I am really not sure what to call these. They might be large shelving brackets but I think they went in the corners of a large door or entry way. This auction is for the pair of them. Each one measures 21 inches by 21 inches by 31 inches across. One of them is in perfect shape the other has two cracks in the ornate section however is still solid. I thought about welding those two parts but thought I would leave it to the next owner. I was going to put them in the corners of a door way but they were just to large for that entry. Antique Radiator Air Deflector Hall Neal Furnace Co Indianapolis industrial 1916
This is an extrememely rare piece. I have never scene one before and I have shown it to many other dealers who have been in the business a long time and they have not either. I believe this was meant to set on top of a radiator to deflect the air towards the room. There are also four chambers for where you could have put water in to add some humidity to the air as well. It is marked Neal with two patent dates that are either 1915 or 1916 I am not sure. It also says Hall-Neal Furnace Company Indianapolis. It stands approx 11 inches tall 15 inches wide and 8 inches deep. It is all metal I am not sure what type but it is all metal. Thanks for looking.

1890 Sears Seed Plow & Planter (Catalog Included) Antique Industrial Farm Yard
This item was manufactured for Sears. Around 1890, and appears in their 1890 catalog. I am including a new reprint copy of that catalog with this auction. It measures 2 feet 4 inches long and stands 14 inches tall. I have had this planter for over 40 years. Found it at an antique shop. Saw it and fell in love with it. Paid around $100. for it then. I had the brass plaque made for it. And had it hanging on my wall with flowers in it, for many years. It makes an awesome conversation piece, and looks lovely that way, with flowers in the seed retainer, or it could be used for a very unique yard or porch decoration. I have never had it outdoors, and it came with the rust patina when I got it. It is very solid, with no rust though whatsoever except one small spot on the seed container. Which is a thinner metal. A couple pics make the seed container ... morerust look deeper than it actually is) However, t he seed container is thick and the whole unit is very strong. The rest of the piece is cast and has only extremely minor surface rust. The piano wire that you see on it is for wall hanging. As it swivels in the middle and this restrains it. Included is an L bracket that attaches to a wall, which it sits on and is almost invisible. Looks like it is just sitting on the wall by itself. This unit plows the row. Drops the seeds at a determined amount, and pulls the rows back together. Then the conve x rear wheel rolls the ground down. There is a brass indicator. see pics) for adjustment to different types of seed, for more or less seed droppings. This unit has a gear rear end that turns the seed planter as the front wheel t urns. Although I have never greased it up. It is all free and seems work as it was designed and could be functional with some grease and a bit of freeing up. PAYMENT: is via Pay Pal. Inside you can see that the brass is shiny, but the outer side has a dulled unpolished industrial effect that could probably polish up well if you wanted, although I have not tried this myself. Antique mill cart- Industrial Cart- late 19th to early 20th century. Used by the mill in our town which was established in the 1870s. Because the railroads always ran beside the mills. These carts were typically used for carrying large bolts of cloth to or from the train. Just as the mills have been repurposed so have the tools they used! Looking for a unique coffee table that is also a conversation piece? One end has two large iron wheels and the other 2 angled iron rests that they would put a bar thru to push or pull the cart This design makes the piece moveable yet very stable. It is all original. I believe the design in the center wood section was hand carved, then set into the heavy wood framing. This is an incredible example, measuring 17 1/2 X 12 X 2 1/2. The design section alone is 11 X 7. Someone added a wire to hang it, but beware. It weighs 11 pounds. As far as condition: There are minor splits in the wood. Some chips and scuffs. Very nice condition. Considering it's over a century old. I have another one listed. From the same estate. No shipping outside the US From a local estate ~ Oval cast iron wall mount fire alarm box. Measuring 8 1/2" by 5 1/2' on the flat back side, and 5' from front to back. Appears to be in good condition with nice embossed lettering which includes patent date, March 31, 1908. A brass plate inside the window reads, ADT( American District Telegraph) Still has the original metal mallet used to break the glass(in case of fire) attached to chain and plate for mounting on the wall next to the fire box. The sphere is approximately 9” in diameter. It is mounted with two bolts on a 12” steel bracket. The total length is 21 ½” It appears to be copper with a clear coat or copper-colored plating- I can’t tell which. The sphere does not react to a magnet and where the surface is worn- the color is that of an old penny. It has some surface wear and a several light dings and dents. There is one larger. 1 ¾” dent which is indicated in the last photo.

The original skylight had a copper frame and chicken-wire pebbled glass. This guard was fitted over the skylight to protect the glass from fallen branches, stones, and other potential hazards. Though the skylights seem to come to market from time to time, these unique industrial guards are seldom offered. What a unique opportunity this piece presents to the buyer. This a huge old steam boiler. I see patent dates of 1888 and 1911 on it. It is really cool looking as a sort of'steampunk artifact' Maybe someone would want to put it in a restaurant or lobby as a retro installation. It is roughly 5'8" tall. 3 feet wide, 4 feet deep. It's located in the basement of an old building in Charleston. SC. It is slated for removal by a demolition crew in the next month or so. They plan to sell it for scrap. I said I would try and find someone who wants to preserve it. It will be very hard to move, so if you want it you'll have to be prepared to remove it yourself and/or compensate the demo company for it's scrap value. To be clear. I do not own this.
