I have always cherished and adored this regal but simplistic Victorian shabby chic black painted circular foot stool with the adorned pillow top with peasant tapestry for a very long time. Life marches on adding to ones age as it goes. The time has come for me to downsize. This uniquely fab black linen and painted black wood foot stool-parlor ottoman stands a regal 7 inches in height(even taller when pillow top is fluffed) with a supportive stand being that of 9 inches across in diameter. I do believe from closer inspection one of the foot stools original legs has been moved to a new location-leaving behind a view of where it was at. A beautiful Antique Victorian carved walnut& beaded wall pocket. The walnut frame features a gorgeous black forest type carved leaf decoration with a figural angel face motif. At top center. The fabric pocket itself displays a lovely embroidered floral motif accented with beaded decoration. The wall pocket measures 22.5" tall x 14" wide. Antique Victorian Solid Oak Mirror Beveled Glass 1800's Handcarved Primitive
Here is a early to mid 1800's solid oak mirror with beveled glass. For its age. It's in great shape. The mirror itself could use some attention but there are no cracks or scratches. The top left corner of the glass shows some deterioration. The mirror is still quite clear and vivid. The glass also has a couple of air bubbles in it. The frame is made of solid oak with nice joints on the top corners. The carving up top was all done by hand as is simple yet very elegant. The frame measures 20.5" wide x 17" tall(measured from the top of the design carving) The frame is approx 3/4" thick. It had a solid wood back that is nailed to the frame. There is no hanging hardware installed but you can easily reuse the holes from what was previously there. This is a really great piece that has a lot of stories to tell! Beautiful Antique Victorian Bamboo Shelf
I have seen similar shelves listed as Victorian. But I can't verify the age. It measures 23" tall and 23" wide at its widest. It does need to be tightened up. It is held together with screws which can be tightened, and then maybe some glue add. I am not an expert so I will leave it to the buyer to decide what is best. There is a break in the bamboo on one foot. Please see pic. It may also be the top because it looks like it might have been a hole for hanging that broke.

The seat lifts up so the lady could store her purse and the front has a compartment to store her shoes while she rested after several dances at the ball. Victorian Eastlake Antique Magaazine Music Piano Organ Stand
Offered for auction is this very nice Victorian Eastlake music/magazine/newspaper stand. I want to be clear and up front that this is a married piece. The top and bottom were found separately missing whatever has been attached to them and I put the two together to give the pieces a new life of their own. It is very stable and heavy. It is solid walnut. Both sides fold open and are held in place by chains. Two appear to be original. Two appear to be replacements. Both fold out panels are decoratively carved with an Eastlake/Aesthetic design. The hinges on the side panels work fine and are tight. There is an old repair to one top corner that could have been more expertly done, but is secure and does not affect the function of the piece(I did not do this repair, it was already done when I purchased the top) A couple of the corners of the base ... moreof the stand also have a little wear, but nothing that detracts. We are pleased to offer this extraordinary table. This lovely. French Country/Empire inspired table dates to the Victorian era. It features a large and ornate, carved wood frame, with glass, as the table top. The frame has an exceptionally deep profile with a gorgeous pattern of acanthus leaves, shells and flowers along the outer border. There is a painted black band nestled between the outer frame edge and the inner frame. The frame houses a beautiful antique needlepoint or petit point(under glass) of multicolored roses in a lovely bouquet. It is quite lovely and colorful and exquisitely accomplished. The table has 4 sleek, turned legs. The entire table is gilded wood with black over paint. The black paint has been applied so that, in some areas, the gold is allowed to peek through. We purchased two of these tables at a recent estate sale ... moreand have them both available under separate listings. The table is in very good condition for its age. There are a couple of small scuffs to the frame. But they are minor. The legs are good and the table is sturdy. The petit point is in very good condition with some expected yellowing of the entire piece. There are no frayed areas or rips, tears, etc. There is some chipping and peeling on the black painted surface in some areas. This is a very unique French Victorian table. The table measures 26" wide and 19.25" deep(front to back) It is 22" in height. The petit point measures 14.25" wide and 8" deep. Measuring just inside the interior frame. This dates to the late 1800s and is made of solid Oak. It has an ornate stick and ball motif with a diamond shaped Beveled mirror in the center of the large front circle. The bentwood piece in the center have fancy ornate brass caps and the ones on the bottom and top ends also have brass caps. The wide wall frame is the same lovely golden oak. The frame measures 19 1/2" by 16 1/2" The magazine rack will open to about 12" deep. There are brass chains on both ends and you could adjust the depth if you wanted to. The former owner lovingly hand refinished all of the Oak wood over 50 years ago. At the time he also replaced the back board and painted it ... moregreen. You could change the color if desired. This is a beautiful and ornate wall magazine rack to use in any room of your home or office. It is super sturdy and in excellent antique condition. Antique 19th C Victorian Library Cast Iron Wood Dictionary Bible Book Stand
For your consideration this evening is a wonderful Dictionary/Bible Book stand. This is a very solid piece in great condition. The height is adjustable. And it comes apart into 2 sections for easier shipping. There is some wear in the black paint along the legs. As shown in the pictures, and the oak book support is a wonderfully warm aged color. I would say that when extended to its highest it is approximately 42" high. The book holder. When fully opened is approximately 19" across and the legs are approximately 22" across at the widest.
