ANTIQUE CAST IRON BATH TUB 48"x48" 1950's NEO ANGLE DESIGN & SINK 20"x21"
This is for an antique early 1950's mint green cast iron tub and cast iron sink. The tub has two recessed seats and a unique angled design. It has a small chip(check the pictures) on the top that can easily be touched up. Its in really good shape but needs to be cleaned up. On the bottom it has the company name. Antique Vintage Kohler Bathroom Sink Shelfback Faucet Set 1950's
This faucet set was removed from a Kohler shelfback sink. The sink was beyond saving so this was removed. It includes the drain/pop-up assembly as well. This type of faucet set would be found on Kohler sinks from the 1950's and 60's, typically cast iron sinks. All of the faucet trim pieces are in good shape. With a few nicks/scratches/pitting here and there but nothing terrible(see pics) The spout is also in good shape with a few small nicks, and the pop-up rod moves freely and operates properly. The pop-up assembly's plating is also in very nice shape with great original shine. The drain trim piece and stopper are also in nice shape. Check photos for condition. This is the twist-and-lift stopper design that was used. Both of the valves/stems move freely. Though I would expect to rebuild/replace all of the washers and packing ... morebefore use. The wahers on the drain assembly should be replaced as well, but will be included for reference and sizing. The set will be broken down into components for shipment. Here is an American Standard utility tub that dates from 1953. This model is'Lakewood' This sink typically came with a cast iron stand, but this particular sink was mounted in a homemade wooden cabinet by the previous owner which was beyond saving. There is no stand or cabinet included. This is for the sink only. There are a few stains and the enamel is fairly flat and worn on the interior of the basin. There is also some light pitting in the enamel from wear and cleaning. ... moreThere are spots of rust along the edge. And it's partially painted on the outside of the tub. Antique Vintage Bathroom Sink Shelfback Faucet 1950's Parts or to rework
This is an old Bathroom Faucet I have it listed for parts or to rework. I think it is all there but I'm sure it will need washers and maybe even seats in it and the handle on the hot side some pit on the top you can see in the picture and I didn't notice till I was listing it is real bad on the bottom edge. You can use it but it is rough. And I haven't had it apart and I know that can be a problem with the handles. It has some of the parts for the drain pop up. But I have not got the part that turns that goes around the spout to turn. It is there and looks good but it is stuck. I think it can be freed up and usable. Beautiful artistic 1950's design with a shelf back and integrated porcelain faucet. This sink was in an early 1950's home that was in the process of demolition. I managed to save a 1951 Crane Drexel sink and accessories from one bathroom and this beautiful Standard sink in the other bathroom. There is some pitting on the chrome handles and the legs. The porcelain is in excellent condition with only a 1/4" nick on the right side of the bowl(surface nick) and a 1/8" nick on the inside of the bowl. Both are nominal blemishes with no impact to the overall condition of the sink. It measures 22" wide and 18" from the front lip to the wall. Integrated spout. Faucet handles turn ... morenicely. Antique Vintage American Standard Utilty Sink 1950's 'Lakewood' Cast Iron Sink

Here is an old'Standard' utility tub that was removed from a home that dated from the 1950's. This is the'Lakewood' model. According to the stamping on the underside of the tub, this was made in 1953. This was mounted in a cabinet, though these were intended to be mounted on a pedestal(the pedestal is not included) using the tabs on the bottom of the basin. There are also tabs that have been removed on the underside of the rim, they would have originally allowed tubs to be ganged up. The porcelain is in good condition. Antique Vintage American Standard Re-Nu Sink Drain Assembly 1950's
Here is a complete drain assembly with stopper that was removed from a 1950's American-Standard bathroom sink. This compliments their'Re-Nu' lavatory faucet sets. The tailpiece is is short and only has about an inch or so for connection. The plating is in decent shape with a few jawmarks and mineral deposits. The drain flange shows the most wear, and the stopper shows normal wear. Plan on replacing any gaskets as any rubber parts are dry and brittle from age. Please check all photos for condition. This sink/cabinet is amazingly practical. Once refinished. It will be absolutely gorgeous. There us a metallic rustoleum paint over the original cabinet paint color- tan/beige. It is an American-Standard'Lakeview' model that dates from 1953. It was installed in a custom wooden cabinet that was too far gone to save. These were typically found with cast iron pedestals that attached to mounting tabs on the underside of the tub. This is for the tub only, there is no stand included. The porcelain is in fair shape with some dull spots and wear/scuffs as well as a few spots of discoloration ... morefrom mineral deposits. There are tabs that have been removed on the underside of the rim(so that it could fit into it's previous cabinet) But these were only used to attach multiple tubs together so it shouldn't affect anything. For less than a new plastic tub you can get a sturdy cast iron tub that has many years of use left in it!
