Exceptional miniature French/Possibly Russian commode which was probably for a jewerly box. Has been refinished quite some tome ago with a beautiful French polish finish. In great condition as you can see from the photos. Circa late 18th century early 19th century. Depth 7&3/4 inches. Width 13&1/4 inches, Height 8&3/4 inches. Magnificant marquetry in superb condition! A Schrenkeisen platform rocker. The brass plate has patent Oct 20. 1874. The company closed in 1903. The measurements are 39" high, 27" deep, 23" wide. The chair does not have damage, cracks or splits. It is structurally solid and in great condition considering its age.

Antique Eastlake Mission Style Walnut Mirror Frame in Black- this is a beautiful piece that was stripped and painted black. It can be used above a console. Dresser, or as a fireplace mantel or hall mirror. Beautiful eastlake carvings and details. A small blip in the rounded part near the top, but it doesn't really stand out except in the photos. You don't notice it when you see the mirror in person because it makes quite a statement and is better than the photos. For sale today is a smaller size nicely restored stagecoach trunk with a curved lid and the restoration turned out just awesome! I did not find any patent dates on the trunk and based on 40 p;us years experience restoring trunks I would date this trunk to the 1860's to 1880's which makes this wonderful old humpback a 120 plus years old- a true antique. This trunk was structural sound when the restoration started and it has a good wooden bottom. The wood has multiple coats of clear applied and has the two original slats on the bottom. The retains the original four wheels and they roll easily. It has the two original hinges that are tight, work well and the lid closes well. There are five pieces of polished hardware. It has the original center lock and it has been polished- no key. The original mechanical latches are HD, fancy, tight, ... morepolished and one works well and one does not work at all.work. The trunk's lid stay is new cloth. The interior has been removed. The metal/tin is in very good condition. There are six solid oak slats in a golden oak color. Antique Trunk w/a Wonderful Restoration Circa 1860's to 1880's Very Nice!
For sale today is a larger size nicely restored humpback stagecoach trunk and the restoration turned out just awesome! I did not find any patent dates on thr trunk and based on 40 years experience restoring trunks I would date this trunk to the 1860's to 1880's which makes this wonderful old humpback a 120 plus years old- a true antique. This trunk was structurally sound when the restoration started and it has a good wooden bottom. The wood has multiple coats of clear applied and has the three original thick slats on the bottom. It has the three original hinges that are heavy duty, tight, work well and the lid closes well. There are 18 pieces of polished hardware. It has the original center lock and it has been polished- no key. The original mechanical latches are HD, fancy, tight, polished and one works well and one does not work ... moreat all.work. The trunk's lid stay is new. The interior has been removed. The metal/tin is in very good condition. There are 5 solid oak slats in a golden oak color. Two new leather handles were installed with the original end caps. If you are interested in this trunk please make an offer. I will consider any reasonable offer. Please be patient there are 18 photos to be loaded in this auction. This auction is for a 19th century night stand. With two beautifully dovetailed constructed ... moredrawers. This is in excellent condition, looking much newer than it is. This is constructed of a medium color wood, not veneered. We are not experts in identifying wood, but think this might be pecan for the show side, and a different wood, oak or pine for the back construction. This is done with a sort of Country French look with slightly curved legs and the attractive curve detail on the skirt below the drawers. The stand is approx. 27.5" tall, 17.5" wide, and nearly 10" deep. The drawer fronts have lock mechanisms, though there is no key with this table, and brass ring pulls. You can see a couple of little dings on the top, and one of them looks like it might have disrupted the varnish. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ONLY ONE SMALL AND I MEAN VERY SMALL WATER SPOT ON THE TOP. HAVE ENJOYED THIS PIECE FOR YEARS, HOWEVER DOWNSIZING AND NO LONGER HAVE THE ROOM.
