Antique porcelain enamel bathroom WHITE cup & toothbrush holder soap dish hook
Wonderful antique bathroom set from the early 1900s! These are in very good to excellent condition. I would say, considering their age. The white enameled porcelain over cast iron is still shiny white, with no discoloration or staining. There are no chips or broken pieces but a few small nicks down to the iron, mostly in places you don't see, such as around the screw holes. I have spent hours searching for pictures in other places of these pieces; the robe hook is typical, but I have never found this exact soap dish and toothbrush holder design. I did find only one photo of the cup holder at an antique site. To the best of my ability I will try to accurately describe each piece of this fine set: Cup holder- 4" tall. 4 1/4" deep(from the wall) 3 1/4" cup circumference. Underside has a 3/8" nick to the iron and some ... morelight gray scratches Toothbrush holder- 7" long. 2 1/4" deep. Has one tiny nick to the top rim. The second hole from the right has an indentation that looks like a chip, but it does not feel rough or sharp, neither looks like a chip under magnification. Soap dish- 4 3/4" wide. 5" deep. The glaze has worn off on the top surface, probably because of contact with soap, I would suppose. It feels rough. Some small, short, faint gray scratches on the rim. Notice in the photo the hairline fracture on the top and on the underside, where you can see a bit of rust. It looks like a fracture clean-through, but there is no"give" when you apply pressure. Robe hook- 2 1/2" tall. 2 1/4" deep. Has a visible nick to the iron on the top mount rim, three tiny rust specks, and a very small gray scratch. These pieces are in such nice condition that I actually mounted them into drywall for a time in our old farmhouse bathroom just for"looks. took them down when we moved, and they have been in storage since. My mother, who is 82, said these came out of the house her grandmother lived in before she was born. Please check my other listings for more family antiq

Decorative Antique Mahogany Wall Pocket / Magazine Rack with Oval Mirror 2300-13
Nice old mahogany wall pocket that can be used as a magazine rack. We are not sure just what this was originally used for. We bought it at an antique show. This piece has a very nice oval shaped beveled mirror on the front. Back side is open with dowels to keep things enclosed in the rack. The mirror has some light distressing at the bottom of the oval. There is a small split in the back plate as shown in the pictures. Overall. This piece is in very good condition. The dimensions are 18"wide X 14 1/2"tall X 3 7/8"deep. Excellent condition overall. There are no chips. But there is some old paint on the wall cover. The pipe also have a slight damage from a previous plumber. Antique Vintage 'Republic' Sink Drain/Tailpiece Assembly & Controls 1920's
Here is an old'Republic' sink drain/tailpiece assembly that was removed from a sink that dated from 1920. I've included a photo of the sink that it was taken from for reference. It was so badly cracked that it was beyond saving(see final pic) There is no sink included, this is for the tailpiece assembly and control parts only. The plating is worn and missing on almost every component. Though the metal is in good shape. The waste control knob is marked'cold' and is an obvious repair. Antique Vintage Plumbing Part Sink Tub Spout 'J.D. Johnson Co.' 1920's
Here is a neat old spout that was removed from an old tub that dated from the 1920's. Though this could be used as a spout for almost anything. The nipple threads into the end of the spout and can be easily removed, please note that there are gouges in the nipple(see pics) This also comes with a matching escutcheon, as shown installed in the second photo. The plating is worn and lightly scuffed in spots from years of cleanings. The escutcheon also has a spot where the plating is missing from a long-term leak. All components are brass. The inlet looks to be beveled on the inside. And the thread on the outside is an unusual size so you may need to be creative to connect this to your plumbing. The fact that it's solid brass makes soldering a possibility in case the threads don't match anything else. Antique Vintage Tub Drain and Overflow Assembly 1940's
Here is a drain/overflow assembly that was removed from a 1940's-era tub. There are no maker's marks that I could find. But it matched all of the period fixtures in the bathroom. This is an internal-stopper type, with a plug that fits into the T-union and operates properly. The plating on the overflow and drain flange are worn and missing in spots. All components appear to be brass. The only part that is not original is the screw that keeps the strainer in place, check all photos for condition. The set will be broken down into components for shipment. I would recommend replacing all of the rubber gaskets and joint packing prior to installation. Here is an American Standard tub overflow/drain assembly that dates from the 1950's. This is the design where the stopper is a'pop-up' type that works more like a sink. All components are brass except for the overflow cover and control lever. Which are zinc/pot metal. It operates as it should. The plating on the stopper and drain flange are scuffed/nicked/dinged and worn from years of use. The overflow and lever are very corroded and pitted. As is common for these metals as they age. What we are offering here is an elegant Gothic Victorian mixer faucet for a clawfoot tub or sink. It has ornate side handle levers. A tapered straight-down spout, and a small circular soap dish on top. It measures about 8½" from side to side, and 6" from the top of the soap dish to the bottom of the spout. The supply pipes are about 3½" on center. It is made of nickel plated brass, but the nickel is pitted and worn, and the two main hex nuts are badly burred from careless wrench usage. The only manufacturer identity I see is the word"Wolverine" on the stoppers. It does not appear to be in working order. I purchased these old and antique porcelain Bathroom Plumbing fixtures. With a lot of brass hardware for them at an auction, and I know nothing about these things. All of the porcelain thingies, except for one piece is in excellent condition. The one piece has what looks like a surface crack, which however doesn't go through to the other side. One piece has"Standard" on it, and there are 2 buttons with"H" and"C" which are brass-enclosed. I have no idea to what kind of sink or bathtub/shower these go to. My guess, for what it's worth, is that these pieces are probably from the 1900's or so. Winning bidder pays shipping. And I'll ship this as cheaply as possible. Vintage Old Antique Solid Brass Handled Spigot Pipe Thread
You are bidding on a vintage solid brass spigot that was on display in a local store for many. Many years. It was actually"threaded" into a hollow post that covered a support pillar. It measures 4-1/4" overall, the threaded stem is 2" long, from the spigot tip to the top of the handle is 2-7/8" high, and it weighs 9 ounces. The spigot does operate on and off(I used an air compressor to check it) and turns a full 360 degrees. Please notice in the photos there is a small ding on the very end 1/8" long. Vintage Antique F.E. Myers Manual Transfer Pump Cast Iron
Very unique and rare F.E. Myers manual transfer pump. This one is Cool! The piston is free and moves easily. The castings are all in nice shape with no crack breaks or welds. All you need is a good cleanup and a nice wooden handle and you will be pumping. I did not take this pump apart. So not sure what it looks like inside. From what I can see through the inlet/outlet ports, there appears to be dirt and rust inside, but like any of these old pumps it should clean up well and be very functional. There is part of the original sticker intact along with stenciling on the side. The brass relief port at the end is in nice shape. All of the bolts/nuts look they will easily removed with no major rusting of the threads. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any other pictures. This is a great farm house sink by Kohler dated 10-27-32 that needs reglazing to restore its' original beauty. The price has been set with that cost in mind. There are no cracks or chips in the cast iron. The sink measures 42" long by 20" deep by 14" high. The backsplash rises 9" above the drainboard. The basin portion measures 15 1/2" deep by 20" wide by 4" deep. The faucet holes are 8" OC. Because of the weight.
