This auction is for this magnificent tall hand carved table top easel to hold a large photo or a painting. The body is carved to make the wood look like twigs and give it a semi rustic appearance. The top is decorated with three glorious delicately carved Edelweiss flowers. This is an amazing masterpiece carved by the famous Fluck Dynasty of Brienz. Switzerland and the tag that accompanies the frame tells us that it is carved by Peter Fluck in 1904. The wood has a beautiful patina and we can find this item in the Ed. Binder catalog of Brienz in th e 1920's on page 8. Mr. Binder was Mr. Jobin's grandfather. It's in very good condition and has never been previously sold. It stands 20" high. 9" wide, and when fully extended, it measures 8.5" deep. Please call or email us with any questions you may have. 19th Century Walnut Mirrored Sculpted Towel Rack
This is an 19 th century walnut Eastlake mirrored towel rack. It measures 19 ½” X 16” overall. The mirror measures 17” x 4 ½” There is a head carved at center top. Some ornamenture at the top has been broken off and lost. These probably would have been leaves as suggested by others I have seen. It is otherwise in very good condition.

Wood turned stand has fancy brass rosettes on stile apex and handles. One handle has a light surface crack. Stand measures 36" in height. 27" in handle width and 12" in foot depth.
