It measures 9 3/4" from the fitting to the top of the handle; about 8" deep from the end of the threaded pipe to the center of the drain hole; and it is 11 1/4" on center from the hot and cold supplies. The center hole for the drain pipe is 2" in diameter. A magnet does not stick to any of the metal, so I assume it is old nickel plated brass. A few old wrench marks on the nuts, but it just adds to the piece.The center plate is marked Viceroy, Top Bell. The faucet handles are marked H& R Mfg. Co. No. 1. The handles turn freely and appear to seal well. A must for any clawfoot tub restoration. Please email any questions before bidding. Buyer pays actual shipping costs. Antique Vintage Bath Tub Faucet Set 1940's Antique Plumbing
Here is a tub/shower faucet set that was removed from a 1940's-era bathroom. I'm not sure of the manufacturer. This is designed for directing the water down to a spout-only or up to a shower-only, there is no diverter. The upper outlet is plugged, since the shower control for this particular faucet was on the tub spout(not included) Of course, it could also be used in a walk-in shower. The spout that was installed with it was a Crane piece, though I'm pretty sure that this isn't a Crane faucet. The'HOT' cap is missing. And the'COLD' cap is a bit dull from wear(see pics) The handles are lightly pitted, and the escutcheons have just a few light scuffs here and there. These are long stems. Which sometimes pass through rim of or are on the exterior of a tub. Antique all brass fixture may be free standing or tub mounted. Includes tub Faucet with attachable shower pipe and shower ring. The tub faucet may be floor mounted or mounted as a free standing faucet. It may also be possible to mount to wall. The Faucet may also be used with the available shower ring or altered to accommodate telephone style shower handle. The tub faucet was working and attached to a claw foot tub and was installed in a house built at the turn of the century. All piping is available to attached faucets to water supply piping and to attach the shower ring to the wall and ceiling. Have some but not all of the drain assembly components for a claw foot tub. This is for a vintage wolverine faucet and it is about 9 1/2" long and the spigot about 6"it is nice and clean but could use a deep polish to get off tiny scum spots around fittings but easliy done-also it is missing the hot handle and also the soap dish-I do not know the exact age or really anything at all about it excpet it is old and it was clean enough to list-Please ask if you have any other questions. sorry my pictures are not all that great
