It does show Hawaii and Alaska so it's probably the 60's or 70's based on a price of just $.59 listed on the Hamond piece in the bag. Condition is so often in the eyes of the beholder. I can believe that something is in terrible condition and you can think it's average. This is a great old 1926 map of the United States.It measures 51" x 45" and has canvas backing and grommets for hanging.It is part of a set from Cram's"Portable and Washable" Map and Atlas Outfit.It was stored in a metal box. Up for bid is a 1959 Conoco map of the Western United States- I found this at an estate sale. This great old map shows very little wear for its age. A bit of staining on the front but no tearing(see my photos for detail) Apparently the original owners of this map were in Concordia, Kansas and acquired this map from Boyd Conoco Service Station, as their stamp appears just above the Conoco cap on the front(see photo#1) A nice addition to someone's vintage map collection. This charm measures about 1/2" by 7/8" and is marked STERLING. It looks like it may have teeny chips around some of the letters. I make a trip to the Post Office once a week on Thursday. It rolls up like a window blind. The map is large at 43 inches wide by 62 inches long. The map is very colorful with nice details. This is a professional map that was used in a school.
