The actual slats that are supports on each side are pictured separately as seen in two photos. they stand 87" tall x 10.25" wide) The one side is cracked and needs to be glued and reinforced back together if you are planning on using them again. This grand arch once graced a fine estate during the late Victorian era. It favors a large central medallion type crest. Acanthus leaf with leaf and rose carved swags that are divided by bow ties. This huge piece was a focal point of a double parlor room as it separated the opening between the rooms. Very large and very heavy. Some damage is seen with minor losses to applied trim and rose blossoms. There is also fine white paint splatter, loss to a bow and an old age crack down the crest. The thickness on this piece is almost 4" Stunning and fabulous my dear. Belongs in an antebellum mansion like the one it came from. Wear is consistent with age. Well worth the price. It is in good condition, but is beginning to split up ... morethe sides, and actually looks as though it may have been repaired at some point. It has nice carved detail on it and is made of solid wood that has been stained in a dark stain with a matte finish. I am unsure of its exact age. It is 47.5" tall, 3.25" wide, and 1.5" deep. For sale an antique Victorian large wall pocket newspaper rack fold out with heraldic blazon style decoration. I believe this is walnut wood. The burl of the pocket fold I believe is walnut. Beautifully carved with cote of arms motif. The frame has a 10" flying dragon on each upper side and leaves all over the frame, and one plain leaf in the center in case you'd like to personalize. The burl front pocket has"L" engraved. The rack measures about 27" x 18" The wood sticks out from the wall about 3" before opening the rack. The pocket expands up to 6.5" Condition: The bottom right corner is about 8" chipped and glued as shown in last two pics. The front burl wall pocket under"L" has a white spot as shown in pic 7. This may very well be the MOST GORGEOUS of ALL Newel Post Tops ever offered on Ebay! They are absolutely STUNNING. And are very heavily made and beautifully carved from the Victorian era. Super old, yet maintain their original patina and are in superb original condition! They measure 10" square at their widest points, 12" tall, and at their bases are 7 3/4" wide. If someone took the bottom two layers of trim off, the base bottom would measure 6" square at the smallest, lowest point.

Antique Painted Bulleye Block Wood Carved Architectural moulding victorian
These are a very nice and unusual carved wood bullseyes. They have a soft minty green painted color that was done years ago. These measure 5 1/2" wide and are 8" tall. There is a little added piece of wood to the top. Which one is loose, so you may want to add a nail. Both pieces are together as one listing. Sold as a Pair. They have some dirt on them, but with a little soap and water, these should bring a nice vintage green shabby paint color.

Antique Victorian Oak Stair & Hall Railing Spindles Trim Carved Style Ornate
LOCAL PICKUP ONLY This stair and rail system is one of the most unique and striking examples of victorian wood working I have ever seen! All original. Taken from a large farm house built in the mid 1800's. Made of Oak, it has an original light coat of varnish remaining. It consists of three sections; The back hall; the side hall; and the stairs. The back hall has a rail that measures 45 1/2 inches long. The spindles measure 28 1/2 inches tall and are attached by means of pins, holes, and grooves, there were almost no nails used. The side hall rail measures 9 ft 5 inches, has 11 spindles spaced apart 10 inches on center. The post that connects the side and back rails measures 39 1/2 inches tall. The stair rail measures 14 ft 6 inches long with 14 spindles measuring 26 inches tall.All the pieces are pegged and slotted to fit perfectly into ... moreeach other. The oak rail measures 3 3/4th inches tall and is 2 1/4th inches wide with a groove at the bottom to accept the spindles. The posts have some damage and need to be worked on. There are a few trim pieces for below the stair treads that could be used as patterns, I have not cleaned or altered this item and am selling in the original as found condition.
