11 inches. The numbers are: 0 0 2 2 2 3 3 3 3 5 5 7 for a total of 12 numbers. I bought them as a larger lot and look the numbers I wanted. The 0s and the 5s did not age as well as the others and there are some damaged edges. They are plastic but from more than a few feet away they would pass for metal. I would like to sell as a lot but would part them out for $8 each plus shipping.

FIVE DAY AUCTION This is a great looking. Very old, primitive. I got it several years ago at a little roadside museum down in Tombstone, Arizona. They were closing up and were deacquisitioning all of their items. This was labeled as coming out of an old Arizona courthouse. Over the years in watching old black and white movies I have seen similar things(but nothing exactly like this) on staircases(on the post at the bottom of a staircase) and also on a judges bench in a courthouse. If anybody out there knows exactly what it is please let me know and I'll share the info. Measures approx. 20 inches tall by 13 inches wide. Weighs 3.3 pounds. No breaks in the metal or glass. VTG 24" Guatemalan Colonial Architectural Salvage Metal Candleholder
As shown. A great old vintage/antique candleholder I picked up in Guatemala on my last trip through the region. Standing quite tall at 24" each and in great condition for the age with some bending around the very top of the candle slot but no major major issues. Will hold up to 1" wide candles. 2 Metal Lion Heads For Garden Fountain-Architectural Salvage
This is a pair of lion heads which I believe are made of Zinc. But not real sure. I'm almost positive they were originally used in a fountain because you can see inside the back where there was some bar soldiered to the inside of the mouth that would have helped hold a hose in their mouth. those bars are no longer inside the heads. I took some pretty detailed pictures, so I think you can tell what you're getting with these two great lion heads. If you have any questions please ask, and I'll do my best. They each measure 11 1/2" by 8 1/2" And they would stick out from the wall about 6" There are numerous layers of paint, but would strip off easily. There is a nail or screw hole in each ear to affix it to something. Thanks for looking.
